[00:00:03]Well, that came out of nowhere. At first glance, it looks like this rider was weaving in and out of traffic and that pedestrian came out of nowhere. But, if you watch the video again, >> [music] >> you can see that light was green. The rider had the right-of-way and that pedestrian shouldn't have been there.
