Mainly the judgment is divided into three parts. The first part is regarding the modifications which were applications regarding the judgment which was given in the first part. The SOP in the second part is regarding the standard operating procedure. And I would like to specifically elaborate on the third part because it talks about compliance by states and duties. The main point is that under Article 21, it is considered very important that all the people who are children, old people, elderly people, all of them have the right to life and that is very important so that they can go anywhere in the society without any fear.

No one did these five things. So now he washed his hands off the matter and said that you can listen to whatever I said but if you have any problem then go to the High Court.
