The man charged with starting a five-alarm fire at an apartment complex under construction in Denver was found incompetent to stand trial today.
38-year-old Tony Bessara was arrested in connection with that fire January 2nd on Leetsdale Drive. He's now charged with burglary and arson for the massive fire that took days to extinguish. Police say they tracked him using surveillance video.
His next court hearing is scheduled for mid-July.
