I just It's not right. You know what I mean?

[00:23:29]During that, he shot and killed this person, a father of four.

[00:23:46]So he was 20 when it happened. Okay. So he was 20 when it happened. He was sentenced or no wait.

[00:23:54]Oh, he murdered at 25.

[00:23:57]Oh, he was out.

[00:24:10]He reported using 100.

[00:24:24]They sentenced him to 26 years in prison.

Elmer's family was hoping for a homicide conviction, but because the shooting was allegedly committed in the heat of the moment, a jury found Kevin guilty of the less grave offense of manslaughter, which only adds 6 years to Kevin's sentence.
