[00:00:00]My son pulled a gun on me months a month months ago and then she pulled my hair and pulled me down. So I grabbed her hair back. They're mostly abusive and she kicked me. She was like dead kicking me in my face.

[00:00:53]On August 25th, 2025, officers responded to a 911 call from a pregnant mother.

[00:00:59]She claimed her 18-year-old son, Kaden, had just tried to force his way into the house, attacking his own sister in the process.

[00:01:13]>> My daughter has her arm and I have pictures and everything. I'm done. I can't do this anymore.

[00:01:23]He did that to my daughter just a few minutes ago right here at the front of the door.

[00:01:31]>> Mhm. And here's another one that I took close up.

[00:01:37]And then there's her arm and her skin's torn right there. But this is all together.

[00:01:50]>> You want to give me some? Even though the woman seemed visibly distressed, it was her daughter who was allegedly assaulted by Kaden. Naturally, the officer wanted to interview the alleged victim and get her side of the story.

[00:02:02]>> So, basically, she had already told him that he can't put his stuff in the house. He was anyways. I'm over here getting my son's diapers. You can clearly see it's on the table. It's dirty. I want to get it back up. He starts throwing his in here. I tell my mom, "Hey, you don't want this stuff in the house. I can't touch it." Okay, fine. I won't touch it. She He said that she can touch it. Okay, great. She I told her I was like, "Hey, if you don't want it in your house, like he's putting it inside, go and do it." Okay, great.

[00:02:27]As soon as he tries to come back in and I get even close because I'm going to go throw my son's diaper here. He comes at me because he thinks that I'm going to take and grab his stuff and go throw it back outside. He gets me by the hand, starts scratching me. I'm sorry for my language, then gets me from the door.

[00:02:43]I'm trying to like defend myself and get away from him. I'm in between the door with him. My face is right here where the door handle is and it scrapes from here to there. He's trying to drag me out the door with him and I'm trying to pull myself back in and that's why his shirt is ripped because I was trying to defend myself and get away.

[00:03:02]>> Mom quickly jumped in, adding that her son had also slammed the door on his sister. According to the two women, incidents like this had happened before and they had already tried to resolve the matter in court.

But then I have recordings on my phone because I told you guys that I was going to record because how he gets out of hand. I have voice messages and everything. We don't say anything to him and here he comes already starting with his crap.

[00:04:03]>> With the mother and daughter confirming each other's statements, it appeared to be a clear-cut case. However, once Kaden composed himself, he had a very different account of what happened.

[00:04:13]>> It was that bag and another bag outside the door, and he tried putting it inside the house. So, when he he uh pretty much like went out, grabbed the stuff, and then his sister tried closing the door.

[00:04:29]And so, all he did was put his back against the door and pushed back, pushing her against the door cuz she was trying to push him out. Um, and then inside the sister gets in the choke hold. Mom tries grabbing his phone and scratches his rib and shirt his rib and does have redness on his cheek. Um, since they're they were both attacking, most of the sister >> with conflicting claims, the officers had to determine who was telling the truth. So, the officers went back inside to listen to the sister stories again to check for any inconsistencies. You said you you were about to open the door or were you going to close it?

[00:05:07]>> Uh, no. So, he was already going through his stuff. Okay, whatever. I can't touch it. I'm about to go through the door and he immediately cuz he already had a bag right here.

[00:05:16]>> He thinks that I'm going to go in for it and grab it cuz I think he saw the motion of me just walking with my hand out like this. I have my son's diaper.

[00:05:24]Soon as I'm like that, he comes charging in towards me thinking that I have something on him and I don't. And there I go and he grabs my arm. I have the diaper clearly in my hand still and I'm getting p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p p pushed through the door, pushed on the wall, pushed against him and I I can't stop him from doing it. He's much bigger than me. He's much stronger than me.

[00:05:46]>> No, I I couldn't. I There was no way.

[00:05:49]There was no way. Like I was literally wrapped around like this because he was holding my arm from the back of his neck from this side.

[00:05:56]>> And that's how I like that's why his collar is ripped.

[00:05:59]>> Her story was still different from Cadence. So, the officer tries to go into more detail. It appears that the injuries to the woman's hands were sustained as she was allegedly trying to pull him back outside. So, when you had your hand right here, what was he trying to do? Where was he?

[00:06:12]>> He My mom was right here. He was yelling at the time. My arm was locked like this. And that's another reason why I have scratches right here. And I was just trying to like pull him this way so that he could let go of me. And that's why he has all of this is just torn up right here on his shirt.

[00:06:26]>> Got. So, your right hand was here. How where were you trying to pull him from if he was behind you? If no, if he was right here, this is how my arm was. His head's right here. The back of him is right here. Okay. I'm trying to pull away like this. And I'm trying to like hold on to the door right here so that I can maneuver.

[00:06:43]>> Exactly. This is where I was pulling from his shirt because I didn't know if he was going to go and attack her. I wanted him to stop. So, I pulled his shirt.

He just kept cursing and stuff and then he said that he was going to come after me. And then that's when I ran back over here to get my phone because I'm like, "No, I'm not going to allow you to start beating up everybody and I'm pregnant too on top of that."

[00:07:16]>> The mother claimed it all happened very fast and that she was afraid Kaden would hurt them. But the officer was more interested in how the daughter got her injuries because there were already slight changes in her claim.

[00:07:47]>> So were you closing the door on him? I I was holding it and while he was pushing me, it was like halfway closed like this against me like that. So yeah, like him pulling me trying to like lock her body in to like her body with the door.

Uh because I I tried pushing myself out of it as much as I could against the wall like this and I got to the point where I could slip away from him and as soon as I slipped away from him, I walked off because there's no need for me and him to have any more conflict after what he just did to me.

[00:08:32]So he came and pushed the door open, which is why he got hit.

[00:09:28]>> Kaden explained how his mom and sister called the police, accusing him of being aggressive, but according to him, they had been psychologically and physically abusing him for years. Like thing is like I've they put their hands on me ever since like we moved here 10 years ago.

[00:09:46]Like I'll be playing the game. My mom she'll get mad. One time she kicked me in the face with boots. She kicked me in my private power boots and I was like 11 maybe 12 years old.

[00:09:58]And then another time I was just laying on the stairs because she was screaming at me. And I was like maybe 11, 12. And she just like came with her boots. feels like a couple of days after and just started kicking me in my face on the floor, kicking my body and she just likes to tell everyone that she's never put her hands on me.

[00:10:45]>> So, a citation. So, pretty much you're just getting charged with battery for right now, right? You're not going to jail. It's just like a ticket on paper, right? So, you're going to have three days to show up to municipal court. Uh it'll be at city hall still to answer for the citation. They'll give you an actual court date and that's where we will go up to a judge and present our evidence to him reference the charges.

[00:11:08]>> Even after getting cited, the sister still tried to make it appear as if Kaden was out to hurt her and her child.

[00:11:14]But after reviewing the evidence, it was time for Kaden to finally get some justice. His sister was charged with battery.

[00:11:26]On September 15th, 2025, a woman called the police claiming she was the victim of abuse. She was distraught but had no visible injuries. Allegedly, she got into an altercation with her daughter-in-law which stemmed from years of emotional abuse.

[00:11:55]>> I've been fighting my husband for two three years.

[00:12:34]>> Once she managed to catch her breath, the woman explained she was a recovering addict. After being sober for 2 years, she started using again recently because of the abuse at the hands of her family.

[00:12:45]>> Every time I come back home, my husband, it's fine. It's okay. It'll be fine. And then when he's not here, they all jump on me. My son pulled a gun on me months a month months ago and like I didn't >> Let's keep the truck on. They're mostly abusing, >> okay?

[00:12:59]>> And I can't take them more. Anyway, what happened was um I went downstairs and asked Brooke if she been throwing myself away cuz she took the clothes from downstairs in the basement.

[00:13:18]Um, I don't know pretty much how it started, but I she kept getting closer to me and closer to me and like um so she went to hit me and and I moved out of the way and then she pulled my hair and pulled me down so I grabbed her hair back.

[00:13:39]>> The woman Michelle painted a picture of a horrible home where she was subject to daily emotional abuse by her husband and children. She even said she tried to move out but had nowhere else to go.

So I picked it up and I threw it in the hallway so that nobody's tripping open. She's she's all just and she's in and out of this house so much. She goes to her dealer's house, stays for 3 days there, then comes back, sleeps it off, goes to her dealer's house. I don't know where she goes. Ask her about it. She comes down and she's like, "Get in my face now. Please." I just I had a really rough weekend, please. Just get away from me. Like, I'm not trying to deal with you today.

[00:15:19]Normally, I can just walk past her, ignore her, and like no issue. And today, she pointed at my face. And she's like right here at me. I was like, "Please point at me, please. Can you point at me for a second?" So, I like I'm like, "Please get away from me. I push her hand back." And she didn't like that. So, smack me. Brooke was fighting back her tears as she told her side of the story. Her claims actually sounded more plausible than what Michelle had told them. Not to mention, justice pretty much confirmed what Brooke was saying.

[00:20:46]On July 20th, 2025, a simple argument over a cat quickly spiraled after a mom called the police on her 17-year-old daughter. Minutes after leaving her home, the teen got pulled over and detained for driving on a suspended license.

And so she started knocking she started pushing me and then she started knocking stuff over all over my room and I recorded how my room look you can come and see it.

When she realized the officers had just issued her a citation and were about to let her go, she became furious.

So my husband's in jail for battery on her, but she started whailing on my husband. She was like, "You mother and then so they arrested my husband."

And she was like, "Oh, just to let you know, they already beat the hero in jail."

[00:32:21]According to Jill, she got upset when her daughter Maria disrespected her husband, Arturo, considering he was paying for the house and the utilities they all benefited from. But Maria was laughing about him getting beaten up in jail.

And then all of a sudden me and her like she just started swinging on me and I was on I was on the floor on my back and my son was trying to get her off of me and she kept slamming me in my face and then as my son got her off of me she stomped on my face twice and that's when she did that [ __ ] to mine.

It was just me and him and he just he left me on red on phone and you know I didn't just tweak out immediately and call y'all like I gave it 30 minutes and then I went back to the room got my mom and my mom found him in the strip club where I wasn't allowed you know obviously I'm I'm 18. I'm about to turn 19 and then he punches me in the face. Was your mom upset?

[00:49:48]>> The officer immediately noticed some red flags. Firstly, he wondered about mom's reaction. Tanner said she was there during the assault, but he didn't mention her reaction. Secondly, the boy kept apologizing. Was there more to this than he initially claimed?

[00:50:49]>> As it turned out, Tanner kept apologizing for calling his stepdad names, but by no means does that warrant a punch in the face. In the meantime, the other officers were busy interviewing the mom.

Like he thought he went into the bathroom and disappeared and ended up at the bar next door. So he came here to get me because he was worried about him. He's like, I don't know where he went. I think he might have went into this other bar, but I'm not allowed to go in there. Mhm.

[00:51:27]>> to check and they were not they didn't want to leave each other, you know, they wanted to stay together. So, he was upset about that or whatever. So, I walked down there with him. Anyways, I saw him sitting at the bar and I said, "He's right there." So, they walked over there with me and I said, "Get up. Let's go." Like, you're coming back now. And he was like, "Okay, got to go." You know, to whoever he was standing there with. And he gets up and he comes down the stairs and he's like, "I was trying to get Tanner in here." And I said, You were sitting up at the bar like hanging out. Tanner isn't allowed in here.

[00:52:00]>> Tanner's came to get me because he didn't know where you went.

[00:52:05]>> The mom explained that Tanner was offended by being abandoned, which is perfectly reasonable. It was his 18th birthday and the person he probably looked up to had abandoned him to go to a strip bar. But it was still crucial to find out who started the physical altercation. I was just telling him it was like 30 seconds of this like me going stop you two. Like what is happening? You guys have both been out.

[00:52:29]Everything was fine.

[00:52:31]>> And I don't know. I I mean I think both of them hit each other. Like I think they struck each other at some point swinging, >> but I don't know who swung first. I don't know. You know, it could happen really fast, but it was over just as fast. And I spun him around and had him >> who your husband or >> him cuz my hus my son was right behind me. I like was literally in the middle of them.

[00:53:02]>> And I spun him around and was like just hush like we're going back to the room like it's >> so walked him back here and Tanner kind of fell back a little bit and I think that's when he was calling you. Did that happen before?

[00:54:12]The stepdad was disgruntled, but also seemed to be intoxicated. Luckily for the officers, he did not resist or cause any problems for them. However, he couldn't help but voice his opinion on the ride to jail.

[00:54:32]>> So, just curious. So if this kid provoked me and came at me and and like attacked me and I defended myself and I was trying to be polite and not get nobody in no trouble because he attacked me. Why am I going to jail if he attacked me first? Just curious. He's an adolescent and he's a kid and I was trying to protect him and his family and his mom.

[00:55:04]So, I go to jail because I'm trying to protect them. I'm just asking. I'm just curious. I'm just asking the question.

[00:55:09]Like, I was walking going to the room.

[00:55:13]This kid assaulted me and like did this and like I'm the I'm I'm the one going, "Y'all love it. It's okay."

[00:55:19]>> Despite claiming he was the victim, the suspect was taken to jail and booked. He was eventually charged with battery.

[00:55:31]Most fathers believe they're the ones who should discipline their children.

[00:55:35]However, some of them take that too far.

[00:55:37]And when alcohol is involved, simple discipline can become something far, far worse.

His mom's in Pennsylvania and I I like I here here's some money. I'm like go go go your own way. I'm like I don't want to do this no more.

[00:56:30]>> The man admitted to drinking and his slurred speech and erratic behavior confirmed that he was intoxicated. The officer wanted to learn more about what started the argument and how it ended.

[00:56:42]>> But what started it, you know, like what is >> everything was fine. We had a good We had a good trip down here and his mom called him and said, "Oh, everything's defrosted in the freezer."

[00:56:54]>> Okay.

[00:56:55]>> Everything defrosted in the freezer. And his mom started beating him up about it and I'm like, "No, I don't want to hear about your mom freezer problems, >> right?"

[00:57:07]>> I don't want to hear about it. And I love the kid to death, but I need him to get his together with his mom. I don't I don't want There's no ill Well, >> like Yes, I I am his father. I am aggressive toward him.
