[00:03:34]guys and it's just one of those and every time I think I leave that space I'm always reminded how grateful for life I need to be you know and in most cases you know when they see you so young you're so youthful they always say one thing make sure that you live your life to the fullest enjoy your life you know um because worst case scenario is that they dumped there you know because you know their families are abroad their families are abroad it's just a lot of things that are happening But um it's just one of those days. But it was a very crusty morning. But um I'm just happy to be back and all of that.

[00:04:14]So I'm being regarded as Michelle. So it was just one of those um mornings for me. And yeah, I just um after work I just had salad. I got myself some tuna salad and then I had that and then I just came back home and thought, you know what, before I forget what I wanted to talk to you about today, let's quickly record and get into it. So, so religion, I always I hate religion, guys. I hate religion. I'm anti- religion. I I always say this, not a secret. Religion has brainwashed us so much to the point whereby we're starting to believe things that are not that are not there. We believe certain things are negative and they're not negative. I'm coming way to the conversation of men.

[00:04:54]Remember there's this lady in the Bible for billion days and then she was like so automatically when you hear those kinds of stories it sort of paints a picture that excuse me I was in a mask the whole day so don't judge me.

[00:05:20]Um it it paints a picture to me and shows me um religion painted a picture and all those things is where else it's not. Remember religion and and patriarchy go hand in hand and they always work hand in hand to make sure that they are oppressing the woman and make sure that you don't realize your truest and highest power to servant to be under where else you are the most powerful and capable being walking this planet. However, let's get in the to the topic of don't waste your periods. Don't waste your menstruals.

[00:05:56]As a woman, when you are on your period, you've just tapped into the levels, the realms. You know, I wish you could just pause your whole life because you are at your highest and most powerful being.

[00:06:14]You are where you are tipping the iceberg. You know what I mean? remember why we go through so many emotions um periods especially you know when you're ovulating when you go into the phase you go through the most you are literally scattered as a person and you know ovulation and you become hypersexual you know I was telling my friend um the other day I was talking to a friend of mine an old friend of mine I was telling her that you know what ovulating and going into the lut phase is such a different conversation in your 30s. In your 20ies, it is moderate, but when you get to your 30s, the period pains are crazy. The ovulation phase, it's like you can just jump on anything.

[00:07:00]And the lace, oh my goodness, you look like Freddy versus Jackson. You feel like that's how you feel like. And automatically in your period ends, you just glow up.

[00:07:12]So, it's so crazy um when in our 30s, but anyway, let me not digress.

[00:07:17]So that buildup of tension of energy is trying to basically show you of the energies within your body. Your body is basically regulating itself.

[00:07:29]Your body is showing you that you have powers that you need to tap into.

[00:07:33]Remember even from my old old videos I used to explain that adolescent state has been termed adolescent state which you are growing in all these things and that's when the spiritual separation happens for most people. That's when the gifted kids find themselves. That's when the, you know, the gifted kids will start going through, you know, um um um I want to kill myself face. I'm not happy. I don't want to live. I don't I want to die. You know, because the se spiritual separation is taking place.

[00:07:59]However, now coming to the point of the buildup for your period, it's basically detecting and showing you that there's an imbalance in you or rather there's something happening in you that your body is naturally taking care of. So it's not when you're going through a period.

[00:08:19]No, that is stored energy and stored power recycling inside of you. And when too much of that is in excess and it is not used and it is not applied, guys, can I get an amen? You start to now go through your menstruals. It it shows good. The energy now has been built up. It is time for you to use your power.

[00:08:51]That's how your body signals you that it's time for you to use your power.

[00:08:56]When you start bleeding, when you guys guys are you hearing me at the back like this video, I don't think you're hearing me. Then you start bleeding, right?

[00:09:09]That very first blood. Before I get into that, did you know that you can tell your period?

[00:09:18]You can tell your period.

[00:09:21]Can you not embarrass me? Guys, do you understand that your innate self hears you, listens to you? Do you know you are goddess? Do you know you are God? You are power. When we say it does not mean that we are saying you are of God, you are a god. You understand? There's so much power in you to create and procreate.

[00:09:49]Hey guys, you're not hearing me. When you are at your period, on your period, you are at your highest vibration and you need to take advantage of that. If there's ever a time you need to pray, you need to fast, you need to connect, you need to manifest is when you're on your period. When you see that blood So you're like yeah because that's how powerful you are.

[00:10:25]So your first your menstruals are very much powerful and that is why people that know will manipulate you using your menstruals.

[00:10:38]We are being told when you are on your period run away from that. And the truth behind that is that you are at your most powerful at that particular time. But now religion and all these other things have just made it look like it's a dirty period. Um have you ever heard of also because basically if there's something negative your body does not know um how to accept negativity. It repels negativity. So you can imagine when the defense mechanism within that heavy blood or within that blood is now released and that blood or whatever it is you are touching is of negativity.

[00:11:30]I don't know if you're hearing me. If somebody or something is not meant to be in your life, your menstruals will expose that. Your menstruals will expose the truth from your dreams to how you feel about somebody. Remember life is built on feelings, thoughts, emotions that we carry around us. So whatever you are feeling at that particular state is more of a response that your body is giving. And if something in somebody is not good for you, your energy, your body does what? It repels.

[00:12:11]I hope you're hearing me. So, if you find that you're on your period, let's say it's the first day, there's certain things that you want to balance in your life, you are able to manifest it through scripting. You write things down. You can either write in a paper, smear your menstrual blood. I love the midnight because that is when your power is mostly activated. You know the world is a bit not the world but the the you know the energies are much more at peak you know and then you can do your things there light your candles do all these things you know sprinkle your nice herbs and you know keep the energy going even when you are taking did you know that as powerful as we are as women in some African um countries before you know they would say when they're on their period they should not bath And what they would do is that if there were sickly people in the village or in the community, they would actually line them up so that you are able to actually lay your hands and pray on those people especially when they are on their period because that is when they are most powerful. That is when they are most highest. And also in such tribes they were also taught which you are able to give a blessing or a spoken word into your husband or partner's life especially when you are on your period.

[00:13:32]So men are groomed to respect and honor the body of the woman because they knew that I'm expecting a blessing of some sort.

[00:13:42]Whatever is wrong in my life will be redirected, you know. But now we're not in that age. We're not in that society because we have been so influenced and influenced to understand our power as woman and as a people. Remember when I say this all the time that man needs a woman is some isn't there certain portals that man cannot reach but a woman can reach because they can tap into the universe. A woman is able to give birth and tap into his fears and come back and still coexist in the living and working world.

[00:14:25]You know, such conversations get me so excited because these are things we live with and this is the knowledge we live by. And when I see people so misinformed, it hurts me because I'm like, we could be so far as a people and people believed. If men understood what a woman is in their lives, they would then look at things differently. They would then understand would oomph is that to be the amplifier, the catalyst, the recharge, the power bank to your life.

[00:14:57]And you do not disrespect what is that.

[00:15:01]Imagine we are so powerful. We create life within us. We store power within us for 9 months. And then at the end we give birth to life. And then we go on our period for a a prolonged period that shows that there.

[00:15:28]And there's certain things that are not going okay with your life. You're able to write those things down on a sorry, you're able to write those things down on a piece of paper, right?

[00:15:39]Especially if you're able to write those things down on a paper, right? If there things like not going well in your life, you're able to write them out, you know, um particularly um the olden way is to use a tissue, right? And then what you do, you bleed on the tissue. But now we are in a space whereby the sanitary pads and all these things. However, the simplest way you can just use a piece of you can just use a piece of paper and write those things down. And then when you finish writing those things down, you smear the blood over them. So if it's things that you need to release, isn't that holding you back in your life? Whatever you write them down and then you fold the paper away from you or it t you fold it away from you and then you are able to bleed on it. You can you you're able to sit a toilet and bleed on it depending on how heavy you are. But if also you are not heavy, it shows that um sorry if you are not heavy you can you can just take blood from your tampon or whatever or get a cup. Those I forgot what that cup is called. Ah when the pads were that story was going around those things were selling like hot cakes. But you can use those things. I love those things because that cup I love to use it especially when I know it's my first you know two days because I'm I'm normally a four five day if if I'm at the most. So I love those because lelo is, you know, it's the the the the the most, you know, the heightened, heightened, heighten, heightened. So you use that blood, you smear it on that thing, and then you can burn it. And then the the greatest part is that if your menstruals are aligned with the moon, flip, you are so recharged, you are so in line. Your body is responding to the powers that you're being. You now look at your period and the moon. you recharge power manifestation on all these things. So I can you can literally spend a whole month not connecting and not doing anything but when it's time for your period as a woman you pull back to yourself because that's when you are most powerful. Then you find there are men that understand this principle and will sleep with women when they are on their periods because they are taking from you. So the misinformed people will actually tell you Guys, do you know the power behind blood magic? Do you know how powerful blood is? Blood creates covenant. That is why that man in a 32 in Brazilian blonde.

[00:18:05]They say you speak as blood. You are in a covenant.

[00:18:10]We use blood. It is a covenant.

[00:18:13]Covenant. It is an agreement that what is what is so shall it be what I what you're not hearing me that the back you're not hearing me you huh you're not hearing me there's so much significance in the blood something that flows in your body continuously nonstop collecting DNA your energy who you are do you know how powerful that thing is you don't understand that is why that actually take the bins because they knew the power in the menstrual blood. So they taking taking from women. You ask yourself why does this person want um you know me to tell them when I'm on my mens and all those things. Actually that is a real thing and also you can also curse them but because now um there's a lot of things you can do you can script you can write things down the quickest alternative is people use their pads these days so I'm not a pad girl I'm a tampon girl but when there are stuff that I need to iron out in the spirit I normally run to a pad so you'll take the pad as is right and open it and take a marker, you know, because a pen will never write and you write all the things that you want sorted out in your life. Do they open it and put the paper inside? But I don't like opening this up because they are just chemicals inside that are meant to be kept like that. Or you can open it at the back.

[00:19:54]That's totally up to you. And put insert your paper inside. However, you write your things and then you wear this pad.

[00:20:01]You sleep on it and then when you wake up you can burn it or burn it the following night. Sorry when you wake up you burn it that night. You are releasing that energy of all these things that you were saying or these things whatever. And also write their name down on a pad you know and curse them. Write what you want to happen because remember your blood is powerful. But Mina I'm a more of a tampon person. So I'll just write on the tampon. Literally, you can use a pen and a tampon and do all those things.

[00:20:34]And also, um, where was I saying? You can also do an obsession spell on yourself. You can do a honey jar and then put blood into the honey jar. The obsession spell, you know, all those things. Remember, your blood is powerful. Did you know that there are people when they in their period, they actually go and sit by trees? Remember when you go and talk to the trees, that's another, you know, magic we'll get into at some time. So, they sit by the trees and they just give their blood to the earth. They're giving to the mother earth. That is such a powerful thing. I did that um last year. It was I think it was after my birthday or something. There's a particular tree I like in the middle of nowhere. I wouldn't tell you but I went and sat there like I was wearing a dress and I sat there and was like was talking you know meditating you know saying my affirmations all those things trust and believe that trees respond to us guys the trees are powerful guys you understand so what I'm trying to say to you is that there is so much power in you that you do not understand you know I wish if you could just open your eyes a little bit you know and stop being just you know you no based and looking at things like negatively, you know, you you'd see so much. So even if when your child is sick or whatever around your period around your can over you know you are at your highest, you are at your powerful. That is why even so I always whenever as women we are on our periods that is why they understood that the vibrations flow the condalin energies you see the snake tattoo and you're like oh she's a devil worshiper and you don't understand this guy and all these things. That's the conversation that I want to have with you. You are at your most powerful as a person when you're on your period. You can bless and you can curse. And then when it comes to relationships, if we know struggling in certain things, we are able to around that time join in prayer, you know, and and and whatever it is, whether or you applied for a job when or your man applied for a job or his finances are stuck, we're able to join in prayer around that or even and then and then he can also cleanse himself with that, you know. That's how powerful we are as women, you know. Um, singant as funny. You can also use it as a a face mask and speak your affirmation and do your dilemma magic, especially when you are on your period. Guys, I'm trying to siphon the things, you know, and and what else am I forgetting? And also, I think that's why I'm saying all the videos deserve a part two because I have a lot of things to talk about. But however then when we have things like I'm a cly you know um you get that's a different conversation it shows that there's there's a there's not enough you know um the flow of energy is a bit disturbed right in you. there is a trauma of some sort that your body is responding to and then that's why fibroids and all those other things but you know that's when the stuff like womb cleansing gets into the conversation and also womb cleansing is a spiritual act but you can do minor things like drinking things for your womb and um I do have tea that you can buy um we do have a womb cleanser that you can buy from has that you can you can just use.

[00:24:28]If not, you can buy habiscus tea, put some red onion there, cloves, you know, cinnamon, um you know, a little bit of rosemary and thyme depending on you. But you can do this and that, but remember, you can change yourself. But the womb cleanse ritual, it is it is a very sacred ritual. So basically, it's just you and me. So I'll just paint the picture for you. It's just you and me. You are um I don't want to go into details, but it's just you and me. And then there's things that I say, certain ways I touch you, certain releases that you make, blahy blahy blahy blah blahy blah blah blah. But it's mostly to do with your lady areas.

[00:25:12]So, I've never seen a male saying they do womb cleanse and womb um reset and all those other things. And trust me when you reset your womb a lot of things change around your life people you know but it's just a yeah people you engage with how you look you know your appearance you can change literally your womb reset is very important it is very very important that's why I need you see guys these are the kind of conversations I was having to you yesterday I do not see myself just being stoned yeah there's so much to do with life and I'm opening my spectrum so much because My healing work I believe is a spectrum, you know, and I'm not I'm not your typical sangoma. That's what I always say, you know. I like to dive a little bit deep and understand the psych, you know, the physics, the spiritual science between the the the body and the spirit and a person's body at large, how we work, energy balance, all those other things. So, it's not western magic. No, it's just me tapping into deeper because you go into a person But now what happens to the overall you know holistic healing I believe holistically not just one-sided you know what I mean but anyway so coming back to our conversation so your menstruals are very very much powerful I don't want to lie to you your menstruals are very powerful however coming to the conversation of mens people are at that. Um, oh yes, with the obsession doll, you can also do an obsession doll for your man and put honey and put your period in there. You can also do that. When it comes to the the the the giving somebody your men um people say, "Ah, why are you doing that without consent and all of that?" Guys, y'all are worse. You'll come to us.

[00:27:12]So now what is the difference between that and menstrual blood? Because menstrual blood is just to dominate a person to bind them to you. It's blood work. It's blood magic you know. So to show that we women are powerful you know but however there are people that do that act and you find if a person is not meant to you your body what it rejects them. So because you are giving them a part of yourself your body will reject them. That is also the same thing when it comes to it. So if a mundu is not meant for you in that regard, your body will reject them. So instead of the relationship actually working, you guys actually end up going separate ways. It means that person is what? Not good to you. So it's actually a good test to actually feed someone your your minstrals um and to just see is this person really or you'll just wait to find out. No, London Dona was not destined to me. However, feeding someone your menstrual does have a level of possession to it and a level of domination to it. However, making them stay, it depends on the intent because when you're doing such a ritual, there needs to be also protection work that you do in the background because you're opening up something within something something. Remember, you're creating what? A covenant with this person. So it's a very deep spiritual act you know that we go to but women are doing it. I've I've I've heard about it a lot and it's an old practice dating back back where would give feed their men their mistrals that they don't look any other way you find a man will cheat with you but he is loyal to his wife. It's not that but the wife also does. Remember guys in this day and age I think there's another conversation we need to have. You need to understand at the end of the day but you cannot just be in a relationship you know because people fall out of love people get bored. You understand that? So these are open conversation to be like it be you know an open conversation why not he loves me this person loves me as long as you're going to take care of me that's all unlike because the intent behind something is very important. I don't want you to do something because you're doing it out of malicious ways. If you feel you love me, you want me like that, and you can't lose me, you can't live without me, come on, daddy, feed me.

[00:30:07]You know, I know. But now it it's it's just a different conversation I feel like we need to have as people. But people are feeding their partners, their parents, and it's not a new thing. They do this all the time.

[00:30:22]Um they Trust me, guys, I've had worse.

[00:30:25]I've had worse women um women we are dangerous and we are powerful at the same time but Mina always say this invest in also as men because I feel men are just quick to protect themselves however they do go through extreme land so it's not safe guys that's why I'm like stay single stay single single when it comes to blood work and all these other things. It's just a broad conversation that you just need to open up about yourself. But as women, we are generally powerful people. That is why they believe in my first period, you know, until you know. I don't know. But yeah. Well, what was that?

[00:31:25]And then it's not because we didn't afford pads, but she never believed in this, you know, she never believed. She thought this was just chemicals and all of these other things, but um and then it's only like, you know, I was like, you know, and you know, all those. But there would be days sometimes, you know, and all of that. then you would actually opt it up and then knowing what I know now I would do that if I want to do some blood work or blood magic or whatever and especially if there are things that you are manifesting whatever you've written out if you don't want to burn it and you want to see it to existence you just write it out um fold it towards you and then put put it inside a pot plant or or whatever the case might be and then speak life into that and you're going to see trust me you it will come to pass your blood is life your blood is power you know what I mean your blood is power and I'm trying to see if I'm forgetting anything else so yes you can do and undo you know things like you can do and undo certain things so but when you're on your period you are mostly at your highest and should you engage in any sexual behavior at your sex at your period. You must know till death do us part because you are creating a very strong sexual or rather soul tie. You must know that no matter how much you guys separate, you'll always make your way back to each other again. No matter what, that's just the rule. That's just the rule. But every action has a reaction. But I always say this, the universe will support anything you do. Universe is a blesser. Universe loves us all equally. It will support anything that you do. So, it is basically up to you what you did.

[00:33:22]Because another thing that made me want to come talk to this, I got a DM from some lady and she's asking me that my boyfriend is making me go through stuff and blah blah. Um, there was a lady that was going through the similar thing and tint and all of that. I was like, you know what? If he's giving you hassle, curse this curse this guy. Write his name on your pad. Every time you go on your period, deal make a deal. Make sure and and shame. It happened just like that, you know, to show that we are powerful. And that guy did a number on that lady. He was he was in a relationship with the lady and you know to only find the guy was actually building a whole new life with another woman, had kids with another woman and was actually doing very well with that woman. Where else when he comes there and then he showed up one day and he's like you know what I am ending this relationship when the lady this person has actually even cleaned the account. So there was no way to fight this because the girl was like I was looking after you was just a long back and forth and then she was like you know what must die you know but she was just so you know tired and says I was like no try this and see if this works. She came back literally after a while saying like he came back he apologized and I was like yeah well let's do you know that's the next step that you need to do because he can't fuck around with you like that don't he fuck around and find out fuck around and find out you're not being evil you're just paying back be ready to dish out to to eat what you're dishing out be ready to receive what you are dishing out as a person basically so yeah Periods are your most powerful. So when you are on your period, please make sure that you take your time out to pray, to fast, whatever it is that you want. We women do not necessarily understand that power. We take it like these drown in ice cream. And no, that's the particular time. Remember media, the the system, you know, patriarchy, religion has made us to believe good when you're in a purity. Stop being a crybaby crying. You see those period pains you are feeling.

[00:35:37]Baby girl, it's showing you it's showtime. So when you see in your period, stop being negative about it.

[00:35:42]Instead, be excited and make sure you're leaving a mark there. That is your DNA there. You'll always be tied to that bed. the more he sleeps with people, you're contracting that energy into your the things we see. But it's crazy out here. And guys, please, please wash your beds. Invest in washing your beds.

[00:36:11]Washing your beds, the mattresses, remove the blood stains, the female blood stains. It's disgusting.
