[00:00:19]Always being so good. We have the little sun shade up since it's so hot here.

[00:00:24]We have the AC blasting, but time for his very first visit.

[00:00:30]They normally have you go the same day or the day after to the pediatrician.

[00:00:34]Um, we're going the day after just because we got home so late. But they're going to weigh him and make sure he's all good, make sure all of his shots are good. And discuss like the plan with his weight and make sure his weight's all good.

[00:00:48]That way we know he's eating enough.

[00:00:50]>> For lunch at school for Elena, I found that a bento box is usually the best option. I mean, one, she's a kid who likes to talk at the lunch She has to have a little bit of variety and it matches just kid food a lot easier. So she might not have to explain to her friends if she's eating a grape, a strawberry, a granola bar, pretzels. No one needs to make a difference. She doesn't feel like >> Hello.

[00:02:05]>> All right, we are on our way back to the hospital cuz we went to the pediatrician and we found out baby boy actually has jaundice and we don't know how much. So apparently they do a test to see how much jaundice he has and then whether he would need to go under like special lights or not. Um but yeah, so we're just going to try to feed him a lot more cuz feeding him a lot more apparently helps flush it out the jaundice, which I didn't know like that was something that could be flushed out.

[00:02:33]Uh I apparently it's jaundice is when your body is breaking down red blood cells faster than your love your liver is turning it to bile.

[00:02:43]Something like that. So um it's a good thing I collected colostrum before giving birth cuz now we can give him even more food to try to like flush it out. But yeah, and and keep it keep his weight book him up. Although he's a big baby, so um but yeah, so we we're doing the hour drive back to the hospital so he can do the test. Um that's our latest little update.
