This video examines a federal judge in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals (covering Alabama, Georgia, and Florida) who was caught having an extramarital affair with a police officer in their chambers, engaging in loud sexual activity that law clerks could hear, and attending a political event. Despite the investigation revealing multiple violations including conflicts of interest, potential blackmail vulnerability, and a gross lack of judgment, the judge received only a private reprimand and vague apology letters, which the video criticizes as woefully inadequate punishment. The video also discusses public speculation about which judge this might be, highlighting the challenges of accountability in the federal judiciary where judges can only be removed through impeachment by Congress.

BIG SCANDAL - Federal Judge Caught Doing the NASTY in Their ChambersAdded:
Hey everyone, have I got a story for you today. So, a federal judge, it has been confirmed, was caught doing the nasty in their chambers with someone who was not their spouse. And an entire report based on an investigation has been issued about this naughty behavior, but the report does not name the judge. So, as you can imagine, the legal community, at least in the southeast, has been all a Twitter today and yesterday, trying to figure out which judge it is that did all these things. And I will tell you, um, lots of people have come to a conclusion that they believe is absolutely correct. Everything that I have seen online comes to the same conclusion, but that is just rumor and opinion. I'm going to break down for you first the facts of all the things, the naughty things that were found in the report and then we're going to talk about what um social media and the internet is saying about who it is. So, let's get into it. So, the only background you need to know before we get into the salacious details is this.
This is federal court, not state court.
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals is the circuit that covers Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. There are multiple numbered circuits throughout the country. Below the 11th circuit are all of the district court judges that sit sort of like trial judges underneath the court of appeals in those states. Okay? They got a complaint that a judge, one of the district court judges in one of those states was doing very bad things. that included having an extrammarital affair loudly in their chambers, um not really working on their civil cases like they're supposed to and attending a political event which judges uh those federal judges are supposed to be non-political. Um and so that was a no no too. So, okay, we have that's the setting for the fact that now there has been a report that has been issued which we've all gotten our hands on in the last 24 hours. The report was actually issued in February, but it it was appealed to kind of make sure that the punishment was acceptable and that was um checked off on by the 11th circuit.
And so that's why that just happened in May and that's why this has all come out right now. Okay. So um you can see right here it just says um they identified a judicial complaint against the United States District's uh judge. Chief Judge Prior appointed a special committee to investigate the complaint. On December 10, 2025, the special committee issued a final report recommending the issuance of a private reprimand. So, I'm just going to tell you from the get-go right there. All they did was a private reprimand of this judge. It was woefully inadequate when it comes to punishment.
And I'm going to explain to you why in a minute. But this is why during this report that I'm going to show you really quickly, they refer to this district court judge as the subject judge because they never give this person's name. Um, all right. So, let me go through some of these awful things that this judge did.
So, the first thing they talk about is for the sexual conduct allegations, the memo identified discreet occasions on which law clerk a so law clerks are the um the lawyers that help the judge. They are lawyers. They have multiple law clerks usually in a federal um office.
Some of which are what they call term clerks. They're not there for a career.
Um but then they have one called the career clerk that is there might be at least one um for a longer period of time. Okay. Law clerk A who sat at a desk located um immediately outside the subject judge's private office reportedly either saw the officer so I don't know if I mentioned this but the person the judge was having the affair with was a police officer um in chambers heard sounds consistent with sexual activity. Um, and then they list out these occasions including describing hearing sounds of moaning and hearing the word affair. Um, so now what they do is they send a letter to the judge letting the judge know, hey, there are these allegations against you. Um, and describe some of the things. The judge responds with, "I am outraged. This is baseless." specifically denies each and everything that is um alleged. Then the judge goes on to blame law clerk A, saying, "Oh, this law clerk is is full of it." Basically retaliating against me because I've told this law clerk that they had performance issues. They shouldn't be on their cell phone in court and in the office. They arrive late. They were wearing a tire that's too casual. Then the judge sends multiple more emails calling law clerk liar liar pants on fire and throwing that law clerk under the bus for other reasons the ones I just said plus saying I told that law clerk they had to work in the office not from home and the law clerk is mad and retaliating against the judge and that they were fabricating this. So we have judge saying I didn't do anything wrong clerk's liar liar pants on fire. So now they decide to set up an investigative committee and the special committee see here retained experienced counsel to assist in conducting the investigation. Remember that because that's going to be important in a minute. Okay. So what do they do in the investigation? They conduct voluntary unsworn interviews of six former clerks. They inspect the layout of the judge's chambers sim uh chambers similar to the judge's chambers to determine whether a law clerk seated outside of a judge's office with the door closed could hear the noises law clerk A claims to hear.
I'm sorry.
Do you think they went into someone else's office and said, "Don't mind me.
I just have to moan real quick to see if my friend outside can hear it." I mean, y'all, this is a federal courthouse that we're talking about.
Okay. They removed the above referenced sofa cushion from the subject judge's chambers, arranging for a qualified biological laboratory to conduct an acid phosphate test of the cushion to determine whether you know what was present. So yeah, there was a stain on a cushion in in in the judge's office.
They took that the cushion to be tested.
They reviewed uh court security footage, visitor signin logs, examined court records to determine whether this judge had um any cases with this particular I'm laughing so I'm trying so hard not to laugh y'all with this officer and they looked into this political event that this um judge had allegedly gone to for a district attorney. All right, let's go on. Okay, I got it under control. All right. So, they go through all of this investigation and one of the things, first of all, they interview multiple law clerks and other law clerks, not just law clerk A, law clerk B and C, corroborate this story about this judge's naughty activities in their office. But get this. As for the cushion, after removing the cushion October 3rd, 2025, on October 7th, council transported the cushion to a qualified laboratory in another state.
There, the laboratory director conducted an acid phosphate test which returned a negative result.
To the poor lawyer that got that job, I know when you signed up for this, you had no idea that you were going to have to take a comestained pillow, put it in your car, and drive it across state lines.
I don't think at any point in your career did you think you were going to have to do that. I admire your spunk.
I think that you've got some really good karma coming to you if you get my gizz.
Okay. So, yeah, that poor lawyer had to take that cushion, but it was negative.
And the important thing you need to know is the judge didn't know that the testing was negative. But I'm sure the judge noticed that there was a sofa cushion missing from their office. All right. So, what does the judge do? The judge is like, "Oh my gosh, there's all this investigation." The judge finally realizes I got to come clean.
So, the judge sends a what we call what they call a supplemental response that says that they admitted the extrammarital affair, admitted that they had had intercourse in the office, um, but denied all the other stuff, um, and explains that the the affair has now been terminated.
So now the um committee has to deal with what are they going to do to punish this judge for these different things.
Unfortunately, this is where I get really really pissed off because um there's a couple things that I admire that the committee did and there's some things that I don't like. The committee does point out one of the dangers that the judge put themselves in by having this extrammarital affair was they number one conflict of interest. What if this officer ends up a witness in front of the judge or the the judge has to make some type of credibility determination about this officer or another officer in their um police department. It isn't 100% of a conflict of interest under those circumstances.
Also, because this was a secretive affair, it puts the judge in a position of potentially being blackmailed, which never is a good situation when a judge is dealing with important issues that they could be subject to blackmail. So, they point out um those things. They describe it as a gross lack of judgment having these kind of extrammarital activities um with an earshot of their staff. But one of my very smart friends pointed out to me something that I think we have to acknowledge.
And I'll explain to this more in a minute, but everybody is assuming this is a female judge. I kind of assumed it from the beginning based on the fact that the affair was with the police officer. I know it doesn't have to be that way. That's just kind of was my knee-jerk reaction to it. Um, but imagine it's a male judge and imagine that male judge loudly listens to adult films and videos in their office such that the clerks outside their office door have to listen to that judge listening to adult entertainment.
That's harassment.
That is a a disgusting sexually harassment charged atmosphere, but they never describe it that way in this report. And I think if it had been a male judge, they might have looked at it differently and they didn't. And that's incredibly unfair that they didn't include that level of um analysis when they decided this judge's punishment. Okay. So they also talk about the fact that this judge had gone to a the judge admits that the judge went to a district attorney's victory party after this district attorney had won a primary, but the judge says I didn't drink anything and I I was just kind of there to see former colleagues of mine. Um I remember that too. Okay. And you know it wasn't I maybe I shouldn't have gone but I I wasn't endorsing anybody politically.
Okay. and they said that the district attorney had personally invited them to this event. Um, and the judge says, "Well, I did have a martini glass, but it had food in it." Okay, all of this stuff is important.
So, we get to the point where now the committee has decided on the recommended sanctions. What do they tell this judge?
The judge has to do. Well, like I already told you at the beginning, they get a private reprimand. You were naughty. That's it. They don't name the judge publicly. They tell the judge. the judge has to issue letters of apology to the law clerks. But get this, um, if you read the report, there's a notation, and another very smart friend of mine pointed this out. The judge complains about having to put too much detail into the letters because the the he or she doesn't want the letter to be something that could be held against the judge later. So, the judge wants to be as vague as possible in the apology, which just shows you how crappy this punishment is because the judge is is hedging on even having to apologize for what she put these law clerks through.
And by the way, so important, the judge called these law clerks liars and threw them under the bus to other judges that were investigating this judge. That to me, in addition to the harassment type in um atmosphere, is the worst part of this. The affair is distasteful, but it's not the worst part. The worst part about the fact is this judge lied and called other lawyers officers of the court liars. And that to me is absolutely unacceptable. So the judge has a private reprimand, has to semi-apologize in these um written letters, and then the judge has to forego service as chief judge when they would be otherwise eligible to serve in that capacity and refrain from being on a committee.
That's no punishment at all. Um I will say that one of the big red flags, and I've talked about a few of them that people have used to identify who this judge is, is whenever that judge is up to be chief judge and never is, they're going to know why. Okay. So, that is the crappiest punishment for what this judge has done that I have ever heard in terms of punishing a judge. It's unacceptable.
They can't fire the judge. Um, the only thing that the judge the only way the judge can lose their job because it's a lifetime appointment is to be impeached by Congress. Do we think Congress is going to do that? I don't know. But it's just offensive to me that this is such a weak um punishment for a judge that had put so many people through these things and called them liars. So, okay, now let's get into um the wonderful speculation of which judge it is because this gets really good. And does it have something to do with Fonnie Willis? Of course it does.
So, those were the facts and some of my opinions sprinkled in of what has happened. Now, I want to talk to you about the internet being on fire about this story as so many people, not just lawyers, but so many people have tried to figure out which judge this is. Um, what I'm going to tell you going forward is 100% people's opinions, not facts, because until there is some official confirmation, if we ever get one, which we may never, we aren't going to know exactly which judge it is. All right.
Um, but let me first give a shout out to Above the Law for the world's greatest headline about this. Federal judge had sex in chambers bringing new meaning to Gavl Bang. A+ A+ on that. Thank you very much. Okay, so of course when I read this, I start going down the rabbit hole just like everybody else does about who this could possibly be. Now, there were some bells that went off for me and probably did for you when we were talking about this because they talked about a district attorney's victory party after winning a primary. So, I live in Fulton County as many of you know. Of course, in 2024, which is during the time span that this is um these allegations happened, Fonnie Willis had a party after she won the Democratic primary. And I immediately pulled up a bunch of articles and this picture. This picture um came from the AP. And of course we have in front of us former special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
And to the left in the ridiculous jeans vest is everybody's favorite Dexter Cubond. Um but so this was Fonnie Willis's party May 21, 2024 in Buckhead, which is a a part of Fulton County.
Okay. And so I'm trying to figure out is this the party that everybody were that they were talking about that this judge went to because that is such important identifying information. Um I would suggest humbly that not everybody's district attorney is as notorious as ours is and doesn't necessarily have press at their events the way Fonnie Willis does. So, I read that report that we just talked about as, "Oh my god, I think this might be Fonnie Willis." So, then I'm looking at this picture and you can see the wall is white and it has those um you know framed moldings on it and I know that she had um an event at a place called the um shoot what's it called? The um the estate. Here it is.
And I saw that it has matching moldings.
if you'll see on this picture right here. So, I was like, I'm thinking that I'm a genius. I'm like, yes. Well, you know, here we are. Now, we just need to find out if the estate has um martinis because the judge admitted in the report that they had an appetizer in a martini um but only a glass of wine. Okay. So, I will tell you, I think a lot of people have had been to events where they serve apps and stuff like that. I went to like a mashed potato bar where they have them in martini glasses. So, it it's not super identifying, but as I'm looking at this picture, I can see that this woman in the back right here is holding a martini glass. So, I'm thinking, well, at least we know that um this is this could be the party because there were martini glasses there. Now, that's not a lot to go on, but here's where um my friend Ashley Merchant is so much smarter than I am because this is Ashley Merchants's post on X.
How could they not find any picture evidence? It took me less than 2 minutes to find this on Fox News from set election event. What is she referring to? The person holding that martini glass looks an awful lot like Northern District Court Judge Eleanor Ross.
I don't know this judge. I don't know if that's her picture. I have to agree based on seeing other pictures of her that it does look a lot like her, but I can't say for sure that it is. But if it were her, that would put her at Fonnie Willis's May victory party after winning a primary, which is exactly what was described in the report.
Now, if you go back and look at Judge Ross's history, she worked two different times, 1998 to 2002 and 2007 to 2011 as an uh district attorney in Fulton County. So, she worked with Fonnie Willis. And in the report, it says that she had gone to this event to see some former colleagues, which would have been at Fonnie Willis's event. So that also lines up. So the trail of breadcrumbs certainly makes one wonder if this could be Judge Ross. Again, I'm not saying it is. I'm saying this is where the trail of breadcrumbs has led some folks.
Some folks have been louder about it than others. Marco Polo um has announced federal district judge fornicated with Atlanta PD deputy in cha um chief in chambers and they flat out name it as her. Um I'm not saying that they're correct but they are fullthroated saying it is. And um there are multiple other places um on Twitter that are also saying fully throatated that it is Judge Ross. Now here's what's concerning.
They are also saying that the person that Judge Ross allegedly had the affair with is this person, Kelly.
Here's where it gets really unfortunate and sad because this is a picture of assistant um ADA attorney Riawa Collier whose married name is Kelly because she I don't know if she still is but was married to that officer. And this is her with a picture um with federal judge Elanor Ross. It appears as if at least from this photograph in July of 2024. So during the same time span that the judge pictured here on the right was having an affair with Ria here on the left's husband, it appears that they were friends.
So if this were true, that makes it all that much more awful on a personal level.
Um, so that's kind of where we are, folks. Um, I do want to point out again, we don't know that it's Judge Ross. be a judge in Alabama or Florida or another judge somewhere in Georgia. I am just saying those are the opinions of some of the folks based on what they've seen. Um I do have to say something else because I know um oh wait I forgot. I got to tell you one more thing. If it were Judge Ross, check this out. Judge Ross was the presiding judge over the trial of the Chryslies. And so, of course, Todd Chrisley um has said, "Well, now we know why she never had shoes on when she ran her kangaroo court against us. She had her feet in the air and clapping them cheeks. Karma is a real bitch." So, um definitely some strong opinions out there. But I did want to address one more thing because I think this is really important. There are going to be people because it's the internet that are going to bring in the color of someone's skin into this conversation.
Either to say that is why people are picking on this particular judge or to say that the behavior is that of indicative of someone because of their color of skin. I can't stop people from being stupid on the internet. Wish I could, but I can't. But I am going to say this. Number one, the headlines are what they are. Okay, the report has been made public for whatever reason. The headlines are what they are. Number two, there are multiple instances of judges of all flavors doing naughty things. So, I'm just going to close by giving you um some pictures of some other folks that have done naughty things. This is Judge Scott Steiner. He's from California, Orange County. He was censured for doing naughty things in his chambers and he won re-election.
Um this is Judge Wade McCree. He um uh Detroit Free Press, so Michigan had naughty time with a witness. A witness in the chambers, but this um headline says he can't be sued. This is Judge Corey Woodard, also from California. He was censured for having naughty time in chambers with a married woman. And then, not to be outdone by the men, we have Kenton County, Kentucky, Judge Dawn Gentry, um, investigating numerous accusations of professional and sexual misconduct, including having naughty time with her lover and another woman while at work.
So, for those of you that want to make this about a particular color of skin, I can't stop you from being stupid. But, um, this is not exclusive to any particular gender, culture, race at all. Stupidity abounds.
So, if you've stuck around for this long, thank you so much. I am very curious what your opinions are on whether you think what this judge uh did deserved such a weak um punishment. I think people should be absolutely freaking outraged that this is the only punishment this judge got. Do I think this judge is going to resign? No.
Should she? If it's a sheep, absolutely.
Not because necessarily of the affair, but because this judge called their clerk a liar. lied to an investigative committee and the only thing they had to say was uh the committee had to say was well she came clean. Yeah, she came clean after they snatched a sofa cushion and she realized oh crap there might actually be something stuck to that cushion. So this is just the the punishment part of this is just absolutely shocking to me. But overall, a very juicy and delicious story and I would love to hear your opinions about
