I'm just couldn't breathe. I was like, "Oh my god, am I dying?" And I was literally Yeah. I was like clutching my chest. I was like, "Oh no, this is it.
I'm about to get taken out right now."
Yeah. But it was just anxiety. It was just fear. It was just uh panic around a big decision that I didn't know how to make.
And so it kind of paralyzed me. It did.
And I mean, I did I made a choice cuz eventually you have to make a choice.
You have to make a decision. You have to you have to act. You know, there'll be a point where there's there's just no runway to do anything else.
When I got there, it wasn't scary. It was scary before. It was scary leading up to that moment. I think when you approach a crossroad, right, it's scary cuz you're like, "Yeah, it's going to be a driving metaphor."
But it's true. you you there's uncertainty at a crossroad and you're just you don't know where to go. And I think when you can see it from far away and you're approaching it, it feels scarier. But then when you're there in the moment and you have to go left, right, or straight and you have to make a choice, it's it's it gets easier. It feels easier in in that moment in a way that like you know thinking like abstractly about it, it feels scarier.
Yeah, I really think so. I think when you get closer to the moment, when you're sitting there facing it, I think it'll be something that'll feel it'll feel right. Like when you make the choice, you'll be like you'll sit with it and it'll it'll either feel right or it'll feel wrong. And if it feels wrong, then you know you made the wrong choice and you could just Yeah.
But I think in the moment you'll know like you just have to trust yourself.
That's what it is. You I I trust you. I trust you implicitly. I know I know that you But it's in you, baby. It is in you.
You have all this strength and wisdom and you do whether you see it or not is a whole different thing. But what but whether it's there I know it's there. I see it constantly all the time. You say things to me all the time and I'm like wow that's like really profound.
It is. You give me stuff all the time that I'm like wow. And like I carry it with me forward and like it changes it does it changes my my day, my week, my month, my life. It does.

The difference is you have to trust yourself the way I trust you because you're not going to make the wrong choice. You're not going to make the wrong decision. I think that dichconomy between right and wrong in terms of choices is crazy because there's no such thing.

And like, yeah, sure, there's like there's things that are objectively like that's the wrong choice, that's the right choice, but that's there's very few things in life that that are that black and white, you know, and when Yeah, like should I rob this bank? Yes or no? You probably shouldn't. That's that's a that's a hard no.
But yeah, it's Yeah, exactly.
I mean, yeah, that would be a way easier choice. I wish it was that easy. It isn't, but I guarantee you when you come up to it, you'll you'll feel the right choice.

And I know I know even like thinking about it. I can see I can see you cringing when you think about it. Don't think about it. Don't think about it cuz right now your your analytical brain is is attacking it and and trying to attack it that way is just giving you anxiety and that anxiety is is manifesting in panic attacks. It is.
No, you you can you can you can logic it out all you want, but I think when it comes down to it, it'll be like every choice. It's 50% logic and it's 50% emotion. Like there there's something intrinsically inside of you that will be like this way or that way. It's like a compass. Your compass isn't broken. It isn't. No. the path the the the path your life takes, the way your your story is written, that is that is intrinsically your own in in a beautiful way, in a way that even the wrong turns are the right ones.
It's just sometimes it's you're not down the path long enough to see it. because there's so many choices. I would have been like, "Oh my god, I I really made the wrong choice or I made a mistake or I I did the wrong thing and I'm like haunted by these choices and then all of a sudden like where I am now is only predicated on those choices that I made." So that there there's that dichotomy. You know, if I'm here with you right now, then how is any choice I made the wrong choice leading up to it?
This is where I want to be.
So then it it reframes all those things that happened before.
And just a matter how you look at it, it's all.
