The elderly man talking in that video is from Ajiuzo Kingdom in Arondizuogu land.
And this Ajiuzo Kingdom is located in Arondizuogu local government area in Delta State.
The name of that elder is Gabriel Chukwudebelu Ononuju.
He is the Oweleane of Eze Kingdom.
He said that the Oba of Benin is having problem with his brother.
And because of that, he started looking for a dibia that will give him protection.
The elderly man said that Oba of Benin heard of a place called Arochukwu.
He heard that Arochukwu have great dibias.
And after that, the Oba of Benin sent his messengers to go to Arochukwu and get for him a dibia.
His messengers went to Arochukwu and they got Eze Chima.
Eze Chima went to Benin Kingdom and he started serving the Oba of Benin.
The elderly man said that after some time in Benin Kingdom, Eze Chima started having issues with the Benin Palace.
And because of that, he left Benin Kingdom.
And on his way back, he founded all the Eze Chima communities in Anambra land and also in the Southeast.
What this elderly man said here is proof that Eze Chima is not a Benin man.
Some people are coming online making different kind of videos, writing different articles, saying that Eze Chima is the son of the Oba of Benin.
Benin people will tell you that Eze Chima is from the Benin royal family.
They will tell you that this Oba of Benin gave birth to Eze Chima. That Oba of Benin gave birth to Eze Chima.
They are claiming Eze Chima so that all Eze Chima communities in Anambra land and in the Southeast will start identifying as Benin people.
But the historical facts are there saying that Eze Chima is not a Benin man, but an Igbo man.
The late Oba of Benin Kingdom called Chief Edebiri.
He said that Eze Chima is an Igbo man and not a Benin man.
The name is Eze Chima.
Eze Chima is not a Benin name.
The only people that bear Eze Chima in the world are Igbo.
Onitsha Kingdom is the first son of Eze Chima.
Onitsha Kingdom is the first community in Igbo land to be called Onitsha.
Every other Onitsha in our new my land came into existence after Onitsha the first son of Eze Chima.
The Obi of Onitsha kingdom said that Eze Chima is an Igbo man from Uli and Oka Azigbo in Anambra state.
He said that Eze Chima is a powerful dibia.
And that Eze Chima is a blacksmith.
But this elder from Eze kingdom is saying that Eze Chima is from Arochukwu.
Some accounts are saying that Eze Chima is from Uli and Oka Azigbo in Anambra state. Some are saying that Eze Chima is from Arochukwu.
The Obi of Onitsha said that Eze Chima was producing spears, cutlasses and other weapons for the Oba of Benin in Benin kingdom.
And in Igbo land those people that are well known as blacksmiths are Oka people.
Uli kingdom are not known as blacksmiths.
The people that are producing weapons for Uli kingdom, the people that are producing real staffs and other things for Uli kingdom are Oka people.
Whether Eze Chima is from Uli and Oka Azigbo or whether he's from Arochukwu, the most important thing here is that Uli kingdom, Oka kingdom and Arochukwu kingdom are all Igbo people.
The most important thing here is that Eze Chima is an Igbo man and not a Benin man.
The other man said that Eze Chima gave birth to Obompa community.
He said that Obompa was like a PA to Ez Chime.
Some Ez Chime class are saying that Ez Chime gave birth to Obompa. It's not true.
Obompa is a friend to Ez Chime.
They both left Benin Kingdom when the Oba of Benin started looking for them to kill them.
The both of them ran away from Benin Kingdom to their present location.
Ez Chime settled in Obior community in Anioma land. His friend Annaba, the founder of Obompa, settled in Obompa community in Anioma land.
The king of Obompa Kingdom said that Annaba, the friend of Ez Chime, is from Ogidi in Anambra State.
Obompa people call their founder as Annaba Ogidi.
So, Ez Chime is not the father of Obompa.
But, Obompa people identify as one of Ez Chime class.
Ez Chime and Annaba big name. All of them come back from Benin Kingdom. So, they call their ancestor Ez Chime class.
They they identify as Ez Chime people.
But, that does not mean that Ez Chime gave birth to Annaba, the founder of Obompa.
The other man from Ez said that when Ez Chime was coming back from Benin Kingdom, that some of his people settled in Onitsha land and they are Onitsha people.
According to the history of Onitsha people, they said that they migrated from Onitsha in Anambra State.
The most important thing here is that Onitsha people in Onitsha land are descendants of Ez Chime.
The Deputy Governor of Delta State called Monday Onyeme, he is a descendant of Ez Chime. He's from Onitsha community in Anioma land.
But, if you go to Onitsha today, you will see so many Onitsha people telling you that they are not Igbo people, that they are Benin people, that their ancestors came from Benin.
Some Onitsha people don't even know that they are descendants of Eze Chima.
They will just tell you that they are Benin people, that they came from Benin.
Now, if you go and go there, ask Onitsha elders about their origin, about their history.
They will come and start to tell you say they migrate from Onitsha in Anambra State.
The kings of some Eze Chima communities in Anioma land here will be telling you that they are Benin people.
If you go to Issele-Uku today, the Obi of Issele-Uku, they will tell you say they be Benin people.
They will be telling you that one Benin prince called Owaize or Benin daughter called Owaize gave birth to them.
Some Issele-Uku historians are now saying that Eze Chima is from Issele-Uku.
That the Benin prince called Owaize founded Issele-Uku.
And that Benin prince gave birth to Eze Chima.
Eze Chima now migrated to Benin Kingdom to be living in Benin Kingdom, his ancestral home.
And when Eze Chima had issues there, he came back and founded other communities in Anioma land. These are the lies that Issele-Uku historians are telling the world.
They call on our traditional head of Eze Chima, just like as our diokpa here take explain. Nobody say una get the right to the to the lie, they deceive the public.
Issele-Uku is the last child of Eze Chima. Issele-Uku is not even a direct child to Eze Chima. He is a grandchild.
One way Eze Chima yamu Issele-Uku.
Issele-Uku Kingdom was not founded by Oliebo.
Not Benin founding committee because people are already living in that community before he came and joined them.
The first people to settle in Issele-Uku Kingdom are called Uree people. They migrated from Uree Kingdom in Anambra State.
You can find them in Obuli Village in Issele-Uku Kingdom.
They're still plenty in numbers.
They will tell you that they are the first people to settle in Issele-Uku.
You don't know where they settle for that place. You don't know where they live for that place.
But as Olibo, the great child of Eze Chime come, they call him the first man.
Come make him their king.
Obuli people in Issele-Uku Kingdom are the ones that crown the Obi of Issele-Uku.
Those that crown kings are mostly the owners of the land.
If you check so many cultures all over the world, people will be saying that them they crown king. Now, them must crown that king. They are the first people to settle in that land.
Now, waiting they happen for Issele-Uku Kingdom be this. Go and verify.
The important thing here is that the first settlers in Issele-Uku Kingdom are Igbo people.
Olibo, the great child of Eze Chime that came and became their king, is still an Igbo person.
Olibo is originally pronounced as Oleebo, which means he dey before.
Eze Chime communities in Oshimili and Anambra land, they call Ole as Ole.
Just as we say Na ya diya, which means your papa dey house.
All those Eze Chime communities there will tell you Na ya ole.
So, Eze Chime na Igbo person. All those Benin people that come online, they tell us say Eze Chime is Benin. Shame on you people.
The Obi of Onitsha Kingdom in Anambra land said that they are Benin people.
Issele-Uku no talk say they be Benin people.
So many of all those Eze Chime communities, the Obis in that communities, so many of them don't know their history.
And it's very bad.
That is why we are trying to correct all those wrong impressions that they have been propagating offline and online.
The Oba of Benin said that Eze Chima is an Igbo man and not a Benin man.
He said that Eze Chima and his people that founded all Eze Chima communities in Anioma and the East that they are Igbo returnees from Benin Kingdom and from Yorubaland.
Archaeological evidences back it up.
Listen to what this our elder from Ezzi said here. This is very important.
He said that when he was working in custom in 1954 to 1959 that he is the one that goes to Oba Akenzua in Benin Kingdom to license the gun of Oba Akenzua for him.
Then he started asking Oba Akenzua about the history of Eze Chima and Oba Akenzua told him that Eze Chima is an Igbo man from the East who was invited to Benin Kingdom to prepare for the Oba of Benin charms for protection against his brother who he is having issues with.
Oba Akenzua was the king of Benin Kingdom in 1954.
Our elder from Ezzi asked him to tell him the history of Eze Chima and Oba Akenzua told him that Eze Chima is from the East that he is not a Benin man.
Oba of Benin taking matter to Eze Chima not be Benin man say na Igbo man.
Yet the Obas of some Eze Chima communities for this Anioma land they talk say Eze Chima na Benin man say they be Benin people.
The throne of Benin Kingdom no say Eze Chima not be Benin man they know it.
If you come alive you going to see all these 10th class Benin historians, they go online, they talk rubbish. Yes, they claim Benin man no be Benin man, I born am. How about Benin brother, I born am.
Benin chief, I born am. This, that, this, that. They go there, they talk they talk rubbish.
Who are those people saying that there are no Igbos in Delta state?
You will see some non-Igbo people in Nigeria that are fighting the unity of Igbo. They will be telling you that there are no Igbos in Delta state.
Fools.
All Eze Chima communities in Anioma land and in the Southeast, they are Igbo people. They are of Igbo origin.
45% of Delta state is Igbo land and territory.
And that 45% of Delta state is Anioma land.
We are Anioma people, we be Igbo people.
We are not Benin people.
All those Eze Chima people that are saying that they are not Igbo people but Benin people.
You people should start retracing your steps because all those Benin people they claim say una be Benin people.
They know say deep down say una no be Benin people but Igbo people.
Benin people will be lying telling you that the true name of Eze Chima is not Eze Chima, that the real name is Ikinmi.
Some say that it's called Eze Ikinmi.
Just look at the kind of lies that Benin people are lying.
That is how Benin people say that Oduduwa is originally called Isoduwa.
That is Yoruba people that changed it from Isoduwa to Oduduwa.
Benin history is just filled with lies.
All those people saying that there are no Igbos in Delta state, you people should come and chase us away from Anioma land, let's see.
There are no Igbos in Delta state. Come and chase us away. We are waiting for you people.
All Eze Chima communities are Igbo people. Eze Chima is of Igbo origin.
Whether he's from Arochukwu, Owerri, or Onitsha kingdom, Eze Chima remains an Igbo man.
