[00:00:34]INEC officials say the exercise will involve extensive field work, data verification, and broad consultations to ensure accuracy, fairness, and compliance with legal provisions. This same month, INEC is proceeding with the phase three of the continuous voter registration. Very soon, after primaries, we'll go into campaign.
