This video given to us by witnesses show Ether Lee on a stretcher after the shooting. Ether Lee has become well known on social media for posting videos of himself shouting racial slurs at people. He walked up to a black man that was minding his business that was outside of the courthouse for a child support case that he antagonized. And then when the guy wasn't going for it, he instantly reached for his weapon. This wasn't the only time he was talking about this publicly talking about killing black people and being justified and being seen as a hero and then going viral for it.
