As you see, he's very broad radix and the the dorsal depression and the boxy tip, as well as he has a breathing difficulty. So, we'll be doing a redo septorhinoplasty with a rib grafting. We're going to narrow down the radix, augment the dorsum, and give him a good tip definition, and also the working on his septum.
