Citizens have the constitutional right to free speech and freedom of religion, and should not be intimidated into complying with unlawful orders, even under threat of arrest; the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and Christians are called to obey God rather than men when facing unjust commands.

ARREST / RELEASE @ MIAMI GRAND PRIX | A WATCHMAN ALLAN SIDERSAdded:
You need to be obeying God. You need to fear God. And this nation does not fear God. Yes, sir.
>> Uh they're ahead of security for Hard Rock saying that you got to go to the sidewalk area because this is still private property here.
>> This is private property right here.
>> Yes.
>> Okay.
>> You could just move to the sidewalk here on 27 Avenue. You can find there.
>> So like right there at that light right there.
>> I I've never seen you, but I know they normally do it on this corner right here.
>> Down on the right corner.
>> Yeah. I mean he's on the right corner.
I'm going to take the left up.
>> Okay. Fair enough. Okay, that way I'm not interfering. Thank you, >> John. We got to move back a little bit.
>> That's not a problem. Thank you. God bless.
>> We're just gonna just gonna move up by this this light post right here.
>> All right.
>> Says we're on their property. That's probably right cuz that's the uh that fence line right there.
>> Yeah.
>> Looks like their property.
>> Fence line right there.
>> Yeah.
>> All right. One more.
If we stand off to the side on this fence line right here, I think we're good. So, >> he said brown.
>> That's what he says. I mean, it might be right. I don't I don't know for sure.
>> I didn't look at the property lines, but >> I'm not going to go all the way out to the street where he's at. I'm just I'm going to try to come right here where this fence line is.
for Jesus Christ. You're going to die one day. You're going to stand before God. You're going to give an account of your life. He's going to judge your life in righteousness. He's going to judge you according to his word. And if you're not aligned with his word, you're going to be cast into hell. You're going to be cast into the lake of fire. Turn from your wicked way.
>> Well, the message we just got to do it across the street on the other side of the >> I'm not going to go across the street. I mean, I can go right there at the corner.
>> No, you have to go across the street. I have to get PD involved at F. I mean that this a public sidewalk at the corner right there where that >> absolutely that stadium's asking me to get you guys across the street.
>> I'm not going to go across.
>> They're going to get I got them right here behind me. So all right.
>> They're not moving.
>> Jesus Christ. You're going to die one day and stand before the Lord >> in judgment.
>> He's refusing to go across.
This is property. He can go.
>> So that means that it's privately owned property. Is that a public light post right there?
>> Listen, let's not get into crazy. No, no, no, no. Listen, this is a stadium property.
>> Okay. Is that a public light post right there?
>> Can I stand at the public?
>> Stand. Okay. This is stadium property.
It's private property. So, you got to go away from private property. Okay.
>> But what's going to happen if I don't move from right here? I was just moved from over there. What's going to happen if I don't move from >> like we explained to you earlier? It's this is simple. Very simple. One of you can take the right side. One of you can take the left. Just need this for >> you just got to go to the walk with us.
Just turn on that corner and we're good.
>> Well, what's going to happen if I don't move from right here?
>> You're going to get trespassed.
>> Okay.
>> And then if you don't move, then you'll be arrested.
>> Okay. What's your name and badge number?
>> Sergeant David ID 5593.
>> Okay. All right. So, I'm going to be arrested if I don't move.
>> This is private property. If they're the stadium officials, they're asking you to leave the property.
>> Okay.
>> So, at this point, you're going to have to leave.
>> Okay.
>> All right. That's fine.
>> God commands all men everywhere to repent. Iniquity is going to be your destruction. Iniquity is going to be your downfall.
>> Iniquity, your sin's going to be your downfall. Your sin's going to take your soul to hell. Your sin is your problem.
Your sin is destroying your soul.
Repent.
>> How you doing?
>> Good. How are you?
>> Good. How are you? Listen, we've got some complaints. I think you're coming over here and you're following a couple people that are walking by.
>> That's fine.
>> We're asking you if you can if you can politely go across the street or you can pick it up. Now, >> is this under threat of arrest?
>> Well, this is not under threat of arrest. We're just saying we're just saying that this is what the complaint is.
>> That's fine.
>> You know what I mean?
>> I have a right to free speech. I have a right to >> We're not saying you don't have the right >> Okay.
>> Well, just because somebody makes a complaint doesn't make it valid just because I'm speaking something. Well, there is a ballot for us to come and talk to you.
>> That's fine.
>> Right.
>> I'm not gonna move.
>> Okay. So, then what they're saying that is if if you don't move, then if they don't want you, then we'll come and we'll we'll take it a step in the >> Well, I'm on public property now.
>> And we'll give you a trespass warning for being here and that >> Well, I'm not on their property anymore.
I'm on public property. This is >> Okay. Well, now I'm on public property.
>> Sir, you're still on Dolphin's property.
We're asking you to go across the street or you're going to be issued a trust.
>> This is not a public sidewalk. We're asking you to We're causing a commotion as he stated before. We're not going to go back and forth. We're giving you the last opportunity right now. We're not going to go back and forth.
>> So, this is under >> Please go across the street.
>> This is under threat of arrest.
>> This is your last warning.
>> This is under threat of arrest.
>> I'm giving you a trespass warning right now.
>> I'm not on their property, sir. I'm on public property.
>> All right.
>> Hold on. Hold on.
>> John, hit the red button. The red button.
There's a red button. Hit it. There you go.
>> Oh, okay. You might you mind if you haven't?
>> Yeah. Go ahead, John.
>> Hold on. I don't want you hear.
>> Yeah.
>> I got a Yeah, I do. I've got a camera right there.
>> No, nothing like that.
Um, okay. One other thing. Uh, are you together? Yeah.
grabbing these for you. Not at all.
>> I don't want to have this get it back.
>> So, it's good to stay with him here.
>> That's why else?
>> Yeah, I've got I've got stuff in my pockets. You want him to take?
>> I mean, >> yeah, if he can take it.
>> Hey, John. What do you want him to take?
>> He can take it all. Got charger. I got >> my wallet.
Now you make Jesus look bad, bro.
Jesus was arrested.
>> The apostles were arrested.
>> Jeremiah was persecuted.
>> Hey, John, will you take this stuff, too? Can you come take my phone and turn it off, please? What's your name and badge number, sir?
>> Right here. K badge 509.
>> Can you say that right there into that?
>> No, I'm telling you. I'm not speaking to any other device, sir. Well, you ate.
You're making a mistake, sir.
>> Well, >> I work the Miami D shirts. That's fine.
>> Guy said he'd hold it.
>> Do you want take the stuff? Well, take my stuff.
>> Yeah, I these other guys, they all got a different They all got a different story.
>> Yeah, I'm out here. I'm at the Miami Grand Prix. They arrested me.
>> Uh just a I don't know about 30 minutes ago, they arrested me. They put me in handcuffs. They uh >> they took me over to their squad car. I was trying to plead with them to, you know, do what's right. We're on public property.
>> Uh and so as time went by, they told John to who I'm out here preaching with, say hi, John.
>> Hello, everybody.
>> Amen.
>> To be here.
>> Amen. That's right. So, you know, he was flustered. He's never I don't think he's ever been through anything like this.
And and so I don't I I understand there's a lot of chaos going on and uh basically, >> you know, I'm talking to the cops and there's a guy actually ped up, patched up, you know, right on the other side of us preaching. You're not dealing with him. He's got a bullhorn. You ain't bothering him. He's on public property.
So the issue was they thought I was on private property. Okay. Not on private property. We're on public property. This is a public public crosswalk right here. Okay.
And so that was the issue. And yes, did I did I challenge the police officers? I absolutely did because what's next, Saints? I mean, they tell you to move from one place to the next place to the next place, and next thing you know, you're you're 500 yards away from the stadium and you're not your message isn't even getting heard. So it it doesn't matter if people come by and complain about what you're saying. That doesn't give them the right to violate your constitutional rights. That doesn't give them a right to stop the gospel being preached. Yes, it's going to be offensive. People aren't going to like it. Oh well. You know, thankfully in this country, we have the right to to free speech and freedom of religion by grace of God. And so anyways, I just wanted to encourage you to we ought to obey God rather than men. You know, if if you know you're in your right, which I knew I was in my right, then stand your ground. You know, don't don't cater to unlawful orders. Don't cater to unjust orders.
You don't have to obey every rule if it goes against the Constitution. That's the supreme law of the land. Not some tyrant named Donald Trump. Not somebody like that. The supreme law of the land is the Constitution of the United States. That's what you submit yourself to. And when that's being pushed back, when that's being come against, you're to take a stand.
>> You're to take a stand for that as a man of God. You're to take a stand. You're not to be a carpet.
>> You're not to be somebody's doormat as a Christian.
You're not, you know, when it's obvious they're breaking the law. when it's obvious they're hindering your right to do what you're supposed to be doing, which is still protected to this very day. Right now, as we're speaking, 2026, I know the rights are going away, but as we're speaking right now, we have that right to stand up and and and say no to these unlawful orders. Who cares if it's under threat of arrest? Hey, look, you know what I did? I trusted in the Lord.
And I was kind to that officer. I asked him plainly, "Is this under threat of arrest?" He got an attitude.
Okay, I have a right to ask that question.
And then it went from now you're you're you're arrested, now you're detained.
You want to know why they started backpedaling? Because they know where they were wrong. But I will say this about the Miami Dade Sheriff's Department and the police out here. I will say this that they did the right thing at the end and that they admitted they were wrong and they let me go. So, I thank God for that. And I shook their hand and I thank them for doing what was right because that's what I was arguing with some of those guys over there and it didn't get super heated, but I was trying to tell them about their hypocrisy and that they weren't doing right. And so, let this be an encouragement to you to stand upon the word of God, to be bold in the Holy Ghost, to oppose that which is unlawful and unjust, to stand up for what's right, and not to be afraid just because they come in numbers because that's their whole goal is to intimidate you, to get you to do whatever you want.
And that's why that one guy over there down there with a sign, he's way down there now because they told him you can't be here. And it's just, okay, well, whatever you say. No, what's right is right.
And so, we ought to obey God rather than men. Guys, I hope you're encouraged by this. And uh we're going to preach now.
Praise the Lord Jesus Christ. All glory to God. And uh the Lord wants us here and it's obvious. Yeah.
>> And I just I praise God. Yeah. I just got arrested at a Grand Prix uh two months ago. I got arrested at the the St. Petersburg Grand Prix and they dropped the charges. The same case, you know, how much are they are we going to let them get away with just because we're scared of going to jail? Really?
You're scared of going to jail?
>> You're scared of getting three meals in a cot? Really?
>> Come on, man. We got to wake up. And so, God bless y'all. Amen.
>> The preaching of the cross is not only comparing foolishness.
like this here.
>> Please don't get dropped off the middle.
>> That's not in the middle of the street.
Okay.
>> Want to go?
>> I'm good, brother. I'm I'm feel I'm on I'm feeling great after all that. I I believe God I believe what happened with that when they detained me uh God's dealing with those two guys personally >> as I was dealing with them about their hypocrisy and he's like oh only God only God can judge and I said bro >> I said you better come off that >> Bible said judge with righteous judgment.
>> Yeah. Exactly.
>> And you're not being right.
>> I got to tell him a lot. It was really good. It was a really good witness. He's like, "This happened to you before." I said almost 10 times now. I think this might be 10. Actually, >> I think this might be 10 today.
>> I'm going to go get this guy and tell him thanks again.
Well, we gonna have to cross either way.
I'm just going to tell him thanks again.
Somebody in here.
>> Just wanted to say thanks again, man.
>> No problem.
>> God bless you, man.
>> God bless. Can I pray for you?
>> Hey, hey, please.
>> Yeah. Father, I just thank you. What was your name?
>> Kenson.
>> Kenson. My name's Allan. Lord, I just pray for Kenson, God. Thank you, God, for putting on his heart to do what's right, Lord. And I just pray that you would protect him out here. Help him to do his job right and and help him uh Lord God, uh to be safe out here, God.
We're living in perilous times, God.
Protect him when he's on duty and uh help him to be diligent and and watchful and uh to help others, Lord God, as he is why he signed up for this job, Lord God. So, bless him in Jesus name. Amen.
God bless you, Ken.
>> Bless you. Hey, keep doing what you're doing.
>> Okay, man. I love you, man.
>> And that I love you, too. This is a divine appointment today, bro.
>> You're right. You're right.
>> And I praise God for it. And I thank you.
>> I was in the middle of my church service and >> I praise I praise God for you guys doing what's right.
>> No problem, Adam. God bless. Thank you.
Thank you.
>> I've been on the wrong side of it, you know what I mean? And it's and it's been bad. I It has its ups and downs and it's just, you know, I've been through it before. I understand. And I understand you guys are under a lot of stress, too.
So, I get it.
>> You know what I mean? So, I just wanted to say thanks again. replied with the Har security. We said, "No, you guys are good. Like, they got to quit calling us about you. You guys are good."
>> Amen. Amen.
>> And I just I just wanted to come say thanks again, man, and bless you. Yes, sir. God bless you.
