The father of a 14 year old has to practically DEMAND police and threaten a lawsuit for them to hold

[00:00:00]What did he say? He said nothing. He said nothing can be done. He called his supervisor and he said it would be pushing it even if they like charge her with assault or anything. Yeah, so for for something like criminal like that, there has to be intent. And I looked over and interviewed her. She said she was just trying to get your attention. But here's the problem. She put my child in danger.

[00:01:02]Let me show you exactly what happened to this man's son. So maybe then you can understand why he is livid that police are doing nothing. He has to get to the point of threatening them. There is this lady trying to hit me.

[00:01:15]His 14-year-old called 911. There is a lady on the sidewalk following him while he's on his electric bike going almost 30 miles an hour. This video was captured by another witness who is like, "What the hell is going on?" Now that witness that recorded the final part of that video, her boyfriend is in another vehicle ahead of her. He actually turns in and ends up blocking the SUV so that the child can get away. She ends up leaving. In fact, argues with them talking about you don't know what happened. And this point they call 911.

[00:01:45]They get the license plate because of these witnesses who are going to talk to her. What's crazy about all of this is that the following day, the parents called 911 to tell them exactly what transpired. They have witness testimony, videos, everything that they need. On top of that, they are telling them, "Look, she tried to block him off, not allowing him to leave. She pursues him.

[00:02:09]He has to swerve trying to get away from her. She won't leave him alone." And the police are like, "Well, we can't do nothing cuz we don't have anything, you know, that could we can charge her with." Let me show you guys where they interviewed her. I so I get in my car and try to catch him cuz I thought he lived in the neighborhood. I wanted to either see where he lived to talk to his mother nicely or I wanted to talk to him nicely cuz I thought he was my neighbor.

[00:02:34]So then, I go after him to try to find him cuz I know you're never going to find him.

[00:02:38]And they're all like, "You're acting recklessly." I was like, "You don't think that would happen?" Thankfully, because the parents insisted, she was in fact arrested, served 10 days in jail, and was given 3 years probation, which I think is absolutely nothing because if that child would have fallen off, she would have hit him with his car. This is crazy. Florida, of course.
