[00:00:02]Welcome back. We did it. We passed the Clarity Act markup. I know a lot of you saying, "Mo, what's going on? It spiked like you said it was going to spike and now what's happening?" And I'm telling you folks, the overall market, the macro situation, you cannot ignore it. It continues to play a big part into this.

[00:00:22]And what I'm talking about right now, you see the stock market's running. Like if we jump in here, if we go right to the the markets, you can see them across the board. Red, red, red, red. We got the Russell down 2.3%. VIX popping 4%.

[00:00:36]NASDAQ down 1%. It's just continuing to be red. And there's a correlation between these. And of course, we get over to XRP and everybody say, "What's going on?" We got all the way up to 155 yesterday. A$155. Are you kidding me?

[00:00:51]Beautiful. And what happens as normal?

[00:00:53]Remember how I always tell you guys we're always coming back to hit the five EMA? That's that green line. If you keep going and going and going and going, you're going to see that we hit the five EMA are practically right on it every single day for weeks and weeks and weeks. This is no different today. You could say, I thought it was good news. I thought we were going to We did. We ran beautifully and all of a sudden we didn't. Uh we ran into the brick wall that I had here. Remember I told you guys we need to blow through 150 152 and there's a a monster a mountain a mount a mountain of selling at that that point right and there there's where we're at uh 154 roughly. So in this zone there is a ton of selling right here. I think it's 150. We'll say 151 to 154. This is your sell zone. And what I mean by that is there's so many people who are just looking to get selling right here. Once you blow through there and we we get all those orders taken care of, you end up going all the way up to about 160 to 161, which is I know everybody, hey, let's get there slowly but steadily.

[00:02:09]There is so much going on with this clarity act there. I know. Hey, the markup, it's over. You guys don't have to hear me about me talking about the markup anymore. You guys know what happened. Uh Chairman Hill uh Thompson statement on the Senate Banking Committee advancing the the Clarity Act.

[00:02:25]Very interesting. The House Committee on Financial Services Chairman French Hill and the House Committee on Agricultural Chairman Glenn Thompson GT. Very interesting stuff. Basically saying we need to get this on the president's desk quickly. In hearing that right down here, uh, we must have a strong, durable framework that reflects the priorities of both chambers across the finish line to the president's, uh, Trump's desk. And I think as we see this, I don't know. I I had this feeling that they're they're ready to get this thing to the finish line, and that could mean an up down vote if it goes to the House. If it passes the Senate one, it has to pass the Senate. They're going to reconcile and the agricultural and the banking committee bills, get them out there to the um Senate floor. We're going to the full Senate floor. That's what you need to know. We're going to have a full Senate floor vote.

[00:03:25]Everybody, when you when was it going to happen? From what they've been saying, they said June or July, folks. Oh, talk about putting a just a a needle in me when I read that. They said, "Well, we'll try to have the full floor vote in June or July." Now, they're going on break next week again. It's like they're always on break. They're going on break again. Now, getting into the markets, I got to tell you, I don't know if everybody thought there would be a grand opportunity with Trump and China and everything else, the Iran conflict, but right now, oil stays high and um people are absolutely feeling the inflation that's coming in hot. If we come in here, and I got to tell you, big day today. JP, I think he's done. I think he's out now. I think um my old Jerome Pal JP the Goon platoon everything changes today because he is now finished and we uh Kevin Worsh comes in does his thing now. So we got to come up with a new one. We got to come up with a new one. Worsh that's that's this is going to work. This is going to work.

[00:07:15]But, uh, as I stated, we do have, everybody who is watching, everything's kind of hot still. But then you come in and what do you see right here, folks?

[00:07:26]It is so hot. Look at what they're calling for by the the end of this year, by December. They now have it at about a 50% chance that rates are going higher, that we are going to move rates up. And because of this, you have that pressure on crypto when we go from having I remember at one point they expected two to three more cuts. Now, not only are we not expecting a cut, we're actually expecting one to two increases again. I feel like we're going back in time. I feel like where's Bill Murray at? I feel like we're in groundhog day right now. We continue to have the issues which is leading to more pressure on the markets. And if you in in saying the markets, check this out.

[00:08:13]We're down here. I expect us to hit the the five again tomorrow just as we do every day. But I wanted to pull up the cues. Remember, I've been warning you, the cues are hot. They are hot. Look at this. We are all the way up there. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

[00:08:30]You're seeing a little bounce in here.

[00:08:32]And we're pushing back down. And we were way overbought in the RSI. And now the RSI came down to 72. And I when I see these X's, which means the RSI is just blowing through 75, it tells me that profit taking is on its way and that we're going to see a little consolidation phase. Now, that consolidation phase to me normally means hitting between the 13 and 50. Now, we're up here at roughly 710. Uh the 13 EMA is at 695. Not that that's a a monster drop, but that's looking at about two to three% down to hit that 13.

[00:09:10]That would relieve the RSI pressure. Get us down to where we can consolidate around there between the midline of the Ballinger band and the 13 EMA. And between that, and that's 680 to 695.

[00:09:23]That gives us a good base and then we can see what happens. But if they figure out this Iran conflict, if they figure that out, you are on to the next higher highs. And that's the one thing we just don't know. You just don't know what is happening out there. I got a bunch of plays I'm looking at. I'm kind of waiting for I'm watching the charts on because if this pulls back, I want to be able to jump on them once we get down to the 13 to the midline of the Ballinger band. It's kind of an exciting time. And of course, everybody watching this markup vote, I know what you're thinking. Mo, just what's going on? Uh, I got to the big thing for this. You have the ethics concern. You have the ethics concern. That's the big elephant in the room. Uh you're going to hear a little bit more about safeguards and stuff like that for uh the the writers and all these other things and and the and the law enforcement and other things out there. But truly what is the one thing stopping this thing from being ready to rock and roll on that Senate floor and they they are going to have to solve it is the ethics.

[00:10:33]And I told you what I thought was going to happen, that the ethics would not be solved on the clarity markup vote. It wasn't. And on that, I actually thought we'd go 13 11 party lines and then it would pass on the full floor. But surprisingly, we hit 15 and N bipartisan in agreement, which normally means the bill has a strong chance of passing on the floor in a bipartisan manner once they get the ethics concerns taken care of. So, we know for a fact, and I got to tell you this, don't get too excited.

[00:11:08]That's why you're not seeing the monster run here is that until they get the ethics concerns taken care of. You are going to continue to see that kind of red that we have today. I know it's all up. Hey, it did what we wanted. We had the short squeeze, but did we? No, we didn't. We had a little bit of a burst.

[00:11:28]We got up and retested the 150 to 154 155 zone as I stated we would. And now we hit it. Now we're coming back down back down to that 143 zone. And as long as we're bouncing between 143 and 154, I'm okay. Let's get this thing moving. I know everybody wants to see it popping, but I remember when it was 111. If you're with me, man, put XRP in the comments. Let me know where you're watching from as well because it it's just wild out there. And if you're asking, why is this thing not just absolutely running up? I'll ask you one simple question. How much is your gas?

[00:12:06]Where do you live? It's that simple.

[00:12:09]That one answer you're going to tell me.

[00:12:10]It's now $439 a gallon where I live. It was $2.89 February 28th. I remember doing my video. I remember talking about it. And now we're in the middle of May and we're talking what? 4 weeks to March, four weeks April about 10 weeks later, maybe 11 weeks. And what are we at? We went from 289 all the way up to 439. That is more than 50% up on my gas.

[00:12:38]If you're wondering why, because a short-term pop in in gas prices, and I I can show you some stuff here. Take a look. Uh let me let me pull up something here. Boom. Let me pull up the oil prices right here. This is the oil prices. We're at over $100 a barrel.

[00:12:54]We're at 104 and 108. And when you're that high, when you see energy prices that high, that's not a good thing. It's it's absolutely horrible when you go up that high for your energy prices and you stay above $100 a barrel. Remember Larry Frink? He came out from Black Rockck talked about oil and he said it's either going to beundred I think he said $140 or $150 a barrel or it's going to be $40 a barrel. It's not going to be in the middle. And he was saying it's going to be that price for years. In other words, we're either going to get $150 a barrel for years or we're going to get $40 a barrel for years, but it's not going to be a middle. And that is what he talked about. Now I don't know I don't like to argue with the guy who controls I don't even know what's he control 14 15 16 trillion roughly. That is a monster number.

[00:13:47]That's what he his assets under management for Black Rockck is six uh 14 to 16 trillion. That is crazy. You think about our national debt. It's like you know I don't even know what the debt's at anymore. You guys can put it in the comments. What's the national debt at?

[00:14:00]36 trillion, 40 trillion, it keep just keeps going higher. But, you know, that's a big chunk of that and that's impressive. So, when he talks, I definitely pay attention. So, there's a lot of things happening out here right now. You guys, it's been a long, long week. It's been a good week. I I know what you're saying, Mo. We're ending week, but you know, we got it. We got it across the finish line on the clarity markup. I listened to that. It was contentious, but at the end of the day, it was a compromise between both parties. I know Elizabeth Warren, she was absolutely so against it. So, she I'm sure she's going to dig her feet in for the ethics as well for the entire Democratic party.

[00:14:43]Uh, and the Republicans, they're going to do their thing as well. I know some of them wanted ethics. Where do we settle? I think we settle on something similar to the stock act where, you know, it's it's a blanket banning of um insider trading. You know, you can set up some blind trust for the companies you already have and it comes to that, not where it just singles out the the executive branch, but it'll include the legislative branch and it'll be something similar to what we have for the stock act. So, that's what I think would they come to uh if they truly want to get it across the line. And I got to tell you, from what I've heard, they do truly want to get it across the line.

[00:15:20]So, I think it will be a compromise. The compromise will never be enough for certain politicians. As I I listened to the entire thing yesterday, I realized that no matter what you say, I don't care if you say, "I want $10." If the person says, "I want $10." And you say, "Okay." And you give them $10 because they don't want to help you.

[00:15:41]They'll say, "No, they gave me, no, I said $10. No, $10 isn't enough. We needed We need $1,000. You know, and and when they say that stuff, you you realize there's nothing I could have done. And for some people listening to that, that's the way it it felt yesterday. But at the end of the day, there was compromise. There was uh you know, seeing them reach across the aisle, and I always say we have a a blue blob, a red blob. Let's get the Clarity Act across the finish line as a purple blob because that's the only way it's going to get done because we need 60 votes in the Senate to do that.
