[00:08:39]Hallelujah. The first day we established that the word of God is the foundation of the voice of God.

[00:08:51]The word of God is not number one. The word of God is the foundation. It is the every other thing stands on it.

[00:08:58]Don't say okay you can hear him number one the word number two no the word of God is not just number one the word of God is the foundation of hearing the voice of God that is to say every leading of God must be validated in his word are you getting me now if somebody say to the Lord it must align with scriptures the written word Any thought sayeth the Lord that is not aligning with the written word is not God's voice.

[00:11:09]This where discernment comes in. Inner witness. Now I'm going to share something with us in Romans chapter 8 verse 16. Let's turn our Bibles to Romans chapter number 8 and I read from verse 15.

[00:11:43]Now, Romans 8:16 explains it.

[00:11:48]Praise the Lord. Now, it says the spirit, that's the Holy Spirit, itself beareth witness with our spirit that we are the children of God.

[00:12:04]The spirit, the Holy Spirit beareth witness with our spirit that we are the sons of God. We are the children of God. Romans 8:16, not 15, 16.

[00:12:20]Hallelujah. That means now we now the Bible was we were born to see the Bible.

[00:12:26]We were not there when the Bible was written.

[00:12:30]We were not there when Jesus died. But the Holy Spirit in us that have believed beareth witness with our spirit that what was written in the Bible was real and that we are God's children.

[00:12:47]Now the witness of the spirit is when the Holy Ghost is confirming or rejecting something in your spirit.

[00:12:58]It is when you have a a a a an inner knowing of conviction or an inner knowing of rejection in your spirit.

[00:13:11]Now how does it feel? How do how does that witness how do we how does it feel inside of us? Now let us look at another scripture. Luke 24 from verse 32. You will see how the sensation is. Luke 24 from verse 32.

[00:13:57]Now the Bible said now in the road to a mouse but let us let us read that 32.

[00:14:03]And they said one to another did not our heart burn within us while he talked with us. By the way while he opened to us the scripture he said did not our heart burn.

[00:14:19]Did not our hearts burn? Now these men after Jesus was executed they were talking about the events they were gisting about it on their way to a mouse and while they were gisting about it Jesus joined them but they didn't know it was Jesus now Jesus asked them what are you talking about they now asked him are you the only one in is in Judah that don't know what happened about the that innocent man that was killed that called himself the Messiah and Jesus began to show them from scriptures he began to open scriptures to them who Jesus was and what he was sent to do. And when he got to his destination, when they got to their destination, Jesus pretended to keep moving. They said, "Why don't you spend the night with us tomorrow? You can continue your journey."

[00:15:06]And Jesus spend the night with them and broke the bread. And as he gave them the bread, their eyes opened and they saw it was Jesus and he vanished. And they said to themselves, verse 32, "Did not our hearts burn?"

[00:15:19]Sorry. Did not our heart burn when he spoke to us and when he unveiled scriptures to us.

[00:15:29]Now the burning of the heart is the witness of the spirit.

[00:15:34]Their spirit was bearing witness that this is the son of God. This man is a man of God. This is the Messiah. But they were not used to it. So they didn't know.

[00:15:47]So the witness of the spirit is one way God speaks to you.

[00:15:56]That is why as a child of God you must be sensitive because the witness of the spirit can be for or against.

[00:16:07]There are people that see as you keep serving God there are people that will come into your life the spirit of God in you will reject them.

[00:16:17]You will just get this inner sensation of rejection. You don't need you just know that this person carries a wrong atmosphere.

[00:16:35]And when when you develop your spirit, when somebody is telling you the truth, you will know.

[00:16:43]When somebody is lying to you, you will know.

[00:17:08]Thank you, Jesus. the inner sensation of the spirit. There are people they come into your life and your spirit accepts them.

[00:17:21]But there are people they come into your life and your spirit rejects them.

[00:17:27]And there are some believers that they have they they ignore that weakness.

[00:17:35]They ignore it because they allow the flesh to control them. You see the Bible say when you walk in the flesh you will be you reap destruction.

[00:17:46]You cannot you cannot understand the inner witness of the Holy Ghost when you are walking in the flesh. Now what do we mean by walking in the flesh? When your focus is on physical things.

[00:17:58]Let me give you an example.

[00:18:01]Somebody now you are believing God for marriage and a handsome man handsome do financially stable comes to you and tells you oh I love you you're beautiful you are nice and you look at him from head to toe is so spotless and you just agree now your spirit is telling you be careful This man all that glitters are not gold.

[00:18:34]You are there is a sensation inside of you. There is a restlessness in you.

[00:18:38]There is a burning in you that you better be careful with this man. But because you are walking in the flesh, you ignore it until when you now enter hell.

[00:18:50]You now begin to say, "Oh," and my mind was telling me, "No, you fell because you are walking in the flesh."

[00:18:58]Even Samuel fell for it. When Samuel went to the house of Jesse, he went to the house of Jesse to anoint himself a king. Now he saw a first son of Jesse, tall, handsome, looking, energetic, athletic, like a king, looking royal. And he said, "Behold the king's anointed." And the Lord said, "I have rejected him." He had an inner witness instantly of rejection. And he said, "Oops, no you are not, please." He saw him, but he was moved by the flesh.

[00:19:32]Now, Samuel was a prophet, but he was moved by the flesh to acknowledge a liar as the king. And the spirit of God said to him, "No, I have rejected him." He got an inner witness in the spirit that this is not the one.

[00:19:49]And he said, "Oh, sorry. You are not the one."

[00:19:52]And from the second to the last son, he was no longer moved by the flesh. He was just waiting for that inner spirit. But when he saw David, even though physically David was nowhere near his brothers, but the inner witness said that's the king.

[00:20:11]Listen to me. Our spirits are very sensitive.

[00:20:16]Now, let me sh let me shock you.

[00:20:19]Do you know that your spirit can see danger before it happens? It can sense danger before it happens.

[00:20:34]Your spirit, your spirit as a child of God can sense danger before it happens.

[00:20:44]The Bible said deep collect to deep.

[00:20:47]Do you know that your your spirit can see evil before it happens to you? You must train your spirit with the help of the Holy Ghost. That is what descentment is all about.

[00:21:02]Descendment is when the Holy Ghost have trained your spirit to sense and to give signals of acceptance or rejection.

[00:21:14]Discernment is when your the Holy Ghost have trained your spirit to be able to sense approver and re or rejection.

[00:21:30]Now many of you that have been serving God for some time, if you look back at your life and you look at it from an with an open mind in retrospect, you will realize that some of the things that happened to you, it is because you ignored the inner witness of the spirit.

[00:21:50]The spirit of God told you, you had a witness that that man was a bloody liar, but you didn't care.

[00:21:59]You had a witness in your spirit that this will not this relationship will not work. But you didn't care.

[00:22:09]When you were about to start that business, you you had that restlessness inside of you that something might go wrong.

[00:22:21]But because of the profits which is the fleshy things the the gains that was going to come out of it you ignore the voice. You see one thing about the inner witness of the spirit is that it does not bother for long.

[00:22:40]One of my one of my my brothers those days he was Thank you Jesus.

[00:22:50]Thank you Jesus. He was a a fraudster called him and told him those days he was looking for job and a fster called him and said oh we have a job for you in an oil servicing company and this job is going to be paying you six digits every month and we all know that six digits in every currency is a big money. They're going to be paying you six digits every month.

[00:23:17]All you have to do is to just pay a good amount of money. I forgotten the exact amount.

[00:23:28]It's just like let let us let us use examples. Let's assume that you have a job and this job is going to be paying you $100,000 every month.

[00:23:38]Yeah. But all you need to do is to pay $20,000 acceptance fee.

[00:23:46]Once you pay the $20,000 acceptance fee, we put you in the staff list and you come and collect your employment letter.

[00:23:54]And at that time, the guy asked, "How did you get my number?" He then told him, "Well, you submitted your CV in some oil servicing companies and um they sent it to our company." And the guy believed, but his spirit kept telling him, "This is fraud. This is fraud. This is fraud.

[00:24:16]The Holy Ghost was telling him this is fraud. But he was so desperate for a job that he gathered money, borrowed some and completed it. This is fraud. This is fraud. As he was going to the bank, this is fraud. In fact, that day he went to the bank very late just a few minutes after the the bank had closed. So, he was begging the security man to allow him in. The security man said bank have closed. He said please I beg you. There is a money I need to pay for a job. I need to pay this money for a job. The man said but what do I do now? I said please help me please help me. The when the gates man saw how he was begging. The gate man looked at him and said to him my brother this is fraud.

[00:25:01]Don't put your the same thing he was hearing in his mind but he didn't care.

[00:25:06]The gate man told him this is fraud.

[00:25:08]This thing can be fraud. Are you sure you want to go into the bank? He said I want to go. It's not. I know them. It's so so company. He said this is fraud. He said no allow me. Said okay fine. He allowed him. He entered the bank. He got to the cashier to pay make the payment.

[00:25:24]And when the woman looked at the payment slip and all he said you are paying to this account. The woman looked at him and said are you sure of this account you have paying this money to? Say yes.

[00:25:33]Are you sure this is not fraud?

[00:25:36]the bank, the girl told him again, "Are you sure this is not fraud?" He said, "No." He said, "Pay it." When the lady began to to process it, the lady now wanted to press enter, the last button for the money to go. The lady looked at him again and said, "My brother, I'm about to send this money. Are you sure you want me to send this money? Are you sure this is not fraud?" He said, "Madam, what are you wasting my time?

[00:26:01]Please send this money and let me leave here."

[00:26:05]And the woman sent it, gave him the deposit slip. He went, he called them and said, "I have made the payment."

[00:26:14]They said, "Don't worry, we have confirmed it. Call us tomorrow morning."

[00:26:18]By tomorrow morning, he called them. The number you have died is switched off.

[00:26:24]The number you have died is switched off. The number you are calling does not exist in this network.

[00:26:31]Till today the number is still switched up.

[00:26:35]Listen I'm telling you is more than 10 years ago.

[00:26:39]More than 10 years ago that was how he lost that money. A believer strong talking spiritfilled but he allowed desperation for carnal things to cloud the inner witness of the spirit. live testimony I'm telling you all he now that was when he began to shed tears he came to me and began to tell me he said oh oh how stupid have I become how desperate have I become the spirit of God was talking to me I was so restless I was so restless but my desperation for a job made me overlook divine direction.

[00:27:32]Many believers have been in that situation.

[00:27:37]There are some open doors that will open for you and you will have that inner witness not to enter.

[00:27:47]Please don't enter, sir. No matter how attractive, no matter how attractive, don't go.

[00:27:55]Somebody may be telling you, don't worry. Come to Canada. I I know how to organize visa for you to come. If you are if you don't feel rest, if as see in your spirit, if there is no excitement, don't go. Even if the visa is available, don't go.

[00:28:44]How do you train your spirit to be sensitive? Like I I always tell you, anybody that comes around me, I sense your spirit. I sense your atmosphere. I know if your mission is for good or for evil.

[00:29:02]I am not moved by your words. Now I am not moved by what you are saying. I I am never moved by the words of people.

[00:29:13]I sense their atmosphere.

[00:29:15]Atmospheres don't lie. Words can lie.

[00:29:19]But is it atmosphere don't lie. If you are if you are a bad person and you come around me, I will sense it and I will relate with you based on your atmosphere. How do you train your spirit?

[00:29:35]Pray in the Holy Ghost.

[00:29:38]Always pray in the Holy Ghost. Build yourself 220 in your most holy faith.

[00:29:47]If listen to me, if you don't pray in tongues, if you don't know how to pray in the spirit, you are denying your spirit access to the Holy Ghost.

He said, "He that prayth in an unknown tongue edifyth himself." You are building your spirit to be stronger and sensitive. You are connecting your spirit to the frequency of the Holy Spirit.

[00:31:09]Is a level of wisdom where you can discern good from people. Somebody can come and say all the nonsense in their mouth and you look at them and say, "No, I know you have the looks. I know you have the money, but you are not the right person. I know you are not." And that same person will see somebody that is not financially stable and say this is the right person and time will prove that person right.
