[00:29:38]One thing I pray for all the time is that my kids grow up knowing that they would love. Not because our lives were perfect. Not because we had everything, but because they seen the effort that I put out. They seen the consistency. See, I didn't always have all the answers.

[00:29:56]truth be told really still don't. But I'm learning that being a a good father ain't it ain't about perfection. It's about presence. And a lot of us men, we grew up without these type of conversations, without guidance, without emotional support. So now we trying to become the men that we never fully saw.

[00:30:18]And that's hard sometimes. These moments right here is moments that nobody can replace. Not money, not work, not fame.

[00:30:27]This right here is just real life. And honestly, truth really be told, I think uh social media got people chasing moments that look good instead of moments that feel good. And one thing I'm realizing at this stage in my life is that your children don't stay children long. These days right here, these are temporary.

[00:30:50]See, one day, guess what? They going to have jobs. They're going to have families and um they're going to have responsibilities. And these fishing moments, these are going to become their memories. And that's why I'm learning to appreciate the simple moments more. You know what I'm saying? Because life don't slow down for nobody.

[00:31:09]So, I encourage you to every parent that's out there trying to uh their best to keep going. I know there'll be times you feel tired. You may fall, you know, feel like you falling short sometimes, but your presence, it matters more than what you think.
