You guys, I gobbled [music] down some food because I was so hungry even though I ate at school. But we're going to take this protein cookie and we're going to head to my math class and I'm going to die because I don't like I don't feel like going, but I have to. >> [music] [music] [music] >> Okay, guys. It's been a while since I picked up the camera and actually filmed anything. It's kind of awkward right now for me to be speaking to the camera, but okay. Today I am not going to the gym, which is really weird for me because I normally go to the gym every single day.
And you know what? Today I decided to skip. Yeah, probably might go on the treadmill today, but no weight training today. Um, so yeah, I'm going to go make something to eat and then head to my math class because my math class is at 4:00 and it is 2:40. I was about to hit back today, but yesterday was leg day and I wanted to make sure my leg muscles repair nicely because tomorrow I'm also hitting legs again, but with glute dominant leg day. So, um I'm going to be showing you what I've been making. Like, I've been trying to eat healthier and like I'm on my fitness grind, guys. So, I'm going to be showing you guys what I've been eating like constantly, like no non-stop.
Um, one thing I've been drinking a lot is the coconut water. And this coconut water is genuinely so delicious. Love it to death. I don't measure anything, but I do like intuitively eat.

Like it's literally genuinely the best thing you'll ever eat. It is the best thing and it's so sweet and it's just so good.
Okay guys, I'm going to head to the gym in about like 30 minutes. But I wanted to update you guys a little bit on my life and do a little chatting session of the vlog because I have not updated you guys like on my life. Like in a while when I was like looking and like re-editing this video, I just felt like I didn't talk to you guys as much as I do in my normal vlogs. So, I'm just going to be catching you guys up on life. These days, it's been hard. I've been going through a friendship breakup and it's just been really hard and like school has been hard. I've been getting like really bad grades. Um, and like I know the questions. Like I know the I know the answers, but I made a few big mistakes on my last test and it was really like heart shattering. That was not good. But like life has been just lifing lately and it's been so hard to edit and upload videos for you guys. And it's just been like my mental health has been just like everywhere. And yeah, but um I've been constantly going to the gym because I think the gym has been helping with my mental health a lot. I've been trying to get back into the gym because I went to the gym like really like often like last last year and last year I completely let go. I did not go to the gym. I did not like eat healthy enough and now um I think I started a month ago and I started weight training again and it's just literally been saving my mental health. And [snorts] if you guys [clears throat] want to like try a fun hobby, try weight training.
Like I genuinely wrecks you. But like whenever I'm on the last like sets to failure, I genuinely make ugliest faces. But it's always so worth it at the end. Like end of the workout, you feel so good. You feel like, "Oh my god, I pushed through." But anyways, today is Friday and today I need to go to the gym and I am kind of stalling by talking to you guys, but maybe I'll do like a gym or like fitness vlog for you guys because I've been going to the gym constantly and it's literally been my whole entire life um recently. And I just wanted to share maybe like my workout split of the week or something like that or like what I eat in a week video for you guys because I've been like my diet has been like changed. Like it's like totally changed now. Like I try [snorts] to eat healthy greens every day. I know that's weird to hear because I hate greens, but I've been trying to eat greens lately and I've now since finals is rolling around, I'm going to like go to the gym less. But I'm still going to go to the gym even in my exam season for my mental health. I need it. But school is going to be hard and I'm just genuinely so scared for final season, which is like it is final season now. Like I need to start studying. Like I'm going to start studying tomorrow because tomorrow is Saturday and I going to get the whole day to myself. But I am nervous for final season and oh my god guys, biggest life update. I am going to Canada in less than 3 months. I'm genuinely scared. I haven't talked about it for um a long time now. I'm pretty sure I mentioned it before, but I didn't like go in depth. But I think everything is fa finalized now and I'm genuinely scared. Um, but I'm so excited sharing my journey with you guys. And yeah, I'm definitely going to get a gym membership there as well. I know Planet Fitness gets like so much hate online, but when I looked at like my school and stuff and like where my like area was, like the the only gym there is the Planet Fitness, so I'm hoping that it's not as bad. But I'm pretty sure there are machines. I'm I saw a lot of machines, so that's good. But I the Luke alarm, guys, come on. I'm hoping everything works out and I'm just excited for what's coming next.
