The cost is always increasing and it's taking a very long time to put these buildings up. At the same time, there's a big insurance problem. Some of the biggest insurance companies like State Farm are no longer providing new home insurance in California due to forest fires. At the same time in Florida, we have a huge hurricane problem. Same thing, they're not providing new home insurance. And we need to kind of solve this problem. And one of the best ways is to build more resilient structures. So, what do we do?

[00:00:46]What we do is we take your set of architect drawings. We make a 3D rendering, actually using StructSoft here as of a few months ago. We take that 3D rendering, we send it to CNC machines like Howick.

[00:00:58]And we panelize the entire walls, joists, trusses. Everything is numbered, sent to your job site, and installed like big LEGO blocks. We give your team an installation manual, and we keep take care of all the engineering and the connection details to make sure your project is smooth.
