[00:00:05]It's a little weird and it's called tribbo electric charging and that happens whenever particles collide and transfer electrons. In a sandstorm billions of sand and dust particles collide continuously as they're, you know, carried in the air. And the result is this massive buildup of electrostatic charge. It's the same basic process that creates lightning, but it's distributed throughout the entire storm system rather than concentrated in a single cloud.
