[00:00:04]And we are here at Ilawe at the particular ward where a report came in that there was an incident. And just as we can see or we can all see, we see that votings are ongoing peacefully. You know, it is not unusual.

[00:00:24]It is not unusual to have one or two um arguments during election. It is not unusual. But the most important thing is that as long as the arguments did not disrupt the voting process, then I think everything can be said to be fine. And just as we are seeing, despite the arguments that occur between um supporters of different candidates, we can all see that voting is still ongoing and that argument has not disrupted the voting process.

And they confirmed to me that everything has been brought under control, which we are seeing. Then regarding police officers from uh other polling units across all the local governments, the reports I've been receiving is that the accreditation and voting are ongoing peacefully and then there are no serious incidents to report about. You will recall during the press briefing we I had with the journalists, the media, 2 days ago, right? You know, I did mention that we're going to see a high voter turnout in this election. And what we have been observing and what we are seeing is a confirmation of that. As we can see in the first 1 2 hours of the commencement of voting, we can all see the high voter turnout at various polling units across the state. And as a matter of fact, this is unprecedented, and um we can link this high voter turnout to the high level of confidence that voters have expressed over security arrangement that has been put in place. Because as a matter of fact, our pre- voting assessments predicted that there's going to be high voter turnout because of the high level of confidence that voters have on the security arrangements that we have put in place.

[00:03:24]>> Of course, we are monitoring every situation, and then where we need to put amendment, we put amendment. Where we need to relax some things, we relax, and where we need to add more, we we add more.

[00:03:39]The main goal for doing all this is to make sure that this election turns out peacefully, and it is hitch-free.
