Government officials who fabricate public records, such as editing security camera footage to conceal information, commit felonies that can result in prison sentences and fines; citizens have the right to access government records through FOIA requests and can document such misconduct by comparing original footage with edited versions to prove tampering.

💥STATE POLICE Refuse to take the EVIDENCE! The Cover Up CONTINUES...Added:
previously.
>> Hey, how are you?
>> All right.
>> Good. Good morning.
>> We're for the people. Are we just a big cover up? Is this a big uh screw the public? We don't care. We're not trying to help nobody down here.
>> Then they fabricated public records. You >> guys are closing.
Everybody's closing their doors for virtual.
>> You guys are closing.
Everybody's closing their doors for virtual Fabricating government records is a serious felony potentially leading to prison sentences of several years, hefty fines, and a criminal record. Charges can include tampering with public records, forgery, or presenting false documents.
>> When you say edited, like is it like redacted? Cuz they could >> No, not like say your body camera footage, right?
>> Mhm. They would be like, "You cut a section of the body camera footage out in the middle and move it to the back so [ __ ] don't line up."
>> Okay.
>> And it's totally that's exactly what they did. And it's provable. Cell phone footage, my footage that should line up with this footage to a tea. You know, if they didn't edit and mark it out and you can see why they did because it's a whole thing ongoing thing of who's the lady, why are we going into fake zoom meetings? Who did that?
>> Just talked to my bosses. They said to have you start with so anything foil related is committee on open government.
>> Well, I mean I didn't really expect you guys to do much.
>> Yeah. So that's honestly that's the best.
>> You guys don't do you guys don't do much when it comes to investigating your own or the government. Right.
>> It's municipality stand.
>> Listen y'all. These kids want to act up in school, want to go to school and embarrass you, want to make like they ain't got no home training. So I told my son, don't go to school, bash me no more. I'll take care of you, son. I give you anything you want. I discipline you, but you going to bash me like this? No.
So now I'm cut.
>> Hey, do me a favor. Guys, >> I saw you were in a restricted area. Now I want your identification.
>> You're not getting it.
>> Don't embarrass me. I told don't embarrass me. No.
>> Previously on auditing area county, we did the investigation on who was involved with the fake Zoom meetings in the town of Clarence. And after we did their investigation, we found that the video footage that they provided us through the New York State foil system was fabricated and made up to hide and prevent the investigation from proving of who was standing behind me talking about the fake Zoom meetings. So today we're going down to the state trooper barracks to turn in the evidence to make sure they can file criminal charges because if you and I did this, you know what that would be, folks? It's a felony.
stabilization.
>> Yeah, I'm over at the clearance barracks. Is it be nobody would be here?
>> Uh, you want the phone number for it?
>> I mean, I guess.
>> Uh, let me know when you're ready.
>> All right. What's the number?
>> 716 759 6832.
>> All right. Thanks.
>> Say police with >> Hey, are you at the clearance barracks?
>> No, this is Bavia.
>> I'm at the clearance barracks. I'm trying to turn in some evidence of a crime.
>> Okay, hang on one second. Let me see if I can get anyone. Did you try to ring the doorbell?
>> Yeah, it looks like the lights are off when you're looking there. like the main office there. But I don't know if nobody's here.
>> But yeah, I the number I called is the I called the um Buffalo Station and they gave me the this number to this building and it forwarded to you. So I'm assuming nobody's here.
>> Yeah. So if no one's there, it'll ring up at Betavia. Let me see if there's uh I'll try to send someone back for you.
Okay.
>> All right.
>> Yeah. Thanks. Bye.
Hey Dave, how are you?
>> We're right.
>> What's going on?
>> Got some evidence to turn into a crime.
>> Okay.
>> What you got?
>> So, what I have here is um this is my what I received from the town of Clarence for through foil requests.
Right.
>> This is the the original form.
Everything that came in the envelope.
These are my original video and this is an edited and there's one thing of an edited video and I'll show you some of that just so you get an idea of what I'm talking about. Um, I went in there to do a public records request.
>> Um, I was filling out my request.
Somebody came in the doorway which was the janitor lady and she said, "Oh, are you guys also going in the the townwide virtual meeting?"
>> Mhm. So in an essence when I came to the town hall they see me come in with a camera they locked all their doors and went on and faked meetings. I full requested all the meetings they come back no meetings. I appealed it to make them double put it in writing that there was no meetings that they locked. So when I went back to appeal it as soon as I walked in the building they did the same thing. They locked all the doors locked me out of there, you know, violating my rights. And uh I they won't tell me who who the lady was that said it, you know. Okay.
>> And you know, it's the game they want to play. So I fo requested the security camera footage and uh of the building.
And I'll show you how that came back.
That came back >> like this. The whole screen blurred, >> but enough that you could see like where I when I walked in, you could you could tell it's kind of who people are. But they did enough they blurred her face.
whatever, right?
>> The games they play.
>> Mhm.
>> The problem I have is this video footage that they gave me is edited.
>> Okay.
>> So, they fabricated a public record, which is a crime and >> is it like when you say edited, what is it like redacted? Cuz they could >> No, not obviously they could redact.
>> Like say your body camouflage, right?
>> Mhm.
>> That would be like you cut a section of the body camouflage out in the middle and move it to the back so [ __ ] don't line up.
>> Okay. And it's totally that's exactly what they did and it's provable. Um I did a little like a short clip here that really shows it. Um what where I line the two videos together >> to do a little investigation.
>> So I gave you this this 8 minute clip that really breaks it down. That's on one of those thumb drives. The other thumb drive is the video in the back >> lined up with >> So this footage like me walking in should line up with this camera, >> right? The the security camera footage they gave me. So, what they did is this edited video shows or whatever. So, it the way it it shows down like you can see how I I matched them up where I'm walking through the door at that point.
This is the video I'm showing the state troopers to explain what's going on. And if you want to see it in full context, you will have to watch the previous video on the channel linked in the description.
got a foil request to I got to fill out.
>> All right. To be hip to the cuts and the editing in the video, you're going to have to pay attention to a few things like where the lady in the white shirt is on my camera screen and where she appears in the glass behind me in the security camera footage of the window behind me. And I'll point it out and slow it down for you guys to see in real time.
I'll fill that out and I'll let you know when I'm done. Might take might take a second.
>> Awesome.
>> Here comes the first switch. When she sits down in the window, she disappears.
Then the lady in red appears walking through the screen. But as you can see, there's no lady in red walking through our camera screen. Now I rolled it back 0.5 speed real slow for you guys to see it both in 0.5 speed. As you can see she's in the screen disappears before she sits down and the other girl's walking through the frame and she's not walking through the frame of the main camera.
Now mind you we're lined up frame for frame from the video that they've provided to us through the foil request from where I walked in the door into my video and I even showed you the glitch and the fault. Now watch this. Who's still sitting at their desk walking through the security camera in the footage lined up from when I walked in the door proving that they've edited the video and blurred the screen.
And why would they edit the video?
Because they know I want to know the name of the person who came in the office and said about a townwide virtual meeting. But if you notice in the footage, there's a janitor about to walk back in and her audio doesn't line up.
So it's taking Once again, definitely no woman walking around the back screen or seen on the reflection in the window at this point.
And that didn't line up. Let's go ahead and fast forward to when the lady came in in my actual video in the time frame that she said about the virtual meeting townwide.
You looking for something?
>> Oh, thanks.
>> I saw those this morning.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> I wonder if she's looking for those.
>> You know, I have so many that are probably around the building.
>> Thank you.
>> You're welcome.
>> You guys aren't posing.
Everybody's closing their doors for virtual That sounded fishy.
Pay close attention now to me in the security camera footage. I'm looking something up on my phone. Bam. I'm all a sudden writing on the forward request like there was a glitch in the screen or was that directly after what they wanted edited out so that I couldn't tell who said that. You can see the edit.
>> Suppose I'll full request that uh virtual meeting everybody's supposed to close their doors for >> while we're here. It >> has anything to do with you.
>> It sounds fishy.
>> That's quite incredible. I have no idea what they're talking about.
>> Yeah, it's definitely not you.
>> The only thing quite incredible is the extent that they will go through. They will edit screens on video. They will blur it and they will try to hide so they do not have to answer to the full request of the people. These people believe they are above the law.
All right, in 10 time zoom we're making a minute 47 10 seconds long and we're going to zoom forward to when I start talking to them about something and giving a tirade and you'll see I'm still writing.
to do that.
>> As you can see, the audio in the video does not line up with the actual footage of what happened that day. Just proving once again, it's edited footage by Clarence. And since I was able to line them up on video and you can see I'm in the middle of the tirade and I'm still talking to the clerk. The tirade doesn't start on the actual footage for 2 minutes and 33 seconds behind. It's the time difference in the edited video compared to the real life.
>> You guys don't know.
You don't know who's Do you know who that lady was?
>> Are you finished with the foil request?
>> No, cuz I need to know who that lady's name was.
>> Why?
>> I told you I want to put it on my request. So, it's very specific. I got to be very specific.
>> Office, how are you?
>> Are you the clerk?
>> I'm the town clerk. Yes.
>> All right. Yeah. So, I was just here and um some lady came in whose name they won't divulge or what position. She comes in here and she asked if they were all locking their doors and shutting them for a virtual meeting like everybody else was supposed to be doing.
I'm trying to forward request that virtual meeting information cuz I have a feeling that it was lock all the doors to keep me out of their offices and pretend there's a meeting. It's just my It's just a hunch. So, I need to know the lady's name that just said that so I can put on this phone request.
>> I don't I wasn't out here. I don't know who she knows. She knows.
>> Okay.
>> While the town of Clarence wants to play stupid like they don't know who that is.
I myself am not stupid. As a matter of fact, they just made me do the math on video format, and we know it's 2 minutes and 33 seconds.3 back. Now, we can line up the audio with the video that they gave us properly, morons, >> looking for something.
>> Oh, thank >> s this morning.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> I wonder if she's looking for those. You know, I have so many that are probably around the building.
>> Thank you.
>> You're welcome.
>> You guys are closing.
>> Everybody's closing their doors for virtual.
>> You can literally see in that video the clerk give the janitor a nod that I was the reason that they were doing it and she should be quiet. You can literally see it in the security camera footage, folks. And of course, we're not letting them get away with it. Let's go confront them now. And make sure you hype this video and leave a comment so we can get maximum exposure for this corruption.
Not only did they blur the screen and edit the video, they try to play us all as fools. And we ain't fools, as you can see.
>> So, you can see how it lines up now.
Like, when I had to fix it, but like that's fabricating a record. That's a crime. And that's abuse of the foil system. And >> closing doors for virtual That's that's him. You know what I mean?
That's the game they're playing. Like, yeah.
>> So, I exposed this, but like you >> literally see in that video the clerk give them.
>> So, this this 8 minute clip showing how it breaks down given the time frame is on >> one of these one of these gun rides.
This is raw cell phone footage. my footage that should line up with this footage to a te, you know, and if they didn't edit and mark it out and you can see why they did because it's a whole thing ongoing thing of who's the lady, why are we going into fake Zoom meetings who did this? You know what I mean? Like >> yeah, >> in the last video like I put a video out today and they're probably getting their, you know, fair share of redress from that. But >> the video today >> I went back there, you know, to address them and I didn't realize that they um this is the other one. It's got the edited video like showing the time stamps in there.
>> That's the >> That's my video edited, you know, sign up. It just just goes to show like if somebody investigating this and taking a look at it is going to be able to, >> you know, >> see exactly what we're talking about watching that little clip in that video because you can see it obviously and I explain it, but like when they line it up, they're going to see that they edited the video and that's why.
>> Okay.
>> Let me um >> I don't know how.
>> Let me give you I'll give you a receipt for those. Just saying that we're going to >> Yeah, cuz this is the original for request. The how it came to my house.
You got the envelope, the everything.
So, you got the all the originals.
That's all the evidence of >> I'll give you a property receipt. Just saying that we're we're uh taking it from you. I'll have you sign it saying that you're turning it over to us and then uh we'll see what we can do.
>> All right.
>> All right. Give me a couple minutes here. Okay.
>> I literally said as I walked out of there filling out the public records request for the camera and I'm walking out of there, I said it on video. I'm like, "Well, they're either going to have to tell us who the lady was or they're going to have to fabricate records." And what did they do here?
Look at that. They're going to fake their meeting. At least they're going to hide it a little better now, huh? What do you guys think? They faking it.
Well, they're going to have to fabricate public records or answer to the public for this. They >> chose the ladder, apparently.
All right. Give me a >> The cover up's always worse than the crime, right?
>> Give me a Give me a minute. We'll be right out. All right.
>> Thanks.
As I sat there, I could hear two other troopers talking about me, saying, "I think he's here. His car is out front. I don't know where he is. Where is he?"
So, I got up to investigate.
All right. So, here's what I got for you. So, I'm going to start a report on our end. Okay. Um, just talked to my bosses. They said to have you start with so anything foil related is committee on open government. Okay. For any if it's like either appeals or like redacted edited stuff it all they they investigated all of it.
>> If they give you a hard time number one there's the town of Clarence Town of Clarence Ethics Board which you can fill out a form for them to file a complaint as well. And then also >> what about the criminal part aspect? So criminal aspect that's the the committee on open government they have like criminal basically press charges um >> yeah so like we it's basically like internal affairs for municipalities right so like we have our internal affairs that investigate obviously complaints about us whatever it may be um so they do like municipalities for like loyal stuff specifically if you don't get anything there we will still have our case open come back. Talk to us.
>> You guys don't want any of this though?
>> So, hang on to that for now because they might if they need it.
>> Okay.
>> You guys going to do with the case without any evidence? So, >> well, we'll just So, what I'll do is I'll leave it. I'll just, you know, document that you came in here.
>> By document it, he most likely means put it through the shredder, sweep it under the rug, and make sure it goes nowhere because he already is going to say he can't investigate the government.
>> Um, just what you're reporting to me.
say that I referred you to there and then if you come back, if they give you a hard time and need to come back and you need us to step in and do other stuff, we'll see how far you can get with them and then just obviously bring that back with you. But it'll this way whoever whatever trooper if it's not me will be able to look it up, see my report of what you reported to us today and go from there.
>> Well, I mean I didn't really expect you guys to do much.
>> Yeah. So that's honestly that's the best.
>> You guys don't do much. guys don't do much when it comes to investigating your own or the government, right?
>> It's municipalities.
>> What What about yourselves?
>> We have our own, like I said, internal.
>> So, what about all those illegal window tinted vehicles in the parkour parking lot over there? Are you going to go investigate those?
>> Again, >> are you going to go investigate those?
No.
You guys make a joke of your profession.
You really do. You guys really are a joke.
>> You're good, dude. All set.
>> What about those tinted windows over there?
>> I'm not going to play the games.
>> That's a game. I'm not.
>> How is that a game? How is that a game?
>> Tell me how that's a game.
>> That >> you guys write tickets. Go ahead.
>> You guys write tickets to people for illegal window tint and there's a bunch of trucks over there. The illegal window tint where you can clearly see them and you're not going to go do anything about that vehicle in traffic.
>> Wrong. Those are parked vehicles right now.
>> Yeah.
You guys ain't going to do nothing about that integrity. It's just, you know, it's a it's a game to you.
You guys really do make a joke of your profession. And it's disgusting. And the fact that you won't do anything about criminal activity. They're going to send me to the committee on open government.
Uh, wow. I know who the committee on open government. I just know what they can do. And they can't. And they can't press criminal charges. All right. They're not They're not law enforcement. All right.
They broke the law. They broke the law.
>> Investigate municipalities.
>> So, >> you don't investigate municipalities?
No. They're they're sovereign.
>> We don't investigate municipalities.
There's other departments of criminal justice system that investigate them >> and it's not a law working out.
>> The committee of open government isn't a law enforcement agency.
>> That's the best answer that I have for you right now.
>> They're like your AI, right? Internal affairs.
>> Internal affairs, >> right? Just like that, right? Where you guys would investigate yourselves and find no wrongdoing in that parking lot over there full of violations that you guys write tickets for. Hypocrite pieces of [ __ ] >> That's the way you feel. us here.
>> I mean, like I come here knowing I'm going to waste my time with you guys.
You know that.
>> Then why bother coming?
>> Yeah, exactly. That's a good question.
Why do we bother coming? Right. Because you guys take our tax money by with force and you guys got the monopoly on violence and then you can go hide behind this little glass door here to get away from the redress because you're set.
>> I am all set.
>> There's no recording in here.
>> There's no recording in here.
Okay. So, if you want to showcase avoid it's not a courtesy.
>> It's not a courtesy.
>> This is a public lobby here. Entrance way, you know. Maybe pass that. Maybe pass that unauthorized personnel sign.
Maybe. But you guys let me in here.
>> If you want to continue this conversation, you can come on back here.
I'll have this conversation with you, but I'm not having it while you're recording me. What?
>> My body cam will be running because I'm not >> What conversations do you want to have back back there?
>> We can have this conversation. Are you not going to be a hypocrite anymore?
>> We can talk about it.
>> What do we want to talk about?
>> But I'm not going to say >> Go do your [ __ ] job over in that parking lot over there.
>> Go do your job in that parking lot. How about that?
>> Hey, sir.
>> Yeah. Hypocrites. You guys make a joke your profession. You guys are the joke.
That's why nobody likes you guys. You guys are That's a professional courtesy. You can't record in here. [ __ ] jokers.
Let's [ __ ] get some footage of these [ __ ] trucks out here violating the law.
do something about it then.
Yeah. Yeah. That's our uh police department down here. Sovereign. Ain't going to do [ __ ] about that, huh?
[ __ ] sovereigns down here.
[ __ ] Oh my god, look at this tinted ass windshield on this one. Huh?
This one's tinted.
We'll put that sticker right over the tent. That's a sovereign right there.
State police sovereign citizens down here.
How about this guy? Huh? Another sovereign that looks compliance.
Man, look at this one.
That is something.
Make sure you leave your comment of what you think about the state police going ahead and refusing to accept a crime that would be classified as a felony.
That if you or I did this and fabricated a public record, you know, they would prosecute us because we're not sovereign. We don't work for the government. Leave your comments about what you think about the troopers saying that they can't investigate municipalities. Meanwhile, these state police are out on patrol, avoiding tickets and extorting people for window tint while their own parking lot is full of illegal window tint, violating the law. Is that hypocritical or what, fam?
Leave your comments and make sure, as always, you hype that video and I'll see you guys in the next one. This is a bonus clip I had of a phone call with a state trooper trying to go up higher up the ladder. Check this out. this phone call.
>> Buffalo police a district.
>> Um, yeah, I was at the Clarence barracks. I tried to turn in some evidence of a crime and they refused to take it and I want to see if I can go higher up the ladder or something to speak to somebody or get something done about the crime that I have reported.
>> What you said? Clarence?
>> Yeah, in Clarence barracks.
>> Okay. Did the incident happen in Clarence?
>> Yeah, it's a Well, it's the government, you know what I mean? So, like they don't want to investigate the government. Like Clarence Town Hall supervisor's office fabricated security camera footage, which is um a crime to fabricate public records. So, I try to turn in the evidence.
>> I do agree with you, but uh this is this is uh Buffalo Police a District for South Buffalo. We can't we can't get involved with any incident that happened outside of our >> I know. I just tried to keep calling the higher ups or headquarters, you know, something that I can get a supervisor above your average patrolman who blew me off. And I keep getting different numbers.
>> I definitely understand. I definitely understand what you're saying, but even if a lieutenant was on the phone right now with you, he's going to tell you the same thing. Just we we it's not that we're not interested in helping. It's just we can't if the incident happened in let's say Chinawaga, we you know, Chinawaga PD's got to handle it. What I would suggest because the issue is with your local government, number one, they cannot deny doing an incident report for you. Uh, unless you know, as far as the manual procedures go, that's what ours tells us. You know, we're not allowed to deny that claim, but also you can check with the county sheriff's would be my next uh >> that's even a bigger joke.
>> Yeah. I mean, I I do share the same video with you for local government, ironically enough. However, uh if this is something serious, then I would not back down. I would keep trying. Um police or sorry, Clarence police cannot turn you away at the door.
>> Clarence police. Clarence doesn't have police. So that's, you know, sheriffs or state troopers. There's a Clarence barracks. You know, there's a state trooper barracks there. Literally like walking distance from the town hall. But like >> And so are they the ones that turned you away, the troopers? Yeah, they they gave me the number to the committee on open government >> and told them this told me to go tell them like the committee on open government can write an advisory. You know what I mean? Like they can uh >> they don't enforce law though. They don't enforce >> that's what I told him. I said they can't enforce law or criminal charges. I said that they can give an advisory.
They the most they can do is write the guy a letter and tell him he did bad.
You know what I mean? Like >> they're not they're not recognized law enforcement or peace officers. So it does not they can't do a thing.
>> You guys really do make a joke of your profession. It's disgusting. And the fact that you won't do anything about criminal activity, you're going to send me to the committee on open government.
Uh, wow.
>> They're not recognized law enforcement officers. So, it does not they can't do a thing.
>> So, they blew me off there and like I got it all. I got, you know, the memory cards and that, but I don't know. I want to try to get to somebody. So, obviously, you're not the guy, but like would I call Betavia to get up higher on the ring to make somebody's ass get in gear?
>> I think I think you're looking at it the wrong way. It's not so much the location that you call it that that is is imperative like that like Buffalo is not does not supersede Clarence just like you know Anchor doesn't supersede you.
What you need to do is either bypass whoever's turning you away at this the state troopers barracks or go to the sheriff >> because I don't understand why if Clarence doesn't even have a police force then there should be no inner uh city bias where they go oh no we don't want to we don't want to have our own town council members you know kind of thing. But if if it's the troopers and sheriffs, they should be completely unbiased and they should have no issue doing that for you at all. Even if your claim is found completely, you know, unfounded, it still doesn't their opinion doesn't matter. They still have to do an incident report for you. So, make sure you tell them that whether you go to the sheriff's or troopers. They do not have the right to deny unless you show up piss drunk or high on drugs, they cannot turn you away from a claim like that.
They should know better because I don't know if you My name is Dan Warmas of auditing Erie County. So like they should know better to play games with me.
>> Well, I don't know you, sir, but I I'm just >> I'm just saying I'm the first amendment auditorally as possible as your frustration. Um I I I certainly would not back down, though. I mean, if you're making a claim of, you know, criminal activity that the troopers should not be able to legally turn you away for that.
I handed them the evidence and they handed it back to me and said they'll write a report on their end, but if I get nowhere with the open committee on open government to call them back. It's like I leave there knowing that the committee on open government, the most they can do is write the kind of letter saying don't do that again. You know what I mean? They can't.
>> Yeah. It's funny how it's how funny how certain people are untouchable. But um >> yeah, so how this works is when you file an incident report with any department, it's assigned to a detective or an inspector, whatever they have interdep departmentally as the person that follows up the investigation. It is assigned to somebody. It doesn't just fall short at the window and that's that. So, I don't know if you spoke to an actual trooper or if you >> in person. It was a trooper.
>> It was a trooper. Okay. Then they had I mean I I unless I'm wrong here. They had no right to turn you away for that.
Unless Unless they said there are they are doing the report. Did they tell you they're doing a report?
>> He said he's going to write up a report of what I said.
I don't know.
>> Yeah. I mean essentially if if you're making a >> he also told me to go to the town of town of uh Clarence ethics board like to go complain about the supervisor. It's like what do you want me to do? Complain about the to the ethics board about the supervisor who appointed them all?
>> That's like going to city hall downtown and complain about the mayor. What what what's going to happen?
>> Right. He appointed them all.
>> So exactly exactly. Uh you have a head on your shoulder, sir. So >> you know it's just the rolling, you know, and he tells me go to the Erie County Sheriff's. I mean, I'm not going to make you say anything about the county sheriffs, but I I I had little faith going to the trooper barracks. I definitely wouldn't waste my time going to the sheriff's department.
>> Well, I wouldn't call it a waste of time. I think that that would be a good contingency plan if it doesn't work out with the trooper barrack again. But I think you should go back and request to speak to a supervisor there because either that trooper was illinformed or, you know, he was just new and didn't know any better. Uh because that is not how that works. If you file, >> he clearly had no idea what the committee on open government was. He clearly had no idea what the committee on open government was.
>> I I guess my point, sir, is just I would go and make sure the report is done and say, I'm I'm requesting that somebody follows up with me on this. This is a you know, you're making a claim of a criminal uh a crime against you.
