[00:00:00]When we talk about function versus dysfunction, it's helpful to recognize that every function is governed by law.

[00:00:06]And every law that governs function is unchangeable, and that's a good thing.

[00:00:12]Because if laws were changeable, what would we be able to do?

[00:00:16]Uh just imagine if gravity reversed itself every once in a while.

[00:00:20]>> [laughter] >> Well, we would have an interesting journey for a few seconds, and depending on how long it reversed itself, uh that journey would continue whatever in that direction, and all of us would be going and all the houses and all the buildings and you know, and everything else would be flying off in whatever that direction is. And if it only did that for a few seconds and then reversed itself, well, the landing would be pretty hard.
