But in today's video, I am going to give you some updates about how many amperes these batteries are.
What is its C rating and how many milli amperes is our battery pack and how many cells should be installed, so our 12 watt battery pack is complete. Greetings to you too.
Okay bye-b, so you have seen this, this cell is our 32140 cell and in today's video basically I am going to give you an overview of the battery pack that we are going to make and you will get the complete video on the channel with these few days, okay so this battery pack you can see is our lithium iron phosphate battery pack and this one cell of ours is of 15000 mAh, so 15000 mA means that our one cell is of 15 amperes. Well, the nominal voltage of these cells is 3.2, so 3.2 is their nominal voltage.
When we fully charge it, its voltage is 3.65.
So you guys got to know this. Now as you can see, this is a lithium ion battery pack. Although I have made this also inside 4S but it is of 16 volts. When we make a 12 volt battery pack with lithium ion, we install three of them in series. Like let's suppose I have some of these lithium ion cells. I will explain to you according to them how we will make our battery pack.
So let's suppose that I have three cells of Lechamine lying around.
I'll show you right now. So these three I have on sale. The nominal voltage of one cell is 3.7 and the full charge voltage of lithium ion cells is 4.2, as you can see on your screen right now, 4.12 is coming in one cell and we see the voltage of this cell also as 4.15, which means that our cell is 95% charged right now. And you can also see its voltage, its voltage is 4.17.
So if we want to make a 12 volt battery pack with the help of lithium ion cells, then we will have to use three series and when we use BAMS in it, we will use 3S BAMS and if we want to make a 12 watt battery pack, then we will have to make cells of larger joint size in it. Its model number is 32140, friends, this is its model number and this is our 15 ampere cell and its IR is also less than 1.7, so its IR is very good and I was telling you some specifications about both the cells. Well, these cells have a maximum life of 1000 cells. After that its capacity starts reducing. That means, let us assume that this cell of yours gets completely spoilt after two and a half to three years.
After that it stops working. It will work a little bit but its capacity is very high and it becomes low. Now in the same way, if we talk about 32 140 cells, which is our cell of such a large size.
You can compare both of them as they are.
Whatever is in front of it looks very small. So this 32140 cell has a life cycle of 3000 plus cycles, which means that your battery pack can easily provide you a maximum life of 8 to 10 years, which is very good and we also use these cells in the batteries of EV 22.
So right now I am going to make a detail video on which I am going to show you how to make a battery pack of 60 volts i.e. its full charge voltage will be 73 watts and 30 amperes, inside which we will install JK's smart BAMS, so you will get that video not on my main channel Technical Inventions but on Inventions DIY and you can watch that video and this 12 watt 30 ampere battery pack which I am going to tell you about today, you will get its detail video within a few days i.e. within one to two days on my main channel Inventions DIY, you will easily get its detail video.
From there you can see how I have made this battery pack. So I told you some details. When we make a 12 volt battery pack with the help of lithium ion cells, we will install three series. And similarly, if we want to make a 12 volt battery pack with the help of lithium phosphate, then we will have to install four series.
And then our 12 volt battery pack is ready. Now I have an order which we have to make inside lithium phosphate of 12 volts and 30 amperes. So to make this, I will use these spacers and also place the insulation rings on all its positive sides.
So that detailed video, as I told you, you will get to see a long video, after watching which you can easily make any type of lithium ion battery pack at home. So I told you that two cells will be installed parallel to ours. After that, the next row will be ours of negative. So this is its positive side. This one is its negative. We will also spot welt whatever is there between them. We will also spot welt this among ourselves. But after this, we will keep doing it in series as well so that both its voltage and amperage keep increasing. So I have told you some of its specifications. Its life cycle is 3000 plus life cycles and its internal resistance is less than 1.7. So, I have shared all the specifications with you all.

So you can see that I have set the multimeter and above the DC voltage, now I will also make you check the voltage of all these cells, what voltage is coming from these cells. I hope you can see the clear display of the multimeter in the live stream.
So you can see the voltage of the first cell is 3.31 and then it is 3.24, this is not balanced yet. 3.30 and then that is 3.31 3.30 3.23 its a little bit voltage down. 3.28 and then the last one which is our 3.30, when we do it in parallel then it will slowly start balancing on its own. Apart from this, the BMS that we are using also has minor C i.e. balancing.
So this BAMS will also balance these cells.
So it is very simple to make a battery pack with the help of this cell.
So as compared to lithium ion, their life is also very good and their performance is also very good and as I told you that the electric bikes etc. that are coming now, mostly the same battery is installed in them, 32 140, one advantage is that their C rating is also good. This is our cell which has 3C rating and its IR is also very good and its life cycle as I told you is 3000 plus.
