Is leadership about being impressive, or being empowering?

[00:00:12]Right? This is the thing that that we see all great leaders understood. For example, Jesus, who was a very powerful leader. When Christ came to teach, his teaching was about helping people understand who they were. Not necessarily who he was, but who they were. So, for me, leadership is about me seeing something in you and doing everything I can to bring that out. Even if that means that you go further than me, you go higher than me, you do more than me. Mhm. That's how I view leadership.
