While the DOJ celebrates these arrests, the $90 million loss is a damning indictment of the systemic oversight failures that allowed the vulnerable to be exploited for so long. It’s less a victory for justice and more a late-stage cleanup of institutional incompetence.

🚨Federal Agents Target Minnesota — New Task Force Begins!Added:
Um, has the cooperation from from the Minnesota uh individuals uh met that standard? No, it has not. It's fallen significantly short of the standard that we are seeking to set. Okay, so Minnesota is back in the news and the DOJ just made a massive announcement today. In Minnesota, the Justice Department charged 15 defendants in a major fraud crackdown involving over 90 million in losses, including the largest Medicaid fraud cases in the history of the district. The 15 arrest today, Denny $90 million, is a very important symbol because it's a shot across the bow. And we've all going to say this in our different ways, but I'm telling you, if you're a fraudster, do not walk away from this press conference. Run.
>> Okay. So, of course, the big question is, what does Governor Tim Walls have to say about this? We're talking about record historic numbers here. And as of right now, we do not have a response from Governor Tim Walls on his social media. I can even show you guys. I will refresh it just to show you. And we don't have anything as of right now. Who knows, he might be preparing a statement, but according to assistant AG Colin McDonald, apparently there has always been a lackluster of cooperation or communication from the state of Minnesota in regards to trying to bust this fraud in the state. So, we have a lot to cover in this video. We're also being told another surge is going to be happening in Minnesota. Now, it's not going to be like Operation Metro Surge, but still a surge is coming. We'll talk about that later. But first, let's go through the details we're being told by the DOJ. Also, make sure to please like this video. It helps out a ton, and we've been covering Minnesota very closely, so I don't want you guys to miss a thing. So, this is straight from the DOJ so you guys at baseline understand what's going on today. In Minnesota, the DOJ charged 15 defendants in a major fraud crackdown involving over 90 million in losses, including the largest Medicaid fraud, the largest Medicaid fraud cases in the history of the district. These criminals allegedly stole from our country's most vulnerable children with autism, the disabled, and the homeless. In one case, services were allegedly built but never provided, leading to the death of the supposed recipient. This will not be tolerated.
Minnesota will no longer serve as a safe haven for fraud, nor will any state in this country. That's very crucial because right now we have this big fraud task force being led by JD Vance. And although we're talking about Minnesota here, just a few days ago, JD Vance was in the state of Maine talking about fraud and also talking about Ohio. So, this is happening everywhere. And you'll see later in this video, even Dr. Oz is calling all fraudsters out, telling them not to walk away. Make sure you run after hearing this press conference.
This DOJ fraud division under Assistant Attorney General Colin McDonald and in partnership with the Vice President's Task Force to eliminate fraud will hunt down fraudsters wherever they are and systematically dismantle their predatory schemes. Okay, so real quick just to clear up the confusion because there's a lot going on in Minnesota right now.
This also happened, but this is a completely separate situation. feeding our future fraud ring leader Amy Bach has been sentenced to 41 plus years in prison. I might do a completely separate video about this. In fact, I was going to today, but now this happened. We are announcing criminal charges against 15 defendants in Minnesota for fraud schemes that targeted over 90 million in taxpayer dollars.
Let me be clear upfront about something.
This is not the end of our work in Minnesota. This is not the end of the beginning of our work in Minnesota. This is the beginning of our work in Minnesota.
>> Wow.
>> The fraud here in Minnesota is shocking.
Our cases today involve seven different state-managed Medicaid programs that have been systematically pilered by fraudsters who treated Minnesota programs as their personal piggy bank. I hope you guys caught that little detail because I I think I can hear some of you going to the comments. State ran fraud.
I hope you guys caught that. This is a state-run these different programs.
One of the programs has been completely shut down because there's no money left.
It's all gone. That was Minnesota's state-run housing stabilization services program designed to help the homeless find and maintain housing. It was estimated in 2020 that it would cost only about 2.5 million a year to fund this program, but it ended up costing almost 50 times that much, over $104 million by 2024 due to fraud. And because of all the >> And again, um, a lot of people are asking these questions under these posted clips by the DOJ, by, uh, the Trump administration. Many people are asking the question, how do we have just like nobody's seeing? How do we go from 2.5 to this massive amount? And also, please pray for the homeless because we're talking about some of the most vulnerable in our nation. Pray for the homeless. Pray for the disabled because this is very bad stuff, guys. Minnesota had to shut the program down in 2025 and now these services no longer exist for these vulnerable homeless populations.
The same trends exist for other Minnesota runun taxpayer funded programs. An autism program that cost the taxpayer 600,000 just 6 years ago skyrocketed to over 400 million. And to be sure that number is not driven by supply and demand. It is not driven by health care or charity. It is fraud.
Okay. So, I do want to point out what this looks like is a completely new chapter. Like I said at the beginning of the video, it looks like we're going to be seeing another type of surge. Not like Operation Metro Surge where we really saw 4,000 federal agents focusing on deportation operations, focusing on some fraud, and a bunch of other things.
Now, it looks like we're going to see this brand new task force. matter how large, no matter how small, no matter how hard. Since April 1st, DOJ's fraud division has announced over 450 fraud enforcement actions nationwide, representing billions of taxpayer dollars. And this week already, we're delivering results coast to coast with a trial conviction in Brooklyn involving a 40 million drug distribution and fraud scheme and a trial conviction in Los Angeles invol involving a 40 million Botox injection fraud scheme. To continue our to expand our reach, we are announcing today the expansion of the healthc care fraud Midwest Strikeforce to Minnesota and the hiring of 15 additional prosecutors dedicated to combating Medicaid fraud nationwide. So there you go, prosecutors and agents specifically trained in this fraud task force or to be experts looking into the fraud. So again, this is a new type of fraud task force. definitely very innovative and um I am very curious. Do you guys support this type of fraud task force? And again, there's a little detail in there focusing on this Midwestern area of course in Minnesota as well. And again, keep in mind although we're talking about Minnesota, you'll notice now when the Trump administration talks about fraud, they're not trying to single out Democrat jurisdictions like a Democrat state or a Democrat city. They're also talking about other areas as well. It just so happens right now, of course, we're focusing on Minnesota, but I advise you to really listen to the details. You'll notice they're really spreading out that warning to everyone, all fraudsters. It doesn't matter where you're from. And to prove my point, here is Dr. Oz. The 15 arrest today, Denny $90 million is a very important symbol because it's a shot across the bow. And we've all going to say this in our different ways, but I'm telling you, if you're a fraudster, do not walk away from this press conference. Run, cuz we are coming after you. We have lots of weapons to be able to use in order to accomplish that.
>> Yeah, without a doubt. I think at first this was kind of seen as like, okay, cool. We have a fraud task force. What's going to happen? President Trump is calling JD Vance. The frauds are and then a bunch of memes came out. It's like, okay, what are they going to do?
What do they know? All of the sudden, we see Dr. Oz pop up left and right in all of these different states with these types of press conference or literally on the ground in the middle of the raids like you guys saw over in California.
what, like 3 or 4 weeks ago.
>> The kinds of reprehensible behavior that we've identified with individuals bribing parents to to lie that their children have autism will carry that diagnosis for the rest of their lives.
As a physician, that bothers me to my core. Okay, so we have a lot of different talking points we can really dig into, but this one to me seems the most interesting and the one that really stands out because what we hear a lot from Governor Tim Walls, and I always have to say this, you will not hear him say, "I like fraud. I I want this fraud in my state." You always get the indication from Governor Tim Walls he's trying to crack down on the fraud.
However, from the Trump administration, they keep questioning if that's the case, why are you not working with us as close as possible, and why are we finding all of this fraud and you're not? It's your state. And here we have it again. This is from Rapid Response 47. Rapid Response 47. This is the quick announcement channel from the White House. Assistant AG Colin McDonald says the cooperation from Minnesota state and local authorities has fallen significantly short of the standard that we are seeking to set in combating fraud. To make this work happen and to do it really well requires very good partnerships with with local law enforcement, with local prosecutors.
That's what will really solve this national problem is people setting aside ego and agenda and deciding, you know what, we're actually going to do the right thing. And again, like I told you guys, moving forward, I do expect the Trump administration to really turn this into not a Republican versus a Democrat issue, but let's just all work together.
I have been noticing that a lot from the Trump admin. Not to try and just bash every single Democrat left-leaning jurisdiction, but also throw in there, hey, this is a national problem. Let's all try to work together. And if you're not working with us, why wouldn't you want to work with us? Of course, that's the big question.
>> That's that's what is going to be required across the country for this for this to work. Um, has the cooperation from from the Minnesota uh individuals uh met that standard? No, it has not.
It's fallen significantly short of the standard that we are seeking to set in terms of what a strong state and federal partnership looks like. And to be honest with you, I have no idea what exactly they mean by the standard. We were not given those details. And again, I am holding out and waiting to see what Governor Tim Walls has to say. I don't even know if Governor Tim Walls knew this was about to happen. Again, Governor Tim Walls knew that there are these different fraud investigations going on. But time and time again, Governor Tim Walls keeps declining to say, "I knew anything about this." In fact, you'll hear the opposite. He will say, "Um, yeah, I know there's fraud in the state, but we are trying to crack down on it." You do not hear Governor Tim Wallace say, "I love fraud." Which is why a lot of people are paying attention to this story and trying to figure out what exactly is going on. And again, I am very curious. Um, what type of cooperation is wanted or needed from the Trump administration? What was not happening? Okay, so here's where things get interesting. It turns out one of the individuals is still on the run as I make this video. I mean, check this out.
>> The screen uh you will see a subject uh you will see a subject depicted on the screen here of an individual was a target of the investigation this morning. That individual is currently on the run after having jumped out of a fourth store fourth story balcony. Uh I want you to get a good look at him right now. You'll see him uh you'll see him running here. Uh he is currently on the run. We need your help. If you recognize this individual, if you know this individual, if you if you can provide any information related to this in related to this individual, I would encourage you to call 1800 call FBI C A L.
>> I mean, I'm not surprised he's limping considering he jumped out of a fourstory window. For some of us, just rolling out of bed, we'd be limping. So, apparently this individual is still on the run. Um, again, as of right now, nobody has been found guilty of anything. Keep that in mind. But here we have an individual willing to jump off of a fourstory balcony according to the DOJ. Okay, so those are just some of the details we have so far. Make sure to please subscribe to my channel because I definitely want to go into more detail about this case and the other cases that are occurring. Um, if you're unaware, we were covering Operation Metro Surge very closely. We did a 1h hour live show every single morning going through every single detail and here we are again.
Minnesota is back in the news. Um for me I am super curious how the state of Minnesota is going to respond. Um especially from Governor Tim Walls himself. So I am waiting for that. Again make sure to please subscribe. Make sure to please like the video. And I hope I was as fair as possible. Again, as of right now, nobody has been found guilty as of right now for this particular alleged scheme. So thank you again so much for everything. God bless all of you and please pray for peace. We need that right now. Pray for the homeless and all of these uh people with disabilities. We need to pray for them and uh thank you guys again for everything and please seek Christ. Thank you.
