I'm the creative owner of Stamp Me Some Love Blog Shop and Academy and I love to teach crafters how to live their most creative life. So, I have this problem uh because I have an AirTable where I keep all of my information regarding my stamp sets and this allows me to search easily at the, you know, in seconds to find the correct stamp set that I want to use. But, that data entry point of where I'm having to hand type all this information into a spreadsheet takes forever. But, I've created a new tool and it is called the Stamp Set Analyzer and I would love to share it with you now. [00:01:49]So, what we're going to do is I'm going to click into this button right here where the um camera is and then I'm going to search for my image and I've got an image here of a stamp set that I've just taken. Uh just a note, to make sure that you are taking this from the top down and not at an angle so that um the AI bot has a good clear picture of what is on that stamp set. Now, once you've brought that in, you're going to hit analyze stamp set.

[00:02:17]This literally took seconds to do. Now, here's the thing though, um what makes this really great is that there is a button here that you can just do a one click, it copies and then you're going to move that all over to your spreadsheet. You can use Excel, you could use um Google Sheets, you could use an AirTable, whatever you have where you've got columns and rows where you're storing all this information. Um but, there's one caveat to that. You do have to have your uh columns in this order in order to make sure that it all copies into the correct way. Couple things to note is that obviously it doesn't know if the product is retired or not, so that's going to be blank. It won't have a photo of the product to copy in, you'll have to manually uh upload that to whatever software you're using, whether that's Excel, Google Sheets, AirTable. But, it does come with all of the information, so it tells me that it's a holiday theme, Christmas theme.

[00:03:05]It's got some shape descriptors here and then it's also got all of the sentiments that are listed, which is a time-saving thing to be able to just copy and paste this all. Now, let's just go over and I'm just going to set up a basic spreadsheet just to show you what I'm talking about. So, I'm going to go and open up Sheets. Oh, give me 1 second while I log in. So, I've got my spreadsheet here and I've already gone in and I have labeled my headers of the columns that I'm going to be collecting information from. And again, retired's going to be empty because it doesn't know if it's retired or not um and then you'll have to insert your own photo of the product itself, but everything else will be populated. So, if I come back to my Stamp Analyzer and I do one click, go over to my spreadsheet and in the very first cell, I'm just going to do a control paste and it's going to paste all of that information into my spreadsheet.
