So, he believes that there is a breach and there's a threat with regards to the information that's available on those devices. He's asking for the court to declare that search and seizure operation at his house and home as unlawful and unconstitutional, claiming that there was no warrant for that actual operation that had taken place, and that they had acted unlawfully when they had seized those devices. So, those are some of the claims that he's making in that court application.
