Hello, and welcome. This is Dr. Shweta Adatia. I am going to ask you a very simple question. What is your brain age?
Well, you started putting the comment that your brain age is 40, 50. Hold on.
I'm not talking of your chronological age. Yes, you may be born 1980, which makes you 46, but I am asking your brain age. What is your brain age? Now, it is Why is it important? And what can we do to reverse the brain age? How many of you around the age of 30 and 40, please do put in the comment section, are starting to feel tired, fog, I can't think, my memory is bad, I cannot focus, attention is bad, I already am struggling to have important meetings.
Remember, if this is the case, that means the brain is aging much faster than you. Now, every 10 years, there is a 5% shrinkage in the brain, which is seen, which is a normal phenomenon.
