Vibe coding is an approach where developers use AI agents to build software without extensive coding experience, enabling anyone with a vision to create functional applications. The developer demonstrates building a CRM system for contractors in just 10 days using AI collaboration, showing how AI can handle complex tasks like smart scheduling, route optimization, and multi-agent workflows. This approach democratizes software development by allowing beginners to learn coding concepts through practical application while AI handles implementation details.

What?
Hey, hey, hey.
Down.
Hey. Hey. Hey.
I want you to go online and spend up a agents and do some research for the GPT pro plan versus the quad pro plan and give me a good comparison for 2026.
Hey.
Hey. Uh-huh.
Heat.
Heat.
Hey. Hey. Hey.
Hey.
Hey. Hey.
Yeah. Okay. So, uh, one, Claude has a rate limit, uh, per hour and per week. Um, I want to know if GPT does.
Love.
love.
Fly.
alone.
Hey, Wow.
Yeah.
Heat.
Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Hey, hey, hey.
Heat. Heat.
I'm miss Hey, hey, hey.
Hey, hey, hey. Heat.
Heat.
Hey, hey, hey.
How's it You have any questions? Just ask.
So, I have two projects going. My first one, original one, is um clarium.com.
And this one here, there we go. It's a CRM for contractors like uh HVAC, electrician, plumbers, etc. Whatever your industry is, there's a bunch of them here. It's a backend system for your receptionist to be able to invoice, dispatch. You can manage your trucks, contra u different contracts, quotes, everything built into the back end of it. Um, this is what the back end looks like here.
Uh, this is the demo. So, these are like all your customers. This is where you do your scheduling.
Um, you can manage where your texts are and where the appointments are.
And you can see all your upcoming uh appointments for the day. And then, you know, tomorrow, Sunday, so on so forth.
You can send your texts out. In this case, there's uh four texts. I have smart scheduling, which uh doesn't show in a demo, but the non-demo. I'll show that to you.
But anyways, uh yeah, it's I'm replacing a new appointment, but it's a smart scheduling where it'll use AI to map out uh depending on where your texts are and where your next appointment is and their neighborhood then because you don't want your tech driving from one end of town to the next, you want them to stay in the same neighborhood. So, it'll try getting the appointments for you in um and keeping your texts in the same route, right? It'll optimize the route.
Uh so, that's my first um design here. What I'm working on now is I'm making an AI agent tool for swarming and using multiple AIs to be able to streamline this whole process.
And I'll show you um an example of one right here.
And I didn't like the way this came out, so I'm redesigning it. I started this project earlier today. Um it's using Rust backend and then um it's using um like Nex.js and web interface in the front end and I didn't care for that. Um I'm building I'm rebuilding everything from scratch and it's all going to be native into the rest and that's what uh this club's working on. Well was working on. So I have to do something.
So you just push that.
If you added the tag, go ahead and push it and merge it.
And I'm building the app right now. It's compiling. Rust takes a little little while, but I want to show you what my the original design was.
And this I'm going to release to the public uh when it's done.
I was doing some research on different um agents GPT versus Claude and their Max Bros subscription to see if I want to change or add a different u backup.
So, I was doing that on the side and I'm working on my Google ads as well for my main site and I built that that whole SAS that you saw um that whole portal. I built that uh 10 days ago. Today's the 10th day it's been running.
So, I've been trying everything I can to optimize SOE optimization and bring in people start using it.
And once that starts kicking off, we'll uh we'll start generating some income there.
You going to load this time? Nope. See, that's the problem with this. Uh let me load up a different version here.
Um pull up the dev.
It's a little bit cleaner.
Heat. Heat.
That's one thing about Rust, the compiler, that's the slowest part about it.
And now it should be pushing you at this building right now.
So this is my my multi- aent uh system that I'm building right now.
It's going to have memory uh built-in memory, your skills, searches. Um you can you can run multiple agents at once. You can actually create as many as you want. Uh you could actually each one you can switch to type, you know, whether you're using codeex or gemini, open code, whatever.
Um, and then with this I'll be able to and they all talk to each other and I'll be able to get my work done a lot faster. Um, I built this editor here.
This is built from scratch. I have a an ops board here which that'll manage um it's like a canband board. It'll if you have a to-do list in progress, testing on hold and what's completed, the agents will use this and start creating uh their own cards and if they're in progress, so an agent takes control of that card and he'll work it till it needs to be tested. Another agent can grab it, test it. Um, so I'll bring up the read me here. So this is uh my editor here. I can actually look at MD files in a nice uh clean format.
Click on all these. Um if I look at the source files here, let's just say forts.
I have a full editor. I can type in here, create, do whatever. It does um native checks for any errors.
So I built this I started this today, but I'm redesigning. I'm re uh so a lot of these are um plugins from already built sources and it's utilizing a lot of uh uh the third parties thing. So I'm building everything from scratch and that's what we So that gives you an idea what we're doing and I want to release that to the public also.
So I'm excited for that. That's uh one of the main things. So, I need to get my ads think this.
So, here's the setup. Do I need to do anything with this? Uh, do I need to click the setup uh to set up the Google tags? And also, uh, do you need to see the event snippet?
And that's the other thing. So, with that uh AI agent tool, I'm going to have it uh so right now I'm using Whisper to be able to talk to my agents, but I'm going to have it built in native um client using uh a different LLM that it'll be loaded locally and it's small enough where most people can run it. You can turn on or off if you want, but it doesn't connect to a database or anything online, any online server. So, uh it'll be a lot cleaner, a lot faster for you to talk to your manage.
I don't think anything.
So, I clicked the manage like you suggested. I'm not seeing that uh code whatever code that is and also I am not um sure where to find it in here.
So yeah it you're you must not be from the US or Canada. I actually geolocked it. It is not for the uh any other country because I have uh there's certain regulations you have to follow when it comes to contractors and I would have to understand your guys' laws or like the UK for instance I don't know their laws when it comes to handling uh HVAC equipment gases um anything like that any building codes so there's no reason for me to open it up in the world if you can't use it. Uh second thing is security. Uh 90% of any DOS or attacks or anything like that is through other countries. Uh I have seven layers of security. That's one of them.
And to keep the customer data safe and keep it uh running smoothly. So if you can't open it and see it, I apologize.
But that's the reason why This new tool I'm building though, you'll be able to use that tech manage.
I did that.
Okay. I clicked manage like you said and it brought me right back to exactly what you said not to press which is the setup for the Google tag. So, and I clicked the manage at the top right and this is the screen it brought up.
Okay. Yes, I see it. So, do you want the I have two options. I got a page load or a click. Which one do you want?
How you doing from India? I don't want to try to pronounce your name. I'll probably butcher KB. I'll call you KB.
Out of all the countries in the world, India is actually one Okay, right now I'm live streaming. If I post the actual snippet with the real code in there, is that a vulnerability?
Um, should I put it in the ENV file for you to pull from? Do not post it or repost it or echo it in this chat.
It's actually not u what I'm trying to show people is how easy it is to bite me. Um I have you know I did I have not touched any code. If I have any questions I ask chat where my uh my agent here like right now I'm running into uh I'm trying to get my Google ads set up. Right. I've never done that. So, I'm learning as I'm figure, you know, I'm figuring things out as I'm going. So, you know, it's I think it's something that anybody can do and they can, you know, people they have great ideas, great imaginations and but maybe not the skills to put that into practice. Well, with live coding, you can. And that's what I love about it and that's why I hope more people start doing it.
Okay. If that's the case, I'm not worried about it. I'll go ahead and uh post it here.
Yeah. I mean um everything you see my entire website like I have the quad desktop right I built my entire um my website here I built it all on that one little desktop you saw we worked and this is the the front landing page it built everything here all the words and everything you see I just had a vision and I it I walked it through I built I started to 10 days ago. Today's the 10th day. Um I have an AI voice receptionist.
You could call that number and actually talk to the AI. Uh you wouldn't even know it's AI. It sounds like a real person. Um so this this one here is for this company, which is probably real.
But if you go to see it running here, I have a it's a demo plumbing company as if they're using my product with the number you can call and then it'll act like a real plumbing company. And that way you could um see how the AI would work in your business and and how the receptionist work. And what's nice about this AI, it'll actually it's got tools to be able to create appointments for you. Um it can, you know, reschedu it can do all sorts of things. If it's like an emergency, it can it can actually send a text alert or an email to the technicians or to the owner. Um it can transfer calls. I mean, it's it's very complex. But again, I did all of this uh with, you know, just this interface right here. Quad AI.
So, if anything, I hope um you guys get some inspiration on doing your own development.
Good.
Yeah, the the back end here, this is my main website, my main program that I've been working on. I'm doing a side program right now for my development tools. I'm rebuilding my entire development tools from scratch. I'm getting this slows me down. This whole desktop it like right now it's working doing stuff right. I can't do anything else. I have to sit here anyway. Uh there's other things I can have uh claw do or even other uh agents. So that's the the tool I've been uh building started that display.
And I'm going to build that from scratch also.
And inside here, here's the uh the customer side right here. So if you're a uh if you're a client of mine, this is going to be your backend interface. This is what you see. Like you can manage all your appointments. You can see where your technicians are, the radius uh that they're allowed to be in. Uh you could manage to dispatch for these. You can drag and drop on the different texts that you have here.
You could uh create change orders, agreements, and this is where it comes from like agreements, right? These are important for there's laws um that you have to follow in the US and Canada.
uh when it comes to refrigerant, there are certain laws that'll be able to handle the refrigerant. You have to actually log uh the transactions, it's BPA law. So, this is why it's not open to every country because I would have to find out what your laws are, what you're allowed to do, what you're not allowed to do, and incorporate all that into website.
>> And I just I that's maybe later down the road.
Sing does quite a bit for what it is.
Yeah. Go ahead and commit and send to staging and merge them if you can.
See up here.
This is my host the back end.
These are all every every time I make a change here. I have thousands of them.
And what happens is it gets pushed to GitHub. Um all my code GitHub. It's a private GitHub. And then from there, um my host connects with GitHub. So if there's any changes or anything, it'll I can actually push it to my host. And I have a um a staging which is my development. And then I have the main which is my production.
I'll be right back.
Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat.
Heat.
Heat.
All right.
Oh, hey.
So, I went to troubleshooting and I went to go try uh connecting it with the new tags. And I'm still getting this little popup at the bottom right. And here's the information.
He gives me two options. One is I thought I already triggered it or finish.
Here is the two screenshots. Take a look at them and see what I need to do.
Oh, I'm sure they are. Um, in fact, I don't know if you heard, but Claude made a huge deal with Elon Musk to use uh X's servers, which is pretty amazing, I think. So been they've been having some business decision issues I think and what that'll do is increase usage quite a bit and be able to expand a lot.
You work for company you bought or anything like that?
Yeah, I guess.
Thank you.
There you go. Is that better?
Yeah, definitely don't want the background louder than me. Then I'll be the background, right? That would be fun.
Oh, okay. Let's try this.
supposed to close it. I did.
Connect.
up.
No. Okay.
Okay, it's saying this. I'm getting the same error. I went through the steps you said. Um, I went to sign up, but I'm not going to fill out the form. Uh, it should be triggering just for going to the page. I don't want it triggering for I don't need >> really. Dang it.
>> Oh my What did I do? No.
Yes.
All right. I did what you said. I went to uh the tag assistant. I went to the homepage, clicked a 14-day free trial, hit accept, and I went to sign up. It should trigger at that point. It shouldn't I shouldn't have to fill it out after So, this is where I'm at right now for the tag details.
What's up? What's up?
Okay.
All right. We'll get back to this later.
It's spending way more time on it than I need to at this point. So, let's go and continue on the plier forge.
Oh gosh. Yeah. So, the way I look at it, it's a wild west right now for AI.
They've been around for what, 5 years only. Well, in the '9s is when the internet started to kick off. Of course, they had internet way before that, but it didn't really kick off until around the 90s. Um, late 90s and we started getting games online, MMO RPGs, uh, websites started changing, whole industry start changing based on the internet and how we function.
And if you're in it then and and how rich people got just off the internet um you know today it there there's a lot of millionaires and billionaires because of it. Well, the AI industry is the is the 90s all over again. And but instead of the internet, you have AI. And right now, it's the like I said, the wild west. And I believe at this point in time is if you're going to get into it, now is the time because in 10 years from now, um that's going to be too late for you.
Everyone's already going to have everything figured out by then. So if you're going to do any anything worthwhile, do it today, not 10 years from now.
That's my opinion and that's, you know, I've seen trends like that too many times in my lifetime to that I've ignored. Uh, a great example is Bitcoin, right? When crypto started coming out, Bitcoin was new. You're able to buy it real cheap. Look at crypto today. Look at all the rich people because of crypto because they thought about it then. Not today, but then. And I believe that's the same ideology when it comes to AI.
Today is the day to get it.
Wait, wrong one. All right, we're going to run this. See how it works.
So right now currently um I started this 10 days ago. I built uh my SAS and uh from the ground up and my workflow is pretty much just talking to Claw Desktop here and telling it what to do. That's it.
And I'm at a point where it's too slow for me. I feel like I can go much faster, develop a lot faster. So right now what I'm uh developing and you'll see that here in a second after it builds. I'm going to make a u robust AI tool where I could run multiple agents at once. I'm going to have be able to have everything. I'm building my own AI desktop. Uh and I could connect to multiple AIs. They can talk to each other. They're going to have a memory system. They can work on projects. Uh it just I don't know. I have so many ideas I want to do with this. That's I started this this morning and that's what I'm hoping you guys would uh follow me through and see this development so you understand what it takes to start from scratch and that's what I'm doing.
So right now I'm using Cloud Desktop to get this going and when I get to version 1.0 um I'm going to use the version 1.0 to dog food itself to be able to create version 2.0 then 3.0 and 4.0 and so on so forth.
That's my workflow. One tool that I that made me that inspired me to do that. I built this Cananban card system here where this is all connected to AI and this is for my website, right? For my uh for my SAS website. So, anytime I see a bug or something like that, I'll come in here, I'll create a card, I could post images in here. Um I can say if it's urgent, this will automatically ping the AI, let him know if there's some urgent or not, and he'll stop what he's doing, pick it up, and he'll start working on it. And when he's done working on it, he'll put it in testing. These are parents here that has multiple uh hard cues inside of it.
And when he's completed with it, u after testing, it'll be completed. So right now I have uh 18 in my backlog and I have 110 that I've completed, right? I'm going to incorporate this system into my AI tool where they can do this all on their own.
It's going to be streamlined. And what this provides is a secondary memory of what they've been doing, what they've accomplished, and what they've already got done.
So, here's the tool, one of them. Um, this is where it's at right now.
All right.
And I'm building this whole thing is going to be all native rust from the ground up. I actually have a version that I built um using Rust as a backend but NativeJS or Nex.js for the front end and it was too clunky. I didn't like it.
There are too many issues and there are too many third party um programs that were needed to run it and I didn't care for that. I want everything native. So, I'm rebuilding it.
I guess he wanted to see that. Okay, let me load that back up.
Where's my little It won't take as long to build this time. There it goes.
Take a screenshot for them.
Yeah, I actually work for uh well sort of a I'm in IT right now. I'm I'm a 365 architect. So, and I have over 20 years experience in coding, but I don't think that should stop anybody from buy coding. Um anybody with an idea could buy code. If there's something you don't know, ask AI. There's so much out there that I still don't even know today. And you know, if I'm struggling or not understanding or comprehending something, I want the AI to break it down in simple terms for me. Talk to me like I'm 10 years old. Explain it to me like I'm an I'm an idiot and then I'll something will click while figure it out and then I'll go from there.
I don't do freelance. U this is my own thing and I will um you know I'm trying to build a a SAS company that generates passive income and that's why my goal is to reach a million dollars. I don't care how long it takes. Um, so I'm going to start developing tools, programs, software, all vibe coding. And I'm going to do this every single day until I hit my mark.
All right. So, here's a screenshot of it opening. Everything looks good. When I hit the plus sign for the projects, it does open up the the file explorer.
Yeah, it did.
Of course, there'll be a milestone. You know, the first $1,000, that's a milestone. Then from there, the first 5,000, 10,000, so on so forth. And those are going to be huge achievements.
And what I need to start doing, which I should probably set up, I'm only streaming on YouTube right now. I need to start streaming on kick and uh Twitch, which I should be able to.
It might be an add-on that I need to configure here.
Look at manager.
Let's ask this here.
So, right now I'm using OBS to stream on YouTube. I also want to be able to stream on Twitch and Cake at the very at the exact same time. Uh, look at any information on it in 2026 and explain to me how I can set it up.
See something I don't know and I'm going to have AI figure it out for me.
Oh, it's very possible this be a Jack company.
Um, and if that happens, you know, you hire staff to manage it for you. And I'm okay with that. That's a that's a good problem to have.
I told it to list it was working. I don't understand why it doesn't think it is.
Oh jeez, it's already running. Okay.
Yeah. So, screenshot that gives me a witch. So, anywhere in the dark. Okay.
Okay. So, I'm doing your steps. I clicked anywhere in the dark center area. Uh, I didn't see anything happening. No visuals.
Piping in the center did nothing for me.
screenshot shows you exactly what I see.
Um, I thought you wanted me to open up the file browser, which I did, but right above that, you can see the little cursor. It's not blinking or anything.
It's just a solid orange.
I can't type in it or anything.
So, I'm that's exactly what I'm going to be building because my team Hey, have I showed you what this is going to look like? Let me show you here.
So, I have a different version here.
Let me show you this.
So, I've already built it, but I didn't like uh the text deck, and I'm changing it.
So, yeah, this is what I'm going to be building right here.
This is what you're going to see.
And it works. But again, you know, and this is really neat. So, if I want to move my memory down here, I can. Um, see here, you know, these are all movable docs.
There's my boards board ops. So, let's put that here. This be a good place for it. My search. Don't really need that right there. Here's my skills. I could bring that here. So, I mean, it's functioning. It does really well for what it is. Um, I could actually hide, you know, terminals. Show terminals.
Of course, it resets the view there, but I there's some things I didn't like about it. So, that's what I'm going to be changing.
And I it actually only took me about an hour to build It does. And that's why I want to be able to um make it where I could, you know, let's just say I want to run 16 agents at once. I should be able to do that. It'll speed things up a lot faster.
So, but um this is so annoying.
Um, that's I'm going to be rebuilding.
So, I'm using Whisper right now. Well, I'm going to build my own Whisper type program and it's going to be native inside the app itself. So, that way I can talk to my agents without have to rely on some third party app.
That's going to be part of it.
But you know what would take a a real human to develop what I made there would that was probably about two weeks worth of work. He did in about an hour.
Yeah. So with electrician, you got to have um especially here in the US just to even become an electrician to get your license. Um there's three different types of levels of certification. It's always best to get all three, but it depends on on the voltage type. And the problem with that is you have to be an apprentice and have over 900 hours at an apprentice.
Um, and you know, pretty much follow someone around just to even do the license, to get your license.
Hey, stop it. Stop it. There we go. All right, let's see what that does.
Yeah. Go give me my answer. All right.
Interesting.
>> Can't type in it.
connected.
>> Yeah, electric vehicles are they're becoming popular and that's a good thing to get into.
All right. So, I loaded it, tried to type it. It's not working. So, let's go back to our original idea. Instead of building everything from scratch, uh we already got a working model. Let's just debug it and get everything functioning inside of it. And that's with the Rust back in with the Nex.js.
And then from there, I I'll come back to the redesign later. But we do need to get it the a working model going so we can build faster and let's get that project up to uh version 1.0.
I think you already have the architecture um all this, you know, everything you need to keep going.
I actually own an electric vehicle. I have a Mustang Mache.
I like it.
I didn't ask if I was allowed to. I know I'm allowed to. They can't stop me from streaming all three platforms.
My upload bandwidth, well, it's pretty high, so I'm good.
So, ATM multistream. Is this a plugin?
Let's uh see what that is.
They say it's free.
I like free.
Doesn't look like free.
Okay.
Oh, here we go.
You know what I'll do? I'm gonna have my AI do it for me.
All right, there's the link. Um, go ahead and download it and get it set up for me.
If you have any troubles or need me to do anything, let me know.
All right.
So, okay.
Let's try this.
It was a preview. I was having issues with the dev. I was fine.
Problem is, it can't dog food itself if it's in a dev. It's got to be in the preview because it's uh separate set binaries.
Um it it is when it's compiled. Yes.
But so what what happens is if if I'm running it in dead there's local files that that it's using and the source the source files and if I tell it to hey I need you to edit the source file it it's going to try to edit the source file and what's going to do it's going to break itself because that's using that source file to run itself. So what I have to do is yeah I say stop. What I have to do is uh separate the binary which is the compiled version of the development and that way I can have it create itself without touching itself. Right? Does that make sense?
I don't know why it Yeah, we just need to separate it. Um the binaries out and make sure the preview is working. Right now it's not.
just 4 hours. Okay.
Thank you.
Yeah. Don't believe everything you hear on the news. Um they they're probably the worst when it comes to wanting rage bait or clickbait, right?
So, it's not bad here.
Other countries, I can't answer for that. I have no idea.
I'm sure there's bad in in areas, but you know, doesn't matter who the president is, there's always going to be bad somewhere.
Just uh they just like to highlight Trump.
The way I look at Trump is u he's uh he has good days and his bad days like any other president. But when it comes to all the presidents, he has a good high net positive versus all his stupidity that he's done so far.
Well, that's what I think.
Oh, okay. So, I for me to get this done, I got to restart OBS, but I'm not ready to do that yet.
Um, I mean, you got a good mix. You got people that's against them, people for them.
So, just depends on where they get their news from.
Most people don't know how to research their own stuff. That's the problem.
I doubt that. I don't think so. Again, that's the news talking.
They're just pissed off because they're not getting away with stuff that they shouldn't be that they used to be able to.
See if this works.
You ever had pizza?
Good.
You said you're from India, right?
Hang on a second.
Had a cop and I didn't put a cop here.
So yeah, I mean there's a lot of people think he's crazy, but every president there's always going to be a lot of people that think they're crazy, right?
Doesn't matter which one you get.
You can't please everybody.
Okay, Ran, it looks like the same issue.
Um, it's just not loading for some reason.
How is it that dev runs just fine, but when we're building the actual preview, it's not? We need to find out what the difference is and what we need to do to turn it into a binary. Is there if you have to search online and figure out an answer then again you know every country has their crazy politician uh that some people like and some people don't. Doesn't matter where you're at.
I'm sure in India you probably have your own laws you don't like or some politician you don't agree with u or you may do you actually may and other people don't right doesn't matter where you're at America is just the highlight so everyone talks about America and ignore the rest of the I have a daughter in Germany right now.
She's loving it there.
But they also have their problem.
Oh yeah. Yeah. I I do doubt that. Yeah.
The US is creating power.
And every country out there knows that.
Some are just dumb enough to test it.
We have weapons and uh tools that no one's ever seen or heard of. Today, we haven't used our whole arsenal. We're using the scraps of it.
Yep. It does uh impact the whole world.
But the way you look at it is um you know don't try being a dictator running country on kid. You'll be fine.
No, I don't think we should be policing the whole world.
But when a country's policies or ideologies or beliefs are affecting other countries around them and their own people, you know, I think that's bad. Look at North Korea. I feel sorry for all the people in there, but you know, they they live in fear.
Yeah.
I think the biggest problem in India is You guys have certain religion come in and take over the government and they're changing it. They're changing your guys government, your lifestyle, your culture. It's not the way Indian you guys had your own lifestyle, your own culture, your own beliefs, you know, your own deities, thousands of millions of them.
But, you know, you got this little crusade coming in and changing all that for you guys. And that's too bad.
You get some people that agree with it, some that don't.
But that's why it's worse up north than it is down south. I hear that's funny. Whoever bootstrapped this project, probably someone or me converted from natural eject. Okay, that's so funny. Yeah, it was actually you that that did it. Um, I'll go ahead and run this and see how it works.
Okay, exit that.
Yeah. Well, that's what India was grabbing on wasism. I mean, that's that's their culture.
Over in Asia, you got Buddha, right? I mean, it just depends on where you're at, where you from. And then when you have another group of people coming in and changing your beliefs because they disagree with you and they change your culture because they don't like it, you know, that's a problem.
Oh, it's working so well.
I don't even need to take screenshots.
The same thing.
Oh, yeah. I just loaded it. It's doing the same thing and nothing's changed.
Well, it is a foreign uh foreign religion, but it's not too foreign. I mean, if you think about it, it started over in um u where Jerusalem is and you know, all those little uh countries over there.
India is not too far from there, but that's where Christianity started.
No, I agree with that. No, I mean I I'm a Christian and there's only one God. I believe in that. I agree with that a thousand%.
But it's not my place to change people's minds.
You know, it's not hurting anybody. I mean, when was the last time you saw a Buddhist go to another country and kill them all because they didn't believe in Buddha? When was the last time you saw a Hindu go and you know, destroying countries or their neighbors or whatever because they didn't believe in Hinduism?
That's the difference.
See if this works.
>> Yeah. I mean, you can you're free to uh have any religion you want here in the US. You're not forced to. The government can't force you to change your religion.
You know, whatever religion you believe in, you're allowed to believe in it here. What's great about the USA?
Fortunately, there's people that are trying to change them, but you know, the USA has been founded on this constitution that makes it really hard to do that.
It's not easy to shake their votes the way our people are.
There's more diversity here in the US than any other country out there.
Look at that. It's working.
Hang on. See if I get this. I don't care for this big orange button in the middle here. I'm gonna have to have change that. But dang, I got it working. Let's see. Here is that works. Yes.
Very nice.
Code viewer is working. It's configure long code here. Not the app, but the main.
Here we go.
Yes.
Yeah, the police dash cams. Um, unfortunately, you know, it's hard to get the full context like what happened before the video started, what happened after the video ended. Uh, so it's hard to judge uncertainty. That's why we have courts. And you got to have evidence and you got to be able to prove you're they're guilty instead of just assuming you're guilty because of missing context.
No closet.
There we go.
Do you see the ops board?
Oh, definitely that bypass here.
Now, the offport I'm talking about is the one that's built into the ply room forge. Do you see that one?
Get rid of these.
Okay, I want you to create a to-do or backlog. Uh, just one card as a test.
So, I've actually built AI uh great amount. I have several different styles and models. I built my own uh I redesigned the transformer and uh trying to get more efficiency. The problem is, you know, I I have a Nvidia 5090 card.
Um it's a heck of a card, but it's not enough for training. I could run AI locally on my laptop, but I cannot uh train it because it just it it's just too much.
But I would like to uh like to be able to create an AI that people can train locally on their computer and build their own AIS for their own personal AI.
Okay. So it did not update the Os like that.
So let's close that.
It actually loaded that time. Looks great. Um, one issue is I spawned a an agent and I wanted I asked him if he could see the canban board.
He brought up the cananban board that we use in the cloud for our SAS plym. That was wrong.
I had to explain to him I wanted the local canband board here in um in a desktop and he said is he was able to see it and then I asked him to create a test card and put it in a to-do.
It claimed it did but I'm not seeing it.
I wonder I'm curious if he created it here.
That would be hilarious.
Let me test it. Okay, good. All right.
Oh, yeah. No, they're competing real good with uh with Claude. In fact, I'm looking at some the pricing for uh GPT because I'm I may be uh using it as well as like a backup. Um they don't it doesn't compare to coding like Claude does, but you know, they're Claude's miles ahead, you know, but 5.5. The what I like about that is you get unlimited usage versus claude, you get X amount of usage. Like right now, my usage is up.
It's gone, right? I use 100% of it and um it resets in four hours. So that sucks for me.
Um so in that situation, I would love to be able to pull G uh GPT or even have the multiple different AIS and they can work together. They were all going to have their own training data, their own knowledge.
But another cool thing is WAD uh just got an agreement with XDlock for XAI whatever not to use their data center their mass which is going to increase quads usability.
So we'll see how that works out.
And it's funny because uh GPD which is open AI they've been around the longest back they're the ones who pretty much started using transform to get it going um I understand and there's companies that took what they did and made their AI better.
So now they have competition.
Competition is good though. it it forces these uh companies to improving it better. If you didn't have any, they would charge you an arm and a leg just to use their product. And you can't do nothing about it because they're the only ones.
Well, I will be right back while that's running.
I'll be right back.
See what he built here.
>> All right. Uh, you have a good night.
Hey, Narendra. What were you trying to post there? I don't I'm not understanding val. I don't know what that is.
There's the test card. We can open it up.
I don't want to expand it to add descriptions. Okay.
On the local canban, there's a test card from Claude. Do you see that?
Um, go ahead and test work it and then, you know, put it in progress like you normally would. Uh, go through the flow.
I want to test the flow of it.
I can hide the project files.
See here.
Look at working the card. It's doing all this on its own.
I'm not seeing no descriptions or anything. Are you updating it and putting information in it?
Glad you're honest. Um, but if we're going to test this, let's test every feature you have. Um, let me know what's working, what's not working, and we'll improve it from there.
I need you to load up the local memory and um understand it.
So, why is it saying that log connector AI is connected? Let me pull up another one here and look at the MCPS here.
There it is. Quad AI.
It's not working. Okay.
So you have an MCP um if you do an MCP list you'll see that there's one called quad AI. Can you tell me what that is?
See this is the workflow I want to do. I want to run multiple agents and be able to do this.
They claimed it.
So I'm going to be able to give these guys names. I'm going to be able to name each one and then I can see who's working on what.
Oh, okay. So, that's okay. That's nothing then.
Okay. So, those MCPS have nothing to do with the uh the plym forge then, right?
Did I lose my music?
Oh, no. Let's go.
Okay, perfect.
I don't need it for anything else.
That's what I wanted. All right, let's see what we got here.
Report Let's set that to here.
that here.
Okay. I have uh I ran two agents. I had one go looking at memory, test it, see if they were able to view it, what they're able to do with it. Also had one for the canban and be able to work a card. There's a few issues um it saw and go ahead and address those.
Yes. Nice. I like this.
should auto I have selected that's okay research So, Edna, skills for the plym forge. I need you to build out some skills. Um, one for the coder, one for the researcher, one for the auditor.
Hey, not working.
Okay, that was in the skills on Plym Forge. I need you to build out some more skills. One for a coder, one for um project manager, one for a reviewer, one for audit, and any other skills you think we're going to need.
Also, if you can build skills on managing things like API um or so forth, Let that cook.
Nice.
I have to jump back. Wonder if that's going to break it.
It did.
Dang it.
Can I control C in there? Yeah, it's broken. Okay, so that is a bug.
Let's take a screenshot of that.
And I want to screenshot this.
Say hello everyone. What the heck?
Okay. Okay, when you're done with that, I have two screenshots here. So, I was in the middle of working in the terminal that's on the fly forge and I realized that I wasn't in bypass mode. So, I went ahead and clicked the button on top.
I put it into bypass mode and it broke the terminal. And the only thing I can do is actually exit the terminal, but that's not what I wanted. um it kind of broke it. It was uh a very bad experience as a user.
So, let's uh get this fixed here. And also, when I load Claude, it should always be in bypass mode, unless there's a setting in there somewhere else that I can turn it off because I don't want to sit there. If I'm running 16 agents, I don't want to have to hit yes for each one every time they want to look at something.
>> There we go.
Oh, that one's broken. That was so good.
Curious how many I could get going here.
Look at that.
There's 16 right there.
I could probably keep going.
I don't see a use for running 16 quads though. That's wild.
I shouldn't have to do this with every single one now. Changing it. That's fine.
That's awesome.
Look at that.
And it did leave a description. Huh.
Okay. Now, okay. Close it.
Enter.
And I can go ahead and move it myself.
Nice. Okay. I like that.
over there.
This is the rust end of it here.
All right, I say that's all working pretty good.
That opens it up really good. I like that there's still cooking.
Sounds like my music stopped. That's not fun.
Let's see here. Let's find something good.
Hey, how's it going? Uh, I'll actually tell you what I'm coding here. About ready to run it.
So, I am making Well, here I'll show it to you. So, I'm making an app that you can run multiple instances of different types of agents.
And um, it's going to have a memory system. You could drop in skills. So that was a poor example there. There we go. Um so I'm building this.
So here's the memory. So the they all have access to the memory and they can share with each other. Um they are going to there's an editor built into it.
This is um you know I could look at different um MD files. There is a file structure. So I could actually read code, right? And you could actually develop in here like you can with VS Code. Um, so all of my agents here have access to all these tools and there I'm going to have where right now I'm using Whisper to be able to talk in here like uh test testing one too.
Um, I'm going to have a actual native built-in one instead of use whisper. Uh this would be the swarm and and directory. You know if there's an app. So let's just pick this one.
Explain the mission.
Make it happen, right? And then if I need to attach any knowledges or anything like that and the roster like the different types of coders, stuff like that. And through here, like how how large of a team, I go up to a fleet, which should have up to 50 if I wanted it to. Um, and then they'll just go and do their thing non-stop until it's done, whatever I have them do. Um, this is the the voice thing here.
So, I'm gonna allow that. And it's not working quite the way I wanted it to.
It just it's throwing some weird errors.
So, I'm I'm gonna focus on this a little bit better. Oops, wrong one.
Yeah. Anyways, that's what I'm working on. That's what I'm building.
So, see what the new update brings here.
kind of ironic. I'm signing up for something right now. Uh another AI platform and the thing asked me is after signing in it says we need to identify that you're human.
It's just the irony of that.
Looks good there.
And what do we have here?
The one thing I wanted to test was my board.
UPS board here. Let's get rid of this.
Let's get rid of this.
So, in the ops board that's local here to apply forge, I have a test card in there. I need you to work it as if you're working a real thing for testing.
I need you to be able to write descriptions to it. I need you to follow the flow as you would working it.
If you find any issues or problems, I need you to give me all your feedback so I can get this developed.
While I'm waiting for that, um, we're I went ahead and got the chat GPT Pro.
We're going to go ahead and use that for a secondary agent for testing. I need you to wire that in as well. Um, if we need to download the codeex, go ahead and get that started and set up Okay. So, it claimed the card, which is good. That's what I want.
Move the card.
Let's get rid of some of these so we can see what's what it's doing here.
There we go. Exercise and tags.
Okay.
Can I actually read the description?
Yes, I can.
Everything's going on. It's not as robust as my original one, which I'll end up getting it there. But give you an idea. This is my um my canban that my AI uses for my website. And this one is very intuitive. Um you can pay uh copy paste screenshots in here. You can attach other cards to it. Like in this case, this one has two other cards in here. Um, and you can open each one separately. So, this is the parent and each one of these is the child. So, it can work on all these at once. Um, I can put a hold on it. I could tell the type it is, uh, what it's doing here, if it's urgent, um, change the color type. And, um, it'll actually go through the flow.
It'll say it's working and if it needs testing, if it's put on hold or if it's completed.
So, sort of the same idea that I'm going to have here built in for this for my swarm to be able to use and for my agents, my orchestrated agents.
So, it looked like it went through the whole process and there's the card.
Awesome.
So, did find some issues here.
So issue prior to order high update history entries are opaque three different updates description rewrite three tags priority remove tag all logged identical no difference no field names no old new okay that's good ops move ID complete does not auto the claim okay that's Good feedback. I like that. So, I'm dog food this, right? So, I'm I'm going to start using this to develop itself and continue doing that. Right now, I am working to get codeex in here and then I'll get Gemini and then open code and a cursor. And when I get all that wired up and working good, um I may I'm probably going to release this to you guys if you want to use it.
Okay. So, it's got instructions here.
All right. What do you want me to do?
Your site install code expinary three steps total. So, okay. Let's copy that.
Let's get this going.
Use this All right, got that.
Nice.
Second this way.
Nice.
I got it all completed. It's uh working.
I'm logged in. And I'm going to need you to wire that into the uh plym forge.
Okay, let's see if it works here.
Copy that.
That's building.
See if I can switch.
Look at that.
It still shows no API path. I don't like that.
So I just posted an image. Let me know if you can see it.
So, what I'm showing you is my Plym Forge, and this is where I can drop down and change my um my agents to whether it's a GPT or Claude or Gemini. And it I'm using GPT right now and dropped it down, but it's still saying not on path.
Can you explain that to me?
Let's see how well this can figure things out.
What's up, buddy?
Okay. I mean, if you identified the problem, I want to see if you can fix it.
And what you should do is use the canban card system. You you got the ops port. I want you to create a card on it. I want you to work the card.
If you run into any problems, I need you to notate that um because we're we're gonna you're gonna we're dog fooding this program. I'm using it to build itself.
So, document any issues you're running into.
Look at that.
That's awesome.
It's actually working the card right now. Let's see. It didn't fill anything out, though. I don't like that.
Yeah, it's fine. Little bit. Did you get all your work done? Okay. Yeah, it's fine.
And then while I'm waiting, check this out. I'm gonna do it again. Let's uh bring up another one here.
And then let's screenshot whole thing here.
So the image I just showed you here, um, it's a big orange button with the plus.
It says agent on it. It's it's kind of throwing off the whole vibe of the UI, the UX. I need a cleaner version. if you can come up with a better placement for that to be able to spawn in more agents and make it intuitive.
Also, um if you work anything, I need you to build a use the canban ops board and make a card on it and then flow through it.
If you run into any problems, I want you to document it. Um because we're dog fooding this and we're going to use this app to develop itself.
So, do what you do best.
All right, that's going nice.
You know, it's funny. I get a lot of people from India that comes in here and checks out my stream. It's going pretty good. I'm actually building what you see right now in front of you. That's what I'm building. And um making it where I I'm going to be able to streamline multiple agents to help me build better um projects. And right now, as you can see, I have an ops board here. I can see what each agent's going to be working on. Um they have to if there's any task uh backlog, it'll go here. If they're in progress, they're going to go here. If they need testing, it'll go here. Um so on so forth. So, and these are like the completed test ones that they did.
So, um I can spawn multiple agents here.
And I could use Claude, Codeex, Gemini, Open Code, or Cursor. Right now, I'm testing it with Codex. I've been testing it with Claude.
So, now I got four agents running at once.
Any questions?
I don't like how it keeps scrolling up like that. It's not staying focused or not really focused.
Say hello.
So in the pyram forge, one of the issues I see in a terminal is if I don't have the one terminal focused and I'm moving things around, the context um scrolling doesn't stay at the bottom where it needs to be. So I can see what's happening at the moment. I end up losing the focus and it gets stuck. Um and not really stuck, it just starts to shift downwards while my view is staying where it's at.
So I just need you to investigate that.
I don't need you to do any editing or any code writing. Just find out what the problem is and then create a card and put it in the backlog.
So how can you learn from day one? Um open up your first uh cle which is uh either claude um you know anything that you can run on your computer uh in your terminal. It could be terminal um which uh of course I have one here for example you that's your first go to you start with that um or like claude they have a desktop so everything I built was in this desktop that I downloaded and I'm running it through here right I actually this is my second application my first one is right here it is um it's a SAS that it's up and running right now I built this 10 days ago well started 10 days ago and I'm still working on it but it's fully functioning right now. Um, you won't be able to go to the website.
It's geoblocked, uh, US and Canada only.
Um, but this is a CRM for contractors, whether you're an HVAC, electrician, roofing, doesn't matter what you are.
Um, it's a whole payment um, backend system.
Yeah, that's my website. I built that, like I said, started 10 days ago from scratch. And I started with this desktop right here. I had a vision and I just started telling it what to do. And if there's something I don't know what to do or understand, I ask it or I have it explain it to me. Anybody can do this.
You don't need no coding experience at all. Anybody can do this. Um, it's not as intimidating as it looks. A lot of this is just verbose, right? A lot of information coming in at once. I don't understand 90% of what they're telling me. I really don't. All this is just garbage to me. I don't I don't get it.
It's like, I want to click here and I want to click here and I want it to work. It's not working. Take a screenshot. Send it. Tell them, hey, I clicked here and I clicked there and it didn't work. And it'll be like, oh, okay. And it'll try to explain it to me.
I'm like, yeah, whatever. Just get it working.
It's always okay. So, you could code from AI, and you don't have to learn if you don't want to. You will learn as you're coding with AI. You will start to understand things. Um there's people that started developing uh um iOS apps or uh Android apps from scratch using vibe coding, right? Just using AI that never coded in their life. They didn't even know what an API was until they started coding and they learned it because they started being forced to use it u through the AI where the AI talks about it so much. So you'll learn as you're doing it.
So they're done here. Let's see. I created and worked on ops card. Moved it through. I fixed a likely bug in blah blah blah blah. Windows provider detecting result. If I pass alocumented dog food. Okay. So I'm gonna I'm going to take this.
I'm gonna copy that. And then I'm so this is the program I'm working on, but I'm still primarily using this to get me to the point where I don't need to use it.
And then this one says floating.
Okay, that's fine. And this one, it's something here. Let's find out what I don't even know what it says, but I don't care.
And then I'm going to tell Claude.
Okay, I had three chat GPTs to go through. I had one do some coding. I had one um actually had two do some coding and one doing some research. and I told it to if it runs into any problems to let me know. Um, and they sent this is everything they sent me. Can you analyze every single part of it, find out exactly what the flow they did and see if there's anything we need to do to fix any problems they find?
No, I I'm not. So, in in the terms of the US economy, I am not rich.
Um, but that's in the eyes of the beholder, right? And rich can mean many different things to people. But when it comes to income, money, I am okay. I'm not struggling.
But there is people that are, and there's people that are way wealthier than I am. So, in in a US economy, I'm just average, I should say.
I'm from the US.
Come here, Aries.
Come here, boy. Come here. Yeah. What' you do? No. No.
Yeah. You're good boy, huh? You're a good boy.
It's boring. I mean, if I'll stream all day long and you'd be staring at the same screen just waiting for things to happen and get done. So, I mean, if you're into this kind of stuff, I recommend watching it. You might learn something.
You just want to talk, I mean, that's good, too. Don't matter to me.
Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
Change the music a little bit. It's kind of boring there.
be right back.
out and then rebuild it.
Right. So what he wants is what he wants me to do.
Let's go and ship both as you described and we'll go from there.
Do you have access to all my files and folders?
Okay. Okay. How do I get that uh approval escalation?
Okay, that's fine. Um, do you have access to the internet?
Can you do some research?
Okay, I need to be able to on my OBS, I need to be able to stream to YouTube, Twitch, and kick and all the other things that I can. Uh, there's a plugin for that. Need to do some research on that.
One of the things I don't like about the canban, it's not as intuitive as our one we have in the in the cloud. Um, for the local one, I want it to be just as intuitive and just as functional. I should be able to open it, be able to see every detail, all the notes, be able to change the color, everything like we have on every other one.
So, we definitely need a good overhaul.
Yeah, that's fine. Go and get it downloaded and started. I'm running OBS right now and um if that becomes a hindrance, let me know.
Other than that, get the process started.
I'm gonna stop streaming for a little bit. I'll be back on a little bit later.
Maybe about an hour.
So, if you guys want to stick around, you can or come back later. See you guys then.
