And like you had mentioned, part of that application is him saying that there's highly sensitive information on those devices that could lead to a national security threat. Talking about the revelation of sources and major investigations, ones that have concluded and ones that are currently pending.

[00:00:27]Where there's highly sensitive information on those devices and he also claimed that 2 days after his arrest, so that raid took place in the 10th of May, on the 12th of May, that someone had tried to access his cloud account. So, he believes that there is a breach and there's a threat with regards to the information that's available on those devices. He's asking for the court to declare that search and seizure operation at his house and home as unlawful and unconstitutional, claiming that there was no warrant for that actual operation that had taken place, and that they had acted unlawfully when they had seized those devices. So, those are some of the claims that he's making in that court application. Also claiming that this case, which dates back to, you know, years ago from the unroad gold that was actually found at the OR Tambo Airport, saying that there was a previous bit to have this matter prosecuted, and there's a certificate to show that the matter did not go through from the director of public prosecution.
