Family disputes can escalate to criminal charges when one party attempts to have the other arrested, but police investigations reveal that the accuser may be the actual perpetrator; legal accountability requires evidence and witness testimony to determine truth, and family members cannot legally exclude minors from their homes or use false accusations to harm innocent individuals.

Evil Mother Frames Son In Attempt To Get Him ArrestedAdded:
My son pulled a gun on me months a month months ago and then she pulled my hair and pulled me down. So I grabbed her hair back. They're mostly abusive and she kicked me. She was like dead kicking me in my face.
>> Sometimes a kid needs a beef as my son and I had love him to death but he needs shut the sometimes.
>> Family disputes are always complex. But fortunately more often than not they just end up in screaming matches. But have you ever heard of parents so evil that they try to put their innocent child in jail just like an evil mother who frames her son in attempt to get him arrested?
>> My daughter has her arm and I have pictures and everything.
>> He punched you, right?
>> Yeah, he punched me in the face and left the hole in the wall because I was trying to get him away from her.
On August 25th, 2025, officers responded to a 911 call from a pregnant mother.
She claimed her 18-year-old son, Kaden, had just tried to force his way into the house, attacking his own sister in the process.
>> Hi.
>> I told you we're going to get out of hand.
>> My daughter has her arm and I have pictures and everything. I'm done. I can't do this anymore.
He did that to my daughter just a few minutes ago right here at the front of the door.
>> Could I talk to your daughter?
>> Mhm. And here's another one that I took close up.
And then there's her arm and her skin's torn right there. But this is all together.
Got you.
>> Do you need medical attention right now?
>> I'm okay.
>> Can I take a look at the injuries?
>> Yeah. Put the flashlight.
>> You want to give me some? Even though the woman seemed visibly distressed, it was her daughter who was allegedly assaulted by Kaden. Naturally, the officer wanted to interview the alleged victim and get her side of the story.
>> So, basically, she had already told him that he can't put his stuff in the house. He was anyways. I'm over here getting my son's diapers. You can clearly see it's on the table. It's dirty. I want to get it back up. He starts throwing his in here. I tell my mom, "Hey, you don't want this stuff in the house. I can't touch it." Okay, fine. I won't touch it. She He said that she can touch it. Okay, great. She I told her I was like, "Hey, if you don't want it in your house, like he's putting it inside, go and do it." Okay, great.
As soon as he tries to come back in and I get even close because I'm going to go throw my son's diaper here. He comes at me because he thinks that I'm going to take and grab his stuff and go throw it back outside. He gets me by the hand, starts scratching me. I'm sorry for my language, then gets me from the door.
I'm trying to like defend myself and get away from him. I'm in between the door with him. My face is right here where the door handle is and it scrapes from here to there. He's trying to drag me out the door with him and I'm trying to pull myself back in and that's why his shirt is ripped because I was trying to defend myself and get away.
>> Mom quickly jumped in, adding that her son had also slammed the door on his sister. According to the two women, incidents like this had happened before and they had already tried to resolve the matter in court.
>> He punched you, right? Yeah, he punched me in the face and left the hole in the wall because I was trying to get him away from her, >> which I fixed the hole in the house already. But then I have recordings on my phone because I told you guys that I was going to record because how he gets out of hand. I have voice messages and everything. We don't say anything to him and here he comes already starting with his crap.
>> Gosh. Do you have any videos like right now after we left?
>> Uh, no. I I don't have any videos. I just have voice memos of everything that happened.
>> And then you said you you heard it first and then you went over there, right, to see? I ran over there because I heard her screaming and stuff and he was like the door and I could just hear everything cuz I was washing dishes right here.
>> And then Miss Stop you. What do you want to pursue charges?
>> Um, honestly, yeah, I do. I do. I'm so tired of this.
>> With the mother and daughter confirming each other's statements, it appeared to be a clear-cut case. However, once Kaden composed himself, he had a very different account of what happened.
>> It was that bag and another bag outside the door, and he tried putting it inside the house. So, when he he uh pretty much like went out, grabbed the stuff, and then his sister tried closing the door.
And so, all he did was put his back against the door and pushed back, pushing her against the door cuz she was trying to push him out. Um, and then inside the sister gets in the choke hold. Mom tries grabbing his phone and scratches his rib and shirt his rib and does have redness on his cheek. Um, since they're they were both attacking, most of the sister >> with conflicting claims, the officers had to determine who was telling the truth. So, the officers went back inside to listen to the sister stories again to check for any inconsistencies. You said you you were about to open the door or were you going to close it?
>> Uh, no. So, he was already going through his stuff. Okay, whatever. I can't touch it. I'm about to go through the door and he immediately cuz he already had a bag right here.
>> He thinks that I'm going to go in for it and grab it cuz I think he saw the motion of me just walking with my hand out like this. I have my son's diaper.
Soon as I'm like that, he comes charging in towards me thinking that I have something on him and I don't. And there I go and he grabs my arm. I have the diaper clearly in my hand still and I'm getting p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p pushed through the door, pushed on the wall, pushed against him and I I can't stop him from doing it. He's much bigger than me. He's much stronger than me.
>> At any point did you get him in the headlock?
>> No, I I couldn't. I There was no way.
There was no way. Like I was literally wrapped around like this because he was holding my arm from the back of his neck from this side.
>> Okay.
>> And that's how I like that's why his collar is ripped.
>> Her story was still different from Cadence. So, the officer tries to go into more detail. It appears that the injuries to the woman's hands were sustained as she was allegedly trying to pull him back outside. So, when you had your hand right here, what was he trying to do? Where was he?
>> He My mom was right here. He was yelling at the time. My arm was locked like this. And that's another reason why I have scratches right here. And I was just trying to like pull him this way so that he could let go of me. And that's why he has all of this is just torn up right here on his shirt.
>> Got. So, your right hand was here. How where were you trying to pull him from if he was behind you? If no, if he was right here, this is how my arm was. His head's right here. The back of him is right here. Okay. I'm trying to pull away like this. And I'm trying to like hold on to the door right here so that I can maneuver.
>> But like that hand is where she was.
>> Exactly. This is where I was pulling from his shirt because I didn't know if he was going to go and attack her. I wanted him to stop. So, I pulled his shirt.
>> Okay. And what were you doing on this side with him? I was telling him to stop and he wouldn't let me. He wouldn't he wouldn't listen to me. He just kept cursing and stuff and then he said that he was going to come after me. And then that's when I ran back over here to get my phone because I'm like, "No, I'm not going to allow you to start beating up everybody and I'm pregnant too on top of that."
>> The mother claimed it all happened very fast and that she was afraid Kaden would hurt them. But the officer was more interested in how the daughter got her injuries because there were already slight changes in her claim.
>> So then the face and this happened from you being against this. Then >> from me being against that and then from whenever I was trying to come through here, he was pulling me through the door.
>> The door was open from here >> and that's where my face got scratched from right there.
>> Which way was he trying to pull you?
>> He was trying to pull me out like this.
>> Back outside?
>> Yes.
>> So were you closing the door on him? I I was holding it and while he was pushing me, it was like halfway closed like this against me like that. So yeah, like him pulling me trying to like lock her body in to like her body with the door.
>> So because my body was halfway like this, I was trying to hold on to it to prevent it from happening and he kept pulling so the door went in with me.
>> And then how did you get out of that? Uh because I I tried pushing myself out of it as much as I could against the wall like this and I got to the point where I could slip away from him and as soon as I slipped away from him, I walked off because there's no need for me and him to have any more conflict after what he just did to me.
>> He's telling us that he was that you were going to go close the door on him.
So he came and pushed the door open, which is why he got hit.
>> You guys told me that I can't do anything that he's allowed to bring his stuff in here. Okay, great. I'm not going to go against you guys. I have a son. I cannot go and be arrested. Mhm.
>> So, how did that bag that was here in the belt?
>> He he I don't know to be honest with you. I have no idea after he had already been arguing with my mom, I went to go get my son because my son was arguing.
So, I did not see how his bag landed out there again.
>> I have a video of her just walking up to me talking and yelling in my face to get out and stuff as soon as you guys left.
>> Do you have that video with you?
>> Yes.
>> Get out.
>> See, >> GET OUT. SHOULDN'T YOU BE AT WORK?
>> WHAT TIME is it?
>> Um, should I be at work? Oh, 5:22.
>> And this was like literally like a couple minutes after you.
>> Kaden explained how his mom and sister called the police, accusing him of being aggressive, but according to him, they had been psychologically and physically abusing him for years. Like thing is like I've they put their hands on me ever since like we moved here 10 years ago.
And some of it's over stupid stuff too.
Like I'll be playing the game. My mom she'll get mad. One time she kicked me in the face with boots. She kicked me in my private power boots and I was like 11 maybe 12 years old.
And then another time I was just laying on the stairs because she was screaming at me. And I was like maybe 11, 12. And she just like came with her boots. feels like a couple of days after and just started kicking me in my face on the floor, kicking my body and she just likes to tell everyone that she's never put her hands on me.
>> So, Mapper, you are getting charged for battery. You're going to be receiving a citation today. Okay.
>> Why am I getting >> So, we were able to get footage of you guys fighting over the bag that you said that there was no bag for. And then we see you jumping behind him trying to get a choke hold on him on the video.
>> I did not try to put him in a chokeold.
>> I got you. You were also pushing him off the floor.
>> Yeah, >> he was pushing.
>> I got you. That's what we saw on video.
We're not going to argue this.
>> Okay, great. So, what is a citation?
>> So, a citation. So, pretty much you're just getting charged with battery for right now, right? You're not going to jail. It's just like a ticket on paper, right? So, you're going to have three days to show up to municipal court. Uh it'll be at city hall still to answer for the citation. They'll give you an actual court date and that's where we will go up to a judge and present our evidence to him reference the charges.
>> So, then what else does this mean?
because I have a kid clearly as he knows.
>> Even after getting cited, the sister still tried to make it appear as if Kaden was out to hurt her and her child.
But after reviewing the evidence, it was time for Kaden to finally get some justice. His sister was charged with battery.
On September 15th, 2025, a woman called the police claiming she was the victim of abuse. She was distraught but had no visible injuries. Allegedly, she got into an altercation with her daughter-in-law which stemmed from years of emotional abuse.
>> Make sure the dog doesn't come.
>> Yeah. Yeah. I'm coming.
>> I've been fighting my husband for two three years.
>> Okay.
>> Can I get a drink? I can't really talk.
My nerves are shot.
>> I have I think I have a water bottle.
>> Okay.
>> Mhm.
>> Um I don't know where to start >> from the beginning.
>> It's too long of a story. So my husband's been cheating with my old friend.
>> So today, let's go on >> for the last 5 years.
He bought our house and he stays here so that I don't know about the house and take it in the doors. He's paid my kids and everyone off to be mean to me so I will move out and I'm hardly ever home.
>> Once she managed to catch her breath, the woman explained she was a recovering addict. After being sober for 2 years, she started using again recently because of the abuse at the hands of her family.
>> Every time I come back home, my husband, it's fine. It's okay. It'll be fine. And then when he's not here, they all jump on me. My son pulled a gun on me months a month months ago and like I didn't >> Let's keep the truck on. They're mostly abusing, >> okay?
>> And I can't take them more. Anyway, what happened was um I went downstairs and asked Brooke if she been throwing myself away cuz she took the clothes from downstairs in the basement.
>> Okay.
>> And put them in the hallway right in front of my door.
>> Okay.
>> And um so it's just, you know, it's simple things like that.
>> Was it was there anything physical between you and her?
>> Yes.
Um, I don't know pretty much how it started, but I she kept getting closer to me and closer to me and like um so she went to hit me and and I moved out of the way and then she pulled my hair and pulled me down so I grabbed her hair back.
>> Um I don't know if there's anything in my face, but then she called for my son Justice and he he's been emotionally abusing me for the last 3 years.
>> The woman Michelle painted a picture of a horrible home where she was subject to daily emotional abuse by her husband and children. She even said she tried to move out but had nowhere else to go.
>> So you said she pulled your hair.
>> What else you did?
>> And grabbed me by my throat and threw me against the wall.
>> Okay. So that before you tell me it was your son that >> it was my son >> that did that.
>> Oh. Oh, you said she?
>> Yeah.
>> She pulled my hair and I pulled her hair back and she yelled for justice and justice come downstairs and grabbed me by the throat, threw me against the wall.
>> Okay. Did you want to EMS to get check you checked out?
>> My heart hurts more than anything.
>> Do you have any injuries?
>> Scratches, bruises, anything like that?
>> No, I don't think so.
>> Can you call Brooke and your son so I can talk to them?
>> Yeah. Yeah. I don't want you going out.
>> I don't want to go in.
>> There's two big dogs.
>> I have a bunny and my >> You have what?
>> I have a bunny.
>> Bunny.
>> No, bunny. Like a bunny like a Yeah. And I was cleaning her cage and she throws all my father-in-law's clothes down on the stairs where it's unsafe when me and my dogs trip over it. So I picked it up and I threw it in the hallway so that nobody's tripping open. She's she's all just and she's in and out of this house so much. She goes to her dealer's house, stays for 3 days there, then comes back, sleeps it off, goes to her dealer's house. I don't know where she goes. Ask her about it. She comes down and she's like, "Get in my face now. Please." I just I had a really rough weekend, please. Just get away from me. Like, I'm not trying to deal with you today.
Normally, I can just walk past her, ignore her, and like no issue. And today, she pointed at my face. And she's like right here at me. I was like, "Please point at me, please. Can you point at me for a second?" So, I like I'm like, "Please get away from me. I push her hand back." And she didn't like that. So, smack me. Brooke was fighting back her tears as she told her side of the story. Her claims actually sounded more plausible than what Michelle had told them. Not to mention, justice pretty much confirmed what Brooke was saying.
>> So, what's going on today? What?
>> I really don't know. So, basically, all I'm getting ready to go to her house, which is my sister-in-law, dating my twin brother. Uh, everything was fine.
Went downstairs and they're both downstairs. She obviously high on drugs.
This is her preferred. Um, she's got a tendency to go delusional, >> kind of flip out randomly. She's everybody of everything. Um, >> and she's she's really she's we've been trying to get her out. She's put hands on me multiple times called >> I I understand there's a lot of history here. I'm just worried about today cuz I can't do anything about the history.
>> Today, I really don't know. All I heard was Brooke, which is >> girlfriend. Yeah.
>> Uh, my sister-in-law sister screaming my name for help. I go down and she's got her like pounding by her hair.
>> You just told me to shut up.
>> My mom Michelle has Brooke pounding her by her hair and pulling her down. She's got a bust of lip >> and I'm looking and I go down. So all I do, I grab her arms and I kind of like just push them down so that way she kind of just like separates them.
>> Yeah.
>> She falls, trips over the broom and dustpan, whatever is back there.
>> The version of events that Justice and Brooke told the officers made sense and sounded coherent. Michelle's version, however, did not. But there was one more person who could shed some light on the situation.
>> So, what kind of history is there between >> Okay, so that's what he was saying. I didn't really I >> I don't want to say, but if they're both involved in a fight, I can't really trust either party.
>> No, she's a mess and she uh I kicked her out a while ago.
>> Okay.
>> She had place to live. Last place she lived. One of her roommates beat the out because she's all tweaked up, you know what I mean?
>> And I just took her back because she's a boy's mom and [ __ ] like that. Tried to help tried to tell her to go to rehab and like that, you know?
>> Mhm.
>> She won't do it. She thinks everybody in the world's against her.
>> Okay.
>> You deal with it probably as much as I do with her.
Crazy son of me.
>> The kids are good kids.
>> She lives down in the basement with my son and like that, you know, >> part time and stuff. Like I said, I just let her in. She said she was going to go to rehab in a couple of days and now she starts this stupid.
>> After taking statements, the officers found out that Brooke isn't actually married to Justice's twin brother. That didn't change much except that the charges were no longer classified as domestic abuse. It was an assault.
>> What are you looking to see done today?
You have an aunt. Like you got it.
>> Got to go. I don't care where she go.
She got to go. She's already got a warrant for portage. You can take her on that.
>> Here's the conclusion that we got. Okay.
>> You have no marks, no injuries. No matter.
>> She does have it.
>> Okay.
>> That's not true.
>> So, right now, I just need you to put your hands behind your back.
>> Oh my god. That's not true.
>> That's not true.
>> Why did you lie?
>> We can see the mark on her lip. There's no lying about a mark on someone's lip.
>> That's not true. You're lying, bro.
>> Okay. I just >> Why are you lying?
>> Why are you screaming?
>> Oh my god, she's lying.
>> Relax a little bit, man. Just shut up.
>> She's lying.
>> Once Michelle realized the jig was up, she freaked out and pleaded with the officers to let her go. She was obviously afraid of going to jail, but she also had a secret weapon attached to her keychain, one that might get her an additional charge.
>> That's not true. She pulled my hair and choked me. WHAT ARE YOU TRYING MY SON TO DO? You did the same for me.
>> I did not. No, I didn't. Please, sir.
Please don't do this to me. Please.
You're doing You're on.
>> Can you grab a pair of shoes for her?
Like, >> this is wrong, sir. This is wrong.
>> Okay.
>> Please. Oh my god. No. They're going to put A RESTRAINING ORDER ON ME NOW. I WON'T HAVE a home. That's what they're doing this for.
>> Oh my god.
Oh.
>> Oh.
>> Have a sit. Have a sit. Have a sit.
>> I didn't do anything.
>> Drop that for a moment.
>> Why do you have a handcuff key on your >> key?
Cuz you used to have a pair of handcuffs. Okay.
Depending on depending on what agency you go to, if you try and conceal a handcuff key, some agencies some agencies consider that possession of criminal tools.
>> Michelle was lucky that the officer found the handcuff key and saved her from getting an additional charge. She was charged with assault and her trial is ongoing.
On July 20th, 2025, a simple argument over a cat quickly spiraled after a mom called the police on her 17-year-old daughter. Minutes after leaving her home, the teen got pulled over and detained for driving on a suspended license.
>> You got your license on you?
>> My mom stole my >> That's okay. All right. Do me a favor.
Unlock the car.
>> My mom and and I got that and she just keep trying to like kick me out. I'm only 17 years old.
>> Okay, that's fine. Do me a favor. Place your hands on top of your head. Lean forward.
>> Wait.
>> Yeah. Keep your hands on top of your head. Lean forward.
>> Oh.
>> Her mom been kicking her out.
>> Car with a rock out.
>> It was really nothing though. She went in the house to ask her mom. Um, so where's her cat at? And her mom says she gave it away. So >> Okay.
>> Um, nothing illegal in the car, drugs, guns, anything like that.
>> Okay.
>> The mother alerted the police that her daughter had a suspended license. That was an arrestable offense. But once the officers got the full story, they were inclined to release her and give her a citation.
>> Are you mom?
>> Yes.
>> Hi, Mom.
>> And I'm going to press her.
>> Okay. So, what's what's going on?
>> Uh, she came to my house. She was mad because I got rid of a cat that she brought to my house that I told her don't have at my house. And so she started knocking she started pushing me and then she started knocking stuff over all over my room and I recorded how my room look you can come and see it.
>> Okay.
>> She was knocking everywhere >> and then I called 911. Then she tried to run out the house. Then she went driving down the street all fast.
>> We handled the issue with her with her license. Um, >> get it, Colleen.
>> The I know this is going to sound probably frustrating for you with her destroying the inside of the house, but when it comes to kids and property and things like that, that's a civil matter.
Uh, we can't when destruction of property going to >> uh, what do you mean assault?
>> She was pushing me.
>> Uh, I mean, do you have evidence of her pushing you? Like a video?
>> No, I tried to take a video. When the officers explained they couldn't do anything about the domestic abuse claims, mom asked about the suspended license, expecting her daughter would go to jail. When she realized the officers had just issued her a citation and were about to let her go, she became furious.
>> This is the second break y'all cutting her. How many breaks y'all going to cut her?
>> Well, I mean, as police officers, we're allowed to use discretion.
>> Well, you know what? What's the point of calling the police? You're you're doing absolutely not. So, what was the point of calming down here? because we need to get your side of the story of what happened. We can't just go off of one party and then >> and you're not doing anything. I mean, it's not necessarily that we're not doing anything.
>> So, we are So, here's the issue. Your mom, she's daughter, right? She's what, 17?
>> Yeah. She'd be 18 next month.
>> Okay. So, she's still technically a juvenile. So, because she came in the house and you know, whatever transpired over this cat, right? I mean, she you're claiming that she pushed you and but you don't we don't have proof of that. She could. It's your word against hers at this point. You don't have visible injuries or anything of that nature. So, that's where we're at right now.
>> Okay. Well, I'll make sure I'm not telling her. She don't have no visible injuries either. And you just wasting my time.
>> Don't leave.
>> Uh, if I were here, I probably wouldn't go home tonight.
>> Yeah. Mom wasn't happy with you or us.
So, it' be best just uh we we explained her the situation. Um, but I would probably just stay away for now. Okay.
>> Wait, how how can her mom kick her out, though? She a minor.
>> Well, mom technically Well, so that that is that is true. Mom can't kick her out.
Okay. She she is allowed to go and return home. She can't be she can't be kicked out of the house.
>> Um what I can advise you though is, you know, when things escalate and fights happen, sometimes it's best, you know, if she can go to grandma's for the night, it's it's better so that things don't continue to add fuel to the fire.
you know, she can go to grandma's for the night. Sometimes it's just better to do that, right? Like, you know, she's 17, almost 18 years old, almost an adult. It It's better to not add fuel to the fire, right?
>> As the officers chatted with the teens, it seemed like the issue was settled.
However, mom suddenly returned, parked on the opposite side, and approached the vehicle.
>> I want my key.
>> You're not welcome back to my house and come back to my house.
>> Ma'am, you can't do that.
>> I can't take my house key.
>> No, you're not allowed to put a a minor out of her own home. You are not allowed.
>> You have to. don't live there.
>> This is this is this is this is why the teenagers do whatever they want to do because y'all don't do >> y'all don't do nothing when somebody call for help the law. I don't care what you say.
>> Okay. Well, you aren't allowed to do that.
>> Girl, >> I'm just telling you you aren't allowed to do that.
>> And I'm telling you, I don't give a what you say.
>> Okay. Well, I'm just >> to my house, y'all going to regret saying there.
>> That's a threat to a minor.
>> Let her come back if you want to. Let her come back.
>> That's a threat to a minor.
>> Um, you know, if you need to get your things, you always can call for uh >> like a Yeah, you can have a police officer stand by to get your things.
>> So, is there anything else I can do for you?
>> No, I don't have >> Yeah, my grandma. My grandma's she was sleep, but she's I'm getting she >> Okay. All right. Are you good?
>> Yeah, I'm fine.
>> All right. Have a good night. Okay.
>> Yeah. Get your license fixed. Despite what they told the police, the couple eventually returned to the mom's house.
When they got there, they found all of the girls things thrown out. 20 minutes later, the officers were back at the woman's house.
>> Why are you throwing my out the window?
>> Hey, listen. It's a It's a civil matter between you two.
>> We pulled up and all her clothes are just outside. We just had to pick it up and then she going to go in the car and throw everything back out the she just hit me. What the car doing?
>> Hit you with nothing.
>> She's allowed back in her house. She lives here.
So he ain't supposed to be here. What you want?
>> She hit me.
>> Why are you trying to argue with a 17y old? Bro is rules with you. Like go take your work clothes off.
>> Get the camera out my face.
>> Okay. Just get the camera.
>> Here's your phone back. Can you do me a solid, man? Can you just go sit in the car?
>> I appreciate it.
>> Thank you.
>> Ma'am, can you give her a phone?
>> Get them off my property.
>> They're not They're on a public roadway.
So, >> but she's also allowed on your property.
>> She does. 102.
>> Thank you. Trail 12212.
>> Ma'am, she said she's not leaving without her phone. So, you're going to have a problem with that? I don't know what to tell you about your cell phone.
I don't think she's going to give it to you.
>> Well, I'm just I'm not I'm not leaving without my phone.
>> The daughter explained that the phone was the reason she came back. She needed it to receive calls from her work. The officers couldn't do anything but wait and watch as the situation unfolded.
DR. BLAZE IN MY FACE.
>> NO, I didn't.
>> Yes, she did. No, I did.
>> You step outside. Step outside.
>> No, I don't. No, >> I didn't even touch her.
>> No, I lying. Don't touch her.
>> I didn't touch her.
>> Behind your back.
>> They behind my back and I didn't touch her.
>> Okay.
>> Are you okay?
>> Yes. All right.
>> Excuse me water. My ribs hurt.
>> Your ribs hurt?
>> Please give me a water.
>> Okay.
>> The officers made a good choice by sticking around. They managed to quickly separate the two females and prevent the situation from escalating further. The mother was immediately placed under arrest.
>> She let my arm go.
>> No, you don't get to pick and choose who's walking with you.
>> Well, I definitely don't want you.
>> Well, I'm sorry.
>> We're walking so fast.
>> But don't pull away from her.
know what happened.
>> I went in there. She kept trying to stop me from getting in there. I'm only 17 years old. They told me I have a lot of my house. And I go in the kitchen and then she said, "Stay here tonight and see what happened to you." And then she started choking me. So I was trying to push her off of me. And I'm like, "James, tell the police to come in here." And then she just slapped me across my face. And she slapped me on across my face.
Grabbing me, hurting my ribs.
>> Isn't the police getting in there? I did not hit her. I swear to God, I did not touch her. All I wanted them to do was leave my house. All of this over a cat that I told her couldn't even live here cuz it's not even on a list lease or any I mean cuz we're not even allowed to have animals. She can't force me to have a cat and I'm scared of cats. I don't even like cats.
>> Despite her claims, multiple witnesses confirmed that she instigated the confrontation and assaulted her daughter. She was arrested and taken to jail where she was charged with domestic violence.
One January morning, a mother called the police claiming she was brutally assaulted by her own daughter. Officers responded to the location and found her waiting outside the gate.
>> Hey there.
>> Hi.
>> What happened? Um, yesterday my my daughter my daughter my my my fiance got into a fight.
>> He went to jail and then she did this to me today.
You see my I have I have a birth mark.
>> Okay.
>> This is a birth mark. But >> all this is that's from her >> and that's from your daughter.
>> And she kicked me. She was like dead kicking me in my face.
>> Do you need an ambulance?
>> No. I don't want to go to the hospital.
All right.
>> She was trying to um stick up for my husband. I was like, you know, he's wrong. And then we started arguing and then all of a sudden she just started whailing on me and I got on the floor. I was on the floor. I couldn't even protect myself and she stepped on my face twice.
>> Uh what she >> uh >> is she by herself?
>> No, she's in a car or she might be walking. um her friend live right over here by these apartments on um on the corner.
>> The woman identified as Jill said that her son, grandson, and her daughter took off running after the assault. She claimed that the altercation erupted when her daughter's dog got into a fight with her dog.
>> She just came back from North Carolina, not even two months ago. And I was like, "Okay, yeah, you can stay with us." And then her I'm I'm so sorry. Her dog is very vicious. Her dog got out of the cage and almost my dog the other night, last night. And then when me and my husband were trying to split up the dogs, she starts hitting my hus. So my husband's in jail for battery on her, but she started whailing on my husband. She was like, "You mother and then so they arrested my husband."
>> Okay. And then she comes back tonight.
We're in my we're in my daughter's bedroom. And I was like, you know, that's really Oh, laughing at me because supposedly her little her little black boyfriend named Cheese who's supposed to be a rapper, he's in jail and he has two cousins in jail. And she was like, "Oh, just to let you know, they already beat the hero in jail."
According to Jill, she got upset when her daughter Maria disrespected her husband, Arturo, considering he was paying for the house and the utilities they all benefited from. But Maria was laughing about him getting beaten up in jail.
>> He already paid the rent. He already paid the lights. He already paid the water. And you're going to laugh about that? And then all of a sudden me and her like she just started swinging on me and I was on I was on the floor on my back and my son was trying to get her off of me and she kept slamming me in my face and then as my son got her off of me she stomped on my face twice and that's when she did that [ __ ] to mine.
>> I just got back from North Carolina and he put his hands on me. He ended up going to jail and we've been good all week me and her. And then if as soon as Friday comes, she starts drinking and she gets like this.
But I was at work all day. I didn't I haven't bothered her. I haven't talked to her. And then I she told me that she pop.
And then when I get home, I already knew it was going to be bull. So I had her come with me so I could get my son and get my brother and we could just come over here and let her calm down or whatever the heck she got going on. And then that's why she kept picking at us.
Maria's friend confirmed that Jill just burst into her room and started yelling at her, but more importantly, they had video proof of the assault.
>> Oo, that's going to be cuz the mom was definitely instigating that like 100% all in her face. Like I mean, you Why don't you take a look at the video first?
Yeah. And then you you see Hi there. Are you Maria?
>> Yeah. Okay. Um, where's the video? she has on her phone.
>> Yes.
>> And do >> Well, this was before she got in Maria's face.
>> This was when she broke his fan.
>> Okay, I don't care about that.
>> No, but like you can see how she just like bustes in the door like >> and then right away.
Maria, why you want me?
She put my right last.
>> The video showed Jill bust through the door and instigate a verbal argument.
But the one thing it did not show was what led to the physical altercation and who actually threw the first punch. So they tried to get more details about how the fight started.
>> Run through what happened.
>> Okay. So >> I mean I saw saw you guys arguing >> or she she's in your face saying fight me. Fight me. Then what happened >> and then she um she steady finger pointed me. Finger pointed me. And then she pushed my head back. So I pushed her like out of my space cuz she was in my face. And then that's when she came back swung and I swung and we started fighting.
I was only defending myself. We We tried to go in the room. We tried to lock the door. She kept coming in the room. Kept breaking through the door. Kept coming in there, antagonizing us. I was just I just got home from work. I've been at work since 7:00 this morning. And we just got here. I was I came to get my son, came to get him, and we're going to go over to her house to get away from this for a while till she fell asleep or something. But she as soon as I walked in the door, she started like and then we tried to go into the room, separate ourselves, and she still came into the room, barging in the room, trying to kick the door down.
>> Jill's son claimed he only witnessed the two women fighting each other and tried to pull them apart. After interviewing him, the officer wanted to talk to Jill again, but she just stuck to her initial story. At that point, the officers asked about all the details she had omitted.
What? What about when when you were standing face to face with her with your finger in her face saying, "Fight me.
Fight me."
>> Oh, no. She poked me in my my forehead like this. Look at my face. I never touched her. I never put my hands. The >> video shows you being the primary aggressor.
>> You are in her face.
>> You're in her face.
>> Coming almost poking her between her eyes.
>> I never touched her. I never touched her.
>> Fight me. Fight me.
>> No. I was I was like, "So, what you want to do? What you want to do? you want to fight? And then she pushed me to the ground and she punched me in my face twice. She scratched me in my face. And then as soon as I was on the ground, I was like this. And my son was like, "Stop. Stop y'all. Stop." And Maria was like, "Oh, and she punched she stepped on my face twice."
>> This dilemma we're having >> cuz you're saying fight me. You guys got into a fight and I think she got the best of you. Just I mean, we're just calling it what it is. OB I if I would have thought back she wouldn't be alive right now.
>> I mean whatever >> having to take her the ambulance if y'all would to see what she did though inside the house man. She >> you're under arrest for me.
>> God wow.
Wow.
Oh, no. You're dead, girl.
>> Hey, hey, hey. Don't yell over there.
It's Don't It's not worth it.
>> I didn't even touch her.
>> I'll let you talk to him. Just Just >> I didn't even put my hand on her, Robin.
>> It's okay. You You come now. You welcome my >> Oh my god, man.
>> Don't let Don't let them in my house, Robin. Please don't let them in my house. has the loan number.
>> I don't even It's in the >> I'll let the window down for second, >> man.
>> You guys not going to be able to stop us from going in the house.
>> Even though Jill was desperately trying to prevent the three from going back inside the house, the officer explained that they all had residency. She was taken to jail and charged with domestic violence.
On October 28th, 2025, Peoria police officers responded to a private residence for an alleged domestic dispute. Once they got there, they found the children weeping on the front porch.
Meanwhile, the mother was inside and she had a thing to say.
>> What's going on?
>> Okay, what's going on?
>> This kid, I dealt with it. Y'all made me y'all made me deal with her as long as she was a minor.
>> Okay.
>> And I had TO KEEP I DON'T HAVE TO NO MORE. She was she a grown ass woman. I don't I don't THIS IS MY HOUSE.
>> I DON'T GIVE A >> YOU GOT TO GO. You >> I didn't do anything FOR HER.
>> YOU DESERVE IT.
DO NOT DO NOT do not relax.
>> Don't try to treat me like I'm resisting.
>> You are resisting. PUT YOUR FACE IN.
>> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK.
>> STOP.
>> You're going to get tased if you don't stop.
>> All right. I'm going to tase.
>> Okay. Put your hands. Let go OF YOUR HAND. HEY, >> LET GO OF YOUR PHONE.
>> LET GO OF YOUR PHONE.
>> The suspect kept resisting the officers and yelling for her boyfriend. After a few minutes of back and forth, they managed to handcuff her and proceed to escort her to the squad car. I haven't moved. I'm not moving. And if you pay for me, go ahead. That's a beautiful move.
>> That's a beautiful lawsuit.
>> Le returning one female custody.
>> My son has been there. My boy, he ain't going to know what's going on. Shut the up. This body, it's going to go down.
Don't touch me. I'm the right one. Y'ALL WON'T HARM ME.
>> MY SON IS IN THERE.
>> YOU HAVE ANYTHING?
>> MY SON IS IN THERE. YOU CAN'T LEAVE him unattended.
>> OPEN THE DOOR.
>> ONE OF Y'ALL GOING TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR SO HE COULD GET BACK.
>> GET IN THE CAR. YOU'RE GOING TO GET PAID.
>> GET IN THE CAR.
>> PUT YOUR FEET IN THE CAR.
>> HEY, SIRI, >> GET PUT YOUR FEET IN THE CAR. SON IS DOWN.
>> PUT YOUR FEET IN THE CAR.
>> YOUR SON IS IN THERE.
>> GET IN THE CAR NOW.
>> I swear to God.
>> Yeah, I swear to God, too.
>> This is This is Officer Parker with the city of Peoria.
>> So, how are you doing?
>> Good. We have I'm good. Um I have Destiny and Britney here. They had an altercation. Um Britney's going to go to jail. Um is she comfortable with you keeping her child? With the mother, Brittany, secured in the squad car, officer Parker called her friend to see if she could take care of Britney's baby until she got out of jail. Once she explained what was going on, the friend agreed, but not Britney.
>> Are you okay with your best friend?
>> Out of my face.
>> All right, so your friend's going to take your son. Are you okay with that?
>> Get the out.
>> Well, that or DCFS is going to take him.
Which one?
>> Please get her out of my face.
>> Do you want your friend to take Do you want your friend to take your son or do you want DCFS to do it? friend.
>> Why am I in handcuffs? I don't even understand. This is my home. She attacked me first in my home.
>> Why am I in handcuffs?
>> Just listen to her real quick. Okay.
>> I don't understand this.
>> Just Just listen to her real quick. Let her talk. Let her talk.
>> That's the way. Can you make sure it's right? If it's not, it should be. They got my phone right here. And I don't know if that's >> She know who he is.
>> And he's okay to go with.
>> He's okay to go with him.
>> Okay. Where does he live?
>> Why is he going anywhere? I am You're going to jail. I'm not going to jail.
>> Do anything. What am I going to jail for?
>> Okay. So, if you can make that phone call and then give us a call back, that would be great, please. Or if you want to head over this direction, >> we'll call you back on this.
>> Um, if you want to give me I'll give you a phone number to call me back.
>> Officer Parker.
>> Yes.
>> Okay.
>> All right. So yeah, if you just want to call me back when you get in contact with him or if you want to head over this way and start working on getting in contact, we're just going to have to have someone sit with him because if not, DCFS is going to have to take them.
>> Okay. No, we don't want that. So just a couple seconds.
>> Thank you.
>> Who's involved in what you got?
>> Mom is in the back of the car. She beat up daughter. Daughter has injuries all over. Got pictures. Can we need to >> Daughter's not going nowhere?
>> No. No. 82.
>> I don't know the count. She was born in ' 07.
>> Once she resolved the issue with the baby, officer Parker needed to take care of the other children involved. She needed to gather everyone's information and statements and make sure everyone was safe.
>> We need to work on getting the kids names.
>> You're doing that now.
>> Yeah. Dad's coming in 5 minutes. I'll get his name. We already got kids.
>> You got their statements. Yeah. Yeah.
I'll put that >> I will try to read Miranda to her.
>> Yeah.
>> But so we're just doing battery domestic battery.
>> Call it endangerment. I mean you had a kid in hand while >> Yeah. Was your son in your hand when all this was happening or was he in the living room?
>> I wouldn't I get to that like you put in your >> Yeah.
>> You want to check this up for what they said? Yeah.
>> This is >> Will you do a booking?
>> Yeah.
What?
>> So little ones.
>> Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
>> Britney had no intention of speaking with Officer Parker. However, the latter was the arresting officer, which meant she needed to memorandize the suspect.
>> You can't talk to her. She's the arrested officer.
>> She's the one that's going to be making the decisions here.
>> All right. So, the father's on the way to pick up your son.
Um, >> is your sergeant on the way?
>> What do you need a sergeant for?
>> I asked him to request a sergeant out because I need to speak to you. I need to understand why am I being arrested.
>> I don't I would like to speak to a >> just don't worry about it.
>> 11. Can I have a sergeant to my location, please?
>> Sergeant, I'm He knows. He know. Y'all, I've been dealing with this with this girl. First, y'all tell me I had to let her in my house. She was a minor. I gotta keep her in here. Bro, I've been dealing with this with this girl for so long and I'm tired. YOU'RE NOT GONNA SPIT on me in my house where I take care of Will you start a booking baby?
>> It should be might be on the screen.
>> Work three jobs to do this. She's so rude. She >> not need information.
>> Did you Yeah. Did you put Is it on the screen? But >> is her name her name Destiny?
>> No, it's Britney.
>> Yeah, >> it's Britney.
>> Yeah, it's not even on the screen.
>> Yeah, just give us the paper.
>> Thank you.
>> This is mine.
>> Where you put my thing?
>> Here, >> Britney. What year were you born?
>> 88. Britney Green.
>> G R E E N.
>> And Britney, B R I T N E Y. And she was born in May 23rd of 88. Right.
>> Negative. The caller just gave the poria.
>> All right.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah.
>> I shall. Thanks for coming.
>> Despite her objections, Britney Green was taken to jail and booked. She's facing charges of endangering a child, resisting arrest, and domestic battery.
On December 20th, 2025, a family birthday trip ended bitterly when a stepfather took discipline a little too far. It all began when an 18-year-old called the police to his hotel. It was a day this family will never forget.
>> Mhm.
>> Sorry. that punched me in the face right here. I don't know if you can see if it's swollen, but he did indeed punch me in the face and I have the room number. And >> where is he now? Do you know?
>> Yeah, I can I can show you. He's in the hotel.
>> Okay.
>> What's your name, buddy?
>> Tener.
>> You have your ID with you?
>> Yeah, I do.
>> How old are you, buddy?
>> I'm 18.
>> So So what happened? I, you know, he was drunk as hell >> and he went to a strip club and started ignoring my calls and, you know, I was under his supervision. He's, you know, 35, 40, >> whatever. And, you know, he wasn't picking up on my calls. So, I went back home and I called my mom and my mom grabbed him out and I said what I said, you know, whatever. I called him whatever I did, but he still, you know, punched me in the face. The young man claimed his stepdad assaulted him on the street by punching him in the face and injuring his shoulder in the process.
The officer was interested in what caused the altercation as well as the extent of the boy's injuries.
>> He he cheated on my mom pretty much >> which is another illegal offense among other things.
>> Is your mom was here when that happened?
>> Uh yeah, my mom was here when she when he punched me. He he went with her.
>> So she saw everything.
>> Yes, she did. Yes.
>> And you guys staying in the same room?
sports. Yeah, we are.
>> You stay in the same room.
>> I don't know.
>> Do we need the ambulance? Any >> It's It's okay. I'll >> I'll recover from my foot.
>> What happened with your shoulder?
>> Yeah, he I don't know. It just It's double jointed. And if I overextend it, it dislocates. And he may have overextended it. It just It dislocated.
>> Only once. Only once. But >> with the open hand. With the open fist.
Closed.
>> Closed.
>> With a closed fist.
>> Yes. Yes, sir.
>> Like this happened tonight.
>> He just went to his strip club and he he was supposed to be watching over me. It was just me and him and he just he left me on red on phone and you know I didn't just tweak out immediately and call y'all like I gave it 30 minutes and then I went back to the room got my mom and my mom found him in the strip club where I wasn't allowed you know obviously I'm I'm 18. I'm about to turn 19 and then he punches me in the face. Was your mom upset?
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah, she was.
>> I'm sorry to hear.
>> Yeah, she was.
>> Well, I asked just because I mean, you know, sometimes >> Yeah. Yeah. I know.
>> It's not not abnormal. I don't I don't go, but it's not abnormal for men to go to strip clubs, you know.
>> And I know you as a job shouldn't be like saying like, "Yeah, you didn't do anything wrong." Cuz I know I did.
>> But like, >> no. What' you do wrong?
>> I don't know. Maybe curse at him. I I don't know, man. I just I'm sorry.
>> So, what was there a verbal uh argument beforehand?
>> Of course there was. Yeah.
>> I was calling about you. You know, it was a little bit of back and forth. Of course, it always is.
>> The officer immediately noticed some red flags. Firstly, he wondered about mom's reaction. Tanner said she was there during the assault, but he didn't mention her reaction. Secondly, the boy kept apologizing. Was there more to this than he initially claimed?
>> What' your mom say when did she watch him hit you?
>> No, she just she she watched. She didn't.
>> So, did she see him punch you?
>> Yeah.
>> You know, and she didn't say anything about it like to him.
>> I mean, she said like that's enough.
>> Yeah.
>> But like other than that, >> you've been drinking too.
>> You know, I've had a beer.
>> Okay.
>> And that's not an exaggeration. I'm just upset cuz he punched me. You know what I mean? It's my birthday.
>> It's your birthday.
>> Yeah, it's my birthday >> today.
>> It's on Sunday, but you know, it's in like two days.
>> Yeah.
>> You know, a day we're celebrating it today and that's why we're on this trip.
>> As it turned out, Tanner kept apologizing for calling his stepdad names, but by no means does that warrant a punch in the face. In the meantime, the other officers were busy interviewing the mom.
>> Can you repeat again? Wag between your husband and your son or >> um I think so my son was mad that he had left him. Like he thought he went into the bathroom and disappeared and ended up at the bar next door. So he came here to get me because he was worried about him. He's like, I don't know where he went. I think he might have went into this other bar, but I'm not allowed to go in there. Mhm.
>> to check and they were not they didn't want to leave each other, you know, they wanted to stay together. So, he was upset about that or whatever. So, I walked down there with him. Anyways, I saw him sitting at the bar and I said, "He's right there." So, they walked over there with me and I said, "Get up. Let's go." Like, you're coming back now. And he was like, "Okay, got to go." You know, to whoever he was standing there with. And he gets up and he comes down the stairs and he's like, "I was trying to get Tanner in here." And I said, You were sitting up at the bar like hanging out. Tanner isn't allowed in here.
>> Tanner's came to get me because he didn't know where you went.
>> The mom explained that Tanner was offended by being abandoned, which is perfectly reasonable. It was his 18th birthday and the person he probably looked up to had abandoned him to go to a strip bar. But it was still crucial to find out who started the physical altercation. I was just telling him it was like 30 seconds of this like me going stop you two. Like what is happening? You guys have both been out.
Everything was fine.
>> And I don't know. I I mean I think both of them hit each other. Like I think they struck each other at some point swinging, >> but I don't know who swung first. I don't know. You know, it could happen really fast, but it was over just as fast. And I spun him around and had him >> who your husband or >> him cuz my hus my son was right behind me. I like was literally in the middle of them.
>> Okay.
>> And I spun him around and was like just hush like we're going back to the room like it's >> so walked him back here and Tanner kind of fell back a little bit and I think that's when he was calling you. Did that happen before?
>> Never. Can I get my hat?
>> At least I have my hat. My hat.
>> I mean, they will not allow.
>> Why you Stop. We're leaving.
>> Listen, buddy. Apologize. I'm sorry.
Okay.
>> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm not I'm not mad at you. Like, I don't understand what's going on.
>> Again, it's not tomorrow morning.
>> It's got nothing to do with you.
>> Okay. Again.
That was great. Thank you, Kelly. I love you. This is my wife.
I'm kicking her. I'm not turn. Stop.
Really? I'm not kicking her. Kelly. My god. She knows why I'm going to jail.
>> Somebody said something. You know what?
Somebody broke my nose two weeks ago. Me and they didn't go to jail. And I'm going to jail for nothing.
The stepdad was disgruntled, but also seemed to be intoxicated. Luckily for the officers, he did not resist or cause any problems for them. However, he couldn't help but voice his opinion on the ride to jail.
>> Can I ask a question?
>> Can you can you hear me?
>> Yes.
>> So, just curious. So if this kid provoked me and came at me and and like attacked me and I defended myself and I was trying to be polite and not get nobody in no trouble because he attacked me. Why am I going to jail if he attacked me first? Just curious. He's an adolescent and he's a kid and I was trying to protect him and his family and his mom.
So, I go to jail because I'm trying to protect them. I'm just asking. I'm just curious. I'm just asking the question.
Like, I was walking going to the room.
This kid assaulted me and like did this and like I'm the I'm I'm the one going, "Y'all love it. It's okay."
>> Despite claiming he was the victim, the suspect was taken to jail and booked. He was eventually charged with battery.
Most fathers believe they're the ones who should discipline their children.
However, some of them take that too far.
And when alcohol is involved, simple discipline can become something far, far worse.
>> Hold up. My son's acting erratic.
>> It's stupid.
>> What's going on, man?
>> Over here, man.
>> So, tell me what's going on.
>> Hey, what's going on? His mom called him and he started acting really crazy >> and then he started just throwing all he say what?
>> No, his mom doesn't say all the time. I told him go home. I was like I'm ready to go to I started packing my I'm ready to go. You guys were out.
>> No, we were back we were at the pool. We came back and forth. So yeah, we were drinking back and forth. I don't I don't have no ill will against my son. I love him. His mom's in Pennsylvania and I I like I here here's some money. I'm like go go go your own way. I'm like I don't want to do this no more.
>> The man admitted to drinking and his slurred speech and erratic behavior confirmed that he was intoxicated. The officer wanted to learn more about what started the argument and how it ended.
>> But what started it, you know, like what is >> everything was fine. We had a good We had a good trip down here and his mom called him and said, "Oh, everything's defrosted in the freezer."
>> 21.
>> Okay.
>> Everything defrosted in the freezer. And his mom started beating him up about it and I'm like, "No, I don't want to hear about your mom freezer problems, >> right?"
>> I'm like, I'm paid for that.
>> Yes. I'm trying to move down here.
>> I don't want to hear about it. And I love the kid to death, but I need him to get his together with his mom. I don't I don't want There's no ill Well, >> like Yes, I I am his father. I am aggressive toward him.
>> I'm I am his father. Yes, I am aggressive toward >> So, who's staying here?
>> Me? Me? The three of us?
>> Oh, the three of you are here.
>> Yeah.
>> Why Why is there pizza all over the place?
>> Just rolling all over.
>> Does it matter where the pizza's thrown, please?
>> Yeah, it does. At that point, the man asked his friend Jose to call his wife.
Officers told him he would have to wait, but he continued trying to make the call anyway.
>> You can talk to her, but you're going to have to hold down a second.
>> Joanna, listen, man.
>> Hey, listen. I'm under arrest.
>> You're detained right now. You're detained right now. Yeah. So, put the phone down or I'm going to put you in handcuffs.
>> Put the phone down.
>> All right. I give the phone down.
>> That's how it's going to be. I'm sorry.
I'm I'm I'm not trying to start no trouble, bro. All right.
>> Exactly what you're doing.
>> No, I'm trying to let my wife know what's going on.
>> I'm not trying to start no trial. I love my son. I don't want no problems with him.
>> I don't want to fight with my son. Can we Can we negotiate this?
>> Just stop talking for me.
>> Can I talk? Can we talk to my son?
>> Not right now. You can't.
>> Can he talk to you?
>> Like I just said, if you don't bring your voice down, I'm going to arrest you for disorder. So, stop talking.
>> I'm going to sit down. I'm not talking.
I'm not trying to get arrested. I'm not trying to get beat by the police.
>> Jesus Christ.
>> Get out.
>> Hey.
>> Hey.
>> How much have you had to drink today?
>> I didn't drink. It doesn't matter what I had to drink today. I'm protecting myself. I'm sitting down. I'm shut up.
