King Charles stopped by Congress to land some killer jokes and remind us about checks and balances

[00:00:04]He's visiting the United States this week because even though our country is falling apart right now, it's also our 250th birthday. So, no matter how sad the party is going to be, our friends are still coming over. Okay? Then on the ride home, they'll be like, "She is a rough 250."
