[00:00:16]You're lonely, you're up, you're pissed off, bar is closed, whatever it is. You are saying things in messages that you would not say in a courtroom and you would not say in the calm cold light of day [music] and you're emotionally charged. Don't send those messages. Your texts are going to be used against you. The second you think that your marriage might be ending, stop. Read everything you can more than once before you send it. Ask yourself if you want someone else to read it. Ask yourself if you want your spouse's attorney to read it. Ask yourself if you want it to be read out loud in a courtroom. I bet you don't.
