[00:00:45]So you guys, I have been promising a makeup look for the longest time. I haven't done this in a very, very long time. On YouTube, that is. So, I haven't done it in a very long time. I just installed my own hair.

[00:01:02]It's melting right now. So, I don't know how it's going to look, but I do have an event to go to, so it everything has to work. Things have to make sense today.

[00:01:14]I'm just going to brush these eyebrows down and shape them slightly excess hair.

[00:01:25]So, I'm actually going to an event with my mom. It's a mother's It's not Mother's Day, but it's a mother's month cuz we're still in the month of May.

[00:01:33]It's a mother's month event. So, we were asked to bring someone special in our lives who's like a mother figure.

[00:01:42]So, I'm bringing my mom, but you could have brought like your aunt or anything like that. soap or your sister just anyone in your life who is like that person. So of course I'm bringing my mom and it's a skin care event so the focus is definitely going to be around skin care um and just at the retent in at the waterfront so it should be fine.

[00:02:15]So, for today's look, it is I'm just going to go for my sort of everyday, not everyday, like a soft glam, what I do, what how I beat my face for when I have something going on, but nothing too hectic. As you can see, I don't have my eyelash extensions on, so we're also going to try to put on some false eyelashes. Again, this is something I have not done in years, you guys. I tried to do it like last year, and it's like I told I I forgot how to do it. I gave up. So hopefully I'm able to get the lashes on. If I can't, I do have a new mascara. I got sent some cute stuff from YSL Beauty. I do have a new mascara that I um I can try. But there's no mascara that can give me false lash false lash lashes.

[00:03:10]You know what I'm saying? But what I'm just trying to say is that if all else fails, we have mascara. I have already prepped my skin with skin care and moisturizer and SPF and all the rest of it. I want to go into the primer. I picked up when I was in Turkey, I picked up a few things from Sephora. I didn't do crazy shopping, but I did get one or two things that are, you know, all the rage. So, I picked up the Milk Makeup Primer, the Milk Hydrogrip. I know that Maybelline has one um like a dupe for this, which I'm very actually keen to try. Um I want to try the Maybelline dupe and I want to try the Maybelline foundation. I forgot the name of it, but I I I think I want to do like a drugstore makeup look. This look is going to be my everyday products and they're mostly high-end. So, um, comment if you want me to do something more drugstore focused.

[00:04:17]Drugstore, that's an American term. If you want me to do something more affordable, more budget friendly, that's available in clicks with products that are available in clicks and stuff like that, then we can do it.

[00:04:30]I don't want to make this video too long, so I'm not going to talk with every step. Um, otherwise it's going to be an hour long video, but I just want to highlight the most important things, which is the stuff that I got from Sephora and any new products that I am using. So, that's the hydro hydrogrip milk primer. I haven't put it everywhere. I put it on my T-zone where I need more lasting stay. If you've been on my channel for a long time, you know that I'm not the craziest fan of primers. I prefer a very good skin care routine, a very good prepped skin with skin care products and moisturizers and SPF and facial oils, whatever you use, more than I trust in a primer. But again, we're just going to try this. I've never tried a grip primer that claims to grip things before. I have used this before, twice before, but just for the sake of, you know.

[00:05:31]Okay, for foundation, I'm going to be using the Nars um radiant light reflecting foundation in Macau.

[00:05:42]Um, yeah, I want to use this Nars light reflecting hydrating primer on the rest of my face. So, the places where I didn't put the hydrogrip um, which is the sides of my face.

[00:06:10]Oh, guys, forgetting steps. I want to mix the foundation with this Fenty Beauty um easy drop.

[00:06:21]Just going to swirl it on there as well.

[00:06:28]And this is my Dior number 12 brush.

[00:07:22]I fully intended to do like a Q&A. It's like my first video, but then I just went straight into the vlogs. Um, so I think I'm going to answer a few of those questions here.

[00:07:45]Um, but I will try to answer as best as I can.

[00:08:10]Even now, I have no idea. Um, I feel like I'm still taking it a day as it comes.

[00:08:20]The reality is that I'm a mom of two and it has its ups and its downs. It has its challenges. It occasionally it requires me to be full on 110% and maybe a lot of my videos will have a lot of mom focused, you know, content. And then some occasions I'm living my best my best life as a just I'm still a 30-year-old. I'm still 30 years old. I'm still a 30some, you know, fine babe, you know. So, I still want to have a little bit of fun.

[00:08:58]But at the end of the day, I don't know what my YouTube entails. All I can say that for right now, it just is a true representation of my daily life on like a weekly basis. Like, it's authentic.

[00:09:13]It's real. It's not curated. It's not super curated. is not, you know, put together to perceive to to look a certain way. Um, it's just my it's just my life. It's just what it is.

[00:09:32]Okay, so for concealer, I also picked this up in Turkey. This is the Sephora from Sephora. This is the Too Faced Born This Way concealer in the shade butterscotch. It is a fave. I've I've used it before.

[00:09:46]um gutted when I ran out, but I got her back. So, I also love the Nars uh radiant creamy concealer. So, um I like her.

[00:10:06]What's your relationship like with your in-laws? You guys, this December, I met my in-laws for the first time in person.

[00:10:14]Like obviously we talk on the phone, all that kind of stuff, but I met them in person.

[00:10:23]Um, my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law, me and my sister-in-law headed off. I don't know if this because like we're both lost.

[00:10:35]Um, we're the babies of the family. We >> There's my son.

[00:10:52]What was I saying? Yeah. So, I met my mother-in-law for the first time in person and my sister-in-law and we just hit it off. My husband's mom was such a kind, sweet woman, very humble, um very down to earth. Um so, No notes. Perfect mother-in-law and perfect sister-in-law.

[00:11:18]Um, since becoming a mom, what new interests have you picked up that have surprised you? Um, I have no idea if I've picked up anything new. All I'm trying to do is go back to what I know I used to love and then we can look into things that are new.

[00:11:44]Um, but I do enjoy my mom role. I do enjoy being mom. I love doing all the things that come along with it. The pickups, the school rounds. Um, you know, just having fun with my kids.

[00:11:59]Especially my daughter's age right now is is amazing. She's her personality is really coming out. Um she's talking in full paragraphs.

[00:12:10]So you can have a conversation with her.

[00:12:13]She can let you know what's on on her mind. She'll tell you if you're annoying her, if she's bored.

[00:12:21]Um she she's got a real personality and it's really coming out and her interest and everything. So, I see that I'm very I'm very into um I'm trying to nurture my I don't know if this even is asking your question, but I found a big interest in nurturing the things that she's really interested in doing. Me and my husband are talking about it the other day and we were like I was asking him what kind of career do you think Olympia is going to get into because of personality type right now.

[00:12:55]Now, obviously, it's too early to tell, but right now she is like very bold and um very self assured, very confident, very very talkative.

[00:13:06]Um I see her being in the arts or if she is going the corporate route, lawyer like and she likes to explain away her naughtiness. Okay. Um, before I continue talking, I want to go in with contour. Picked this up from Turkey as well. This is the Rare Beauty uh, liquid contour in Tranquil. I do think it's a little bit too dark. I didn't try it on in store, so I literally just do that. I'm not going to contour my head now because it's still covered up. So, we're just going to just going to do that. So, either lawyer or in the arts. Um, so, but also she's so into like gymnastics and the ballet and all of those things. So, she's only three.

[00:14:14]Well, she's turning four in like 2 months time. So, I'm thinking of enrolling her in some gymnastics classes.

[00:14:22]Um, because anytime the TV is on, she's watching gymnastics. Like, she just wants to get on YouTube and watch the girls.

[00:14:43]watch the girlies do gymnastics. So, I really want her to lock in. And if she's a sports girl, then she's a sports girl.

[00:15:24]So, I do a lot of removal of the excess on the back of my hand before I apply it to my face. And then I also bring the powder to my eyebrows as well because we're going to get into our eyebrows.

[00:15:40]Now, I used to always do my eyebrows first, but that's one of the things that's changed in my in my makeup routine. So, yeah.

[00:15:57]What I do is I get into the lid and then I smooth it out on the back of my hand before applying it to my face.

[00:16:19]I'm going to zoom past this. I'm using a pencil from Essence. Super sharp. And then I do a pencil and a pomade. Are you selling your white pregnancy reveal dress?

[00:16:39]Uh, which white pregnancy reveal dress for which pregnancy? For Olympia. I mean for Shiloh.

[00:16:50]Um, I don't know. But there's a lot of clothes I need to sell.

[00:17:14]You need that super sharp. You need to sharpen it all the time. Go to Essence and get 10 of these.

[00:17:22]It's going to go down so fast, especially if you do your makeup a lot.

[00:17:30]So, when you have a super sharp one, you can do like hairike strokes.

[00:17:36]I just always struggle when it comes to the tail end of my eyebrows. I just want to go in with my pomade. This is from Anastasia Beverly Hills.
