TT LIVE PODCAST - 05/28/2026 - RATIONAL BOOMER PODCASTAdded:
We are back on the Rational Boomer podcast. Hopefully your day is going well. When you hear this, it will be Thursday, but we're recording it Tuesday night. We're recording a Tik Tok live.
Should be interesting. Should be fun.
We'll have the regular panel with us and uh we'll take questions and comments from people who are in the audience. We try to get as many people involved as possible.
Still a lot of [ __ ] going on, a lot of things to talk about. I just heard something before we came on.
that apparently the Department of Justice is looking to criminally investigating Eugene Carol, an 82year-old woman who happened to sue Donald Trump for assault. And you know what kind of assault? She won twice. She beat Donald for defamation of character.
Donald Trump's butt hurt. Doesn't want to pay. So now there's an investigation into her. Now she's done nothing wrong.
The whole thing, the whole point of it is intimidation or trying to cost her some money or retribution of some sort.
And uh this is silly. I mean, this appears to be desperate and pathetic. Anybody with average or above intelligence can see what's going on here. This is absolutely silly. And this is the the point to where Donald Trump has gotten he is so desperate. He is so pathetic that this is his only option.
He's a joke.
And it's starting to become more apparent to just about everybody. Okay, we got a panel of folks coming in.
Let's see here.
Okay, we've got TJ, Rebecca, Trucker T.
There was one more.
Eric should be here. There he is.
>> And Eric is here. So, we got a panel of folks and we'll be talking to everybody else. Um, I'm sure you all have some some different things to talk about because there's so many [ __ ] stories.
U, but did you hear about this Eugene Carol thing? I mean, it's absolutely ridiculous.
>> No, that's new to me. I haven't heard that one yet.
>> Yeah, I heard about it, Mike. And what what they're saying is >> she's um I think in 2022 she had a deposition where she says she didn't take any outside money, >> but >> right >> um the lawyers disclosed that she did take outside money. So he's trying to go after her for perjuring herself the [ __ ] out of here.
>> Good luck with that [ __ ] Well, the judge in that original case knew about that and said it wasn't worth a hill of beans and let's move on.
>> So, this this is what he's uh bringing up.
>> We got a war in Iran.
>> We've got an economy in shandle shambles. We got uh oil uh going through the roof. And this is what Donald Trump thinks is important. This is what he thinks the DOJ should be working on.
That's why I say it's absolutely desperate and absolutely pathetic.
>> Hey, did you guys see what did you guys see what Ted Cruz did?
>> No.
>> No. What did he do? Cancun again.
>> No, no, no, no. He he I think it he did it on X. I'm not sure what platform. I'm pretty sure it was it was X, but he posted that he went and got gas and he was bragging that it was in Texas it was $3.99 a gallon.
>> So, >> Oh, wow. Everybody, everybody online is destroying him right now because he he is so touch out of touch with reality.
He thought that he was doing something there, but it really was stupid.
>> He's such a nice guy and I say that with all due respect.
>> Eric, you had something to add to the Eugene Carol thing, I think. Well, yeah, on that Eugene Carol thing, I think part of it is is he is hoping that if he can win the if he can get the DOJ to prove a perjury claim, even if it's for something stupid and un related specifically to the charges against him and what she found they found him liable for the defamation, what he did that he thinks it's going to absolve him from having to pay her any money. I think that's what they're going for.
And people will say, why is he so worried about this money? He's got more than enough money that he's grifted that he could pay the 80 or 90 million.
That's not the point.
The point isn't the money. The point is that Donald Trump cannot handle being perceived as a loser.
That's gnawing at his very soul that he lost and there's no way he can divert around it. So, he's got to try to come up with some loophole. He's doing what every rich person does to normal people.
He puts up so many hurdles and so many blocks that it costs them too much and they just have to give in. This is what Donald Trump's done his whole life.
Unfortunately, that's not going to work in this situation because, as I understand it, her lawyer was working on a contingency.
>> So, her lawyer didn't really have to be paid. Now, maybe she did get some extra money, but uh Donald Trump also told us that uh uh that uh he had don donors paying for the ballroom, too. So, that sounds >> exactly >> like a bit of a lie as well.
>> Well, it's weird because he loses every week.
>> That's something [ __ ] up because he does something and then he [ __ ] up and then he loses. But this one must really put a craw on his ass, I guess. I don't know. Well, because he lost this one twice, right? You know, two times.
>> And it's about what it's about too, right? What he was found uh you know what the judge had said in this case, not only did they prove the defamation, but in one of the two, I think it was the first one, uh he was found uh liable not only for defamation, but they said that she was credible that he assaulted her. And he that is sticking in his craw the whole time that he that it is out there on paper in a judge's order that she was found cred credible to have done that to him.
>> Yeah. And it's the same as the 2020 election. He can't admit he lost that.
That's why he'll never do it. Again, something pathetic. He's trying to convince people that he won the 2020 election. Nobody believes it, not even Republicans. But he can't get that out of his mind. He's got an OCD where anything shows that he lost.
>> But I want to bring >> what happens if he dies before he pays her. Do they can they take that from his estate before money given?
>> Yes.
>> I think it's already in I think it's already in escrow. I think that was the deal. He had to put it in escrow. So if he dies, >> I don't understand how how she hasn't gotten paid yet >> because he keeps appealing >> and every time he appeals the court says, "Okay, well, while it's appealed, we're going to put the money on hold just in case we we, you know, he's successful."
>> Yeah. But >> what time does when does the court say enough is enough? You can't appeal.
>> Good question. Well, but the thing is too, as he appeals it, the money gains interest.
>> Yeah.
>> So, >> it's got to be up over a hundred million by now.
>> Oh, for sure.
>> Yeah. It's It's ridiculous. I wanted to bring something else up before we start taking people.
We know that uh Ken Paxton beat out John Cornin, the sitting uh US senator to be the Republican nominee to go up against James Terico. So now they're going after James Telerico. Good luck with that. He's a pretty straightedged guy. He's a pretty credible guy. He's got integrity and he's religious and that's going to be a problem for them.
>> But he's got one fault that the Republicans are going after.
>> He's vegan.
>> Well, he's not vegan. They're trying to make it.
>> He's not married. He's 37. I I saw Jesse Waters go. He's 37 years old and he's not married and he claims his girlfriend is his rock and his best friend. As if there's something weird to that. Let me remind you that uh Lindsey Graham is 67 years old, never been married and lives with a guy >> and goes to Disneyland or wherever that was and has pink dolls in his hand. So, >> right. and and Byron Donald claims to have a girlfriend after he got beat up about his his own situation. You know, this this this shows how desperate they are in this situation. They've got the worst possible candidate against a very good candidate in Texas in spite of their in spite of their parties. Ken Paxton, the Democrats couldn't have been handed a better gift.
>> No [ __ ] >> They could not have.
>> And it's because Donald Trump [ __ ] up again. His little ego was bruised. He decided to get somebody who's comparable to him, somebody he has a lot lot uh uh in common with, >> immoral, criminal, corrupt, and stupid.
So, they got Ken Paxton.
>> They took a sitting member of Congress who'd been there for four terms. He's been reelected four terms. That was a no-brainer to go up against a new statewide candidate.
>> But they couldn't be happy with that.
They pull the sure thing out.
>> And it's funny because because Cornin voted with Trump like 93% of the time, >> like everything that Trump wanted >> and then and then he and then he uh pushed back on Trump a little bit and Trump got buttth hurt because he demands 110% loyalty, but he doesn't realize that incumbents have better chances to win and Eric knows that incumbents have a better chance to win. So now Taler Rico is probably happy because he's in a position where, you know, people know that Ken Paxton is a criminal and so they'd be more likely to vote his way.
>> Exactly. And and speaking of Butard, I I want to I want to make a clarification uh for Tik Tok purposes. Uh there's absolutely nothing wrong with going to Disney Disneyland and walking around with a Ping doll. There's nothing wrong with that. No.
>> I just want to make sure I get that out there before I get kicked down again today. Lindsay. Lindsay went to Disneyland because he's a princess and there's lots of princesses in Disneyland. So that's okay.
>> Absolutely nothing wrong with that, >> right? Let me ask you this.
If you if you take an old white guy like me, okay, just looks like nobody special. Old white guy but like me goes to a kid's water park in a speedo and just kind of roams around. Do you think they'd get questioned at all?
>> I'm blowing the whistle.
I'm blowing that [ __ ] whistle all day until you leave.
>> I think that's what Lindsey Graham said.
>> Yeah. Yeah. It's It's absolutely ridiculous. Now, somebody else put in the comments that uh and I'd heard this too that uh um Telerico takes Apac money. And I think he acknowledged that he took money and his his his thinking was, well, I got to compete on the same level with these people, so I'm taking money from everybody. And that may or may not be true. Um, but I would say to people right now, the Apac money is a big issue and people need to know that we aren't happy about people that take Apac money.
But if you take James Telerico at this point, a relatively new person on on national politics who gets Apac money, uh, and that's his one fault. And you've got Ken Paxton. It's still a [ __ ] no-brainer. Uh would I say I I would tell Telerico, we're not happy about that [ __ ] but if he gets elected, then we need to hammer him about the Apac money. But we can't hammer him about the AP pack money until he gets elected.
>> Absolutely. And I don't see what they can get on this guy, Mike. Honestly, his father was a pastor. He He's a pastor. I mean, he has a girlfriend. He's had her for four years. I mean, he's vegan. I mean, that those are the only two things. Jesse Waters was complaining about there's no there there. So I >> Yeah, but did you did you hear Ken Paxton trying to trying to gun on Terico?
>> Yeah, but did you see the dumb look on his face when he tried?
>> But it was pathetic. It was pathetic.
>> He just came up with some stupid nicknames and like that's all he had. He had no ammunition at all. Not nothing about policy. just saying that, you know, he's a vegan and he's six sixgender gym or whatever stupid ass thing he said. You know what I mean?
>> Well, >> what about Steven Miller? Steven Miller tweeted something uh uh about him being the first Tgender uh candidate, which is ridiculous. And and people came back and nailed him, too. Like, shut up, you ugly son of a [ __ ] Just shut up. Yeah, they told him [ __ ] yourself.
>> You know, the thing about it is I don't know if Telerico will do this or not, but it could get real ugly with Paxton.
There is a lot of baggage to go through.
There's a lot of skeletons in the closet. And if the Democrats are aggressive and assertive like I hope they are, they're going to expose that [ __ ] all over the world.
>> So, Mike, let me ask you this. So when when Telerico ran against Jasmine, his thing was we're going to make sure we run a clean clean campaign. Do you think he's going to do that now?
>> I think what we've seen him do the first day or two uh proves he's not.
>> You know, he's like Donald Trump. You he can say whatever he wants, >> but you can't trust the [ __ ] because he's a pathological liar.
>> Exactly.
>> He's he's a joke. I mean, he's I am so excited about the fact that uh he's been the one that uh was chosen to be the nominee. Do I feel sorry for uh Cornet?
No. [ __ ] him. He's had his time to uh um to make his money and gain popularity.
See, the other thing that this [ __ ] up for the the Republicans is money.
There was a lot of money spent in Texas for this primary and runoff.
Now, if Cordon had won, in most situations in Texas, they wouldn't have to put any money into that. They'd be able to spend it in places where it was more needed. Now, with Paxton in there, they're going to have to spend $50 million that they weren't planning on spending. So, this is going to take a uh a bit of bite out of the uh the budget for the Republicans.
>> Well, wasn't that part of why he got in trouble? Like, besides the, you know, the not the campaign part of it, but wasn't Paxton being investigated for taking somehow he was taking money and, you know, on the side or something like that?
>> Isn't that part of what >> Yeah, he like he got kicked out. He I think he got impeached in Texas for something like that. Republicans.
>> Yeah. By his charge >> Republicans. They >> Yeah.
>> He also sold stole a colleague's $1,000 pen, too. So, >> yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This guy.
>> So, I just looked it up and Tal Rico has not taken any AP pack money according to every site that I looked at. um which and but Politico did say that um he did take money from um some woman or or some corporation that um was for gambling in taxes >> but he was for the bill the gambling bill but prior to so he took their money I guess is what I read >> they're going to be working pretty hard to try to nail Telerico like you say he's going to be hard to uh hard to nail because he's a squeak Y clean guy. I'm bringing somebody up here. Terry. Terry, how you doing? What's on your mind?
>> Hello, Terry.
>> Can you hear me at all?
>> I can hear you now.
>> Okay. Yeah, I'm pretty I'm in tech Utah.
I'm a fan of Calico base on a how he feels on a charter schools. It's a goddamn ripoff for people that can't afford it. I mean, majority of people taking the money on these these uh vouchers are already got their kids in public or private schools.
So, I like that about Telerico. There's a few other things. I can't think of anything off the top of my head right now.
>> Who are you talking about now? You say teller. I'm not sure who you >> Terico. He's in Texas. He's in Texas and you're in Utah.
Uh Utah's got uh charter schools and I'm not a Republican like these guys. Um I we're going to watch all over the country, the people, and uh try to get a feel for who's who's coming up and what's got what's going on.
>> Yeah, charter schools are 90% of them are a scam. The only one that I can think of that isn't is the Monasuri system, but other than that, they're all a scheme. We had one here that couldn't pass a single kid in the sixth grade. A single kid, not one in the entire class they had. I mean, it's just theft. And the And this school choice thing is the same thing. They just want to It's a benefit for the rich and it screws the poor population. That's all it does.
>> Exactly. Um Yeah. I was talking I was talking to somebody uh my wife was a public school teacher for 30 years. Uh and I somebody was talking about sending their kid to a charter school and I said why would you do that? Well, it's smaller classes and better education. I go is it a better education? Because if you look at public schools teachers, they get paid x amount. And most the teachers that get paid in charter schools get paid considerably less than public school teachers. So if you're paying them less, do you think you're getting the cream of the crop in those charter schools? You may have smaller classrooms, but you're not getting top-of-the-line [ __ ] teachers.
>> You know, also, um, how many of the lower income people are going to, what is it, eight or 10 grand or something like that? I wonder you just going to take the money and spend it on [ __ ] I know they're already spending it on vacations, computers, you know, and and such. But >> well, I think that that matters state to state because some states it's a voucher. So, you can't really spend it.
You have to give it to the whatever educational system that you choose.
>> Oh, yeah. That clears it up. Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> And I don't I don't think Excuse me. I don't think it has anything to do with poor people misusing the money. What happens here is you've got kids in private schools. So you give them a voucher to send them to a private school. Say you get a voucher of $5,000 and it costs $10,000 to go to the school. The rich people are already sending these kids to the school. So they get a $5,000 break, >> right?
>> The poor people can't tend their kid to the school even with a voucher because they can't afford the other five grand that they have to pay.
Exactly.
>> It's it's a ri it's a ripoff of the poor people and the rich people get a get a 50% discount. That's where the problem is. And the kids don't get better educated.
>> Yeah. It's a tax scheme because they're taking public tax dollars and and ripping off people with it.
>> And what's really sad is that the there are a lot of people in impoverished areas that they tried they get the voucher and they raise the money however their churches or whatever to send their kids to these charter schools. And the only reason they're sending them there is because of the the bad um like you know gangs or whatever in their schools and they think they're going to give their kid a better education and it it ends up not being le let's let's face what it really is. It's school segregation. That's what they >> Well, it is. They get to go to the charter schools because there less brown kids there. That's exactly right.
>> Yeah. One of the other problems, >> one of the other problems with these charter, not just charter schools, but uh when it comes to school choice and things like that is private uh you know, church-based schools. And I've had this conversation with people I know who are older, whose kids have long since graduated, and they they're like, "Well, why should my tax money go to support the school? I don't want, you know, because, and in this case, the person I'm thinking of has a grandchild who is attending public school, but would still rather see their property taxes go to the private uh religion-based school instead because they they support that better.
And it's like your your grandkid is at the public school. Your tax dollars are actively helping them right now and they don't see it because they think the religious school is more important.
Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. Terry, thank you very much for coming on. You're more than welcome back anytime. Thank you.
>> You're Oh, I was going to bring up something else. Uh >> Well, go ahead. Bring it up.
>> No, I forgot. No, go ahead. I'm sorry. I forgot what it was. Let's I'll just move on. Thank you very much for having me up.
>> No problem. If you think of it, uh hit me back up and uh we'll cover it for you.
>> All right. Bye-bye.
>> All right. Thank you.
All right. Um, you know, the the the other thing, what was I going to say? Oh, I think Eric and I were talking about this maybe with somebody else.
You'll get a lot of people in school districts and there'll be a referendum for school districts to give them more money. Now, I understand school districts waste money. I I I understand that because I worked in a school district. But when the referendums come up, a lot of people will say, "I don't have any kids anymore, so I'm not going to vote for the referendum. I'm not going to give the kids money." And that's pretty shortsighted. And anybody out there that has that mindset, I want you to understand something. If you're old like me and you have a house and the value of your house is going to be part of your retirement, meaning you're going to sell it, presuming that you paid it off or mostly paid it off, you have a lot of equity. You sell it. You're going to want to sell it at the highest value, right?
>> Absolutely.
>> One of the things that young people look at when they buy houses, how good's the school district if it's a shitty school district and nobody's paying any money to continually build it up and make it better, the value of your house is going down. So, you may not have kids, but you probably do have a house. And if you want to continue to see the value of your house improve, you better support the [ __ ] school district.
>> Absolutely. No, you said it best. Um even with, you know, with my move um down to Florida. That was the first thing she asked. Are you looking for a home by a good school? We've got the best school district, blah blah. I'm like, no, I'm good on that. Uh but I did want to bring up something like before I forgot. Um, since we're talking about cities and all that, what's your take on Donald Trump and whatever the new uh secretary is uh who replaced Christy Gnomes about diverting flights, international flights from sanctuary cities.
>> Well, it's absolutely ridiculous. And in my mind, I if I if I own an airline, I'm going to be pissed cuz it's going to cost them money.
>> They're going to get their ass sued in like one day. Go ahead and do it. Yeah.
>> Yeah. Go ahead and try that [ __ ] Yeah.
>> It's It's along the lines of suing Eugene Carol, >> you know? It's that pathetic. It's that stupid.
>> It's a joke. It's a [ __ ] joke.
>> And where were they to divert those planes? What? Arkansas, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Alabama.
>> Little Rock International.
>> The whole concept makes >> Go ahead, Eric.
>> Well, one of the problems is Okay. you divert these planes from sanctuary cities, right? But like here in Iowa, we've got for the state basically, we've got one major airport, De Moine, >> right?
>> The next closest, you're either sending them to Omaha or Minneapolis for major international air travel, >> right?
>> How how does that work? H how can you divert? And I I'm not saying De Moines's a sanctuary city, but if they were going to divert from De Moines, what what are you going to do? Uh, a lot of the towns around us, yeah, they have an airport.
It's a grass runway designed to handle a crop dusting plane. How are they going to handle a 747?
>> Exactly. Cuz those international planes are pretty big, right?
>> By comparison to a crop dusting plane.
Yes.
>> Well, this falls in the category of Donald Trump's stupid ideas that will never [ __ ] work. and he just does it to try to make a point or try to intimidate or try to create fear. I think we can all agree looking at Donald Trump after his fourth annual health visit, the way he looks, the way he talks, the way he thinks, we don't need to be scared of that [ __ ] anymore. He's weak. He's spiraling. And uh it's just a matter of time now. His expiration date is coming to an end.
>> I don't know, Mike. two things he said over the weekend that kind of makes me think otherwise. First thing he said was that he's he's aging backwards. And then the other thing he said was that, hey, listen, I had to take three cognitive tests and passed all three. Obama nor Biden took one of them. So I'm >> Well, Obama was Obama was 30 years younger than he is now. He was 50. So [ __ ] him. Uh, so, so what you're telling me is Donald Trump thinks he's Benjamin Button or in his case little Donnie Buttad. So, he's aged backwards. Well, it's not taken in the looks market because he looks decidedly uh diminished physically than he did even in his first term.
>> He's You know what? You know what, Trucker? I don't know if you've noticed this. On occasion, on occasion, Donald Trump has a tendency to lie, even exaggerate, >> just a little bit.
>> You may want to take that into consideration here.
>> Well, I and I'll say this and I'll land my plane. I did watch a video of a guy narrate every second that he took while he was looking at that pillar while he [ __ ] himself. He narrated it to the tea.
So, and I've never seen that. Hold on.
Joe Biden or uh President Obama.
>> Yeah. Yeah. No, no, no question about that. Okay, let's see who else is uh currently available.
I'm going to pull up uh Howard. Howard, how you doing? What's on your mind?
>> Good. I'm doing good. Hi, everybody.
I'm kind of like you tonight, Mike. I'm being a bachelor. My wife's in Vegas now. You know, she works from home and she puts on more miles than a truck driver.
>> Yeah.
>> You know, but that's all right. We only live once. I got a I got a story and I want to take us down a different path here cuz I had to go down a rabbit hole.
>> Okay.
>> You know, I got I got an older skid steer that I used for my tree service and it kind of the plate wore out. So, I took it I had my hired help take it up to the neighbor and he's used to be a real good friend of mine and we've never had an argument but he's a Trumpster, you know, >> so I just I didn't want to go up there and Richard took it up there and anyway, so got it done and brought it home. So, I went up there today to pay the bill and of course I got my hat on and I got my uh wood tick and my lunatic and you know my one of my protesting shirts. But when I drove in the yard there wasn't a Trump flag flying >> really.
>> And he never brought up politics at all.
even though you, >> you know, because he done that a couple times in the past and I hit him, you know, I hit him with facts and figures and well, if you're a Trumpster, you can't argue against that, but he always had the flags. They're gone now. And I I see that more and more. But here's the rabbit hole I went down.
you know, uh, uh, Biden, he was president in 2024, and in the state of Minnesota, where we have the DFL, we're the only state that has the DFL, we had four farm bankruptcies.
In 2025, we had 13 farm bankruptcies.
The only thing that changed was the president, >> right? And when you go from 4 to 13, that's a 300% increase.
>> Well, what do we have in 26?
>> We're the first quarter of 2026, we've already had eight farm bankruptcies in the state of Minnesota.
This year we're leading the United States in number of farm bankruptcies already, you know, and that's what we are as a farming state. And the only thing that's changed since 2024 is our politicians.
>> How, can you tell me what a DFL is? I'm not familiar.
>> Don't nobody say nothing. kind of left everybody platooted. But, you know, we're in more trouble than what we think.
>> Chucker, uh, DFL means Democratic farmer labor because we were such a farm uh, uh, state that we we have the Democratic farmer labor as opposed to Democr.
>> Oh, okay. Yeah. Yeah. You're you're you're fading here, Howard. I'm going to let you go cuz I don't know that you're hearing it. Uh get to a different spot and uh we will uh we'll get you back.
Uh yeah, trucker DFL means Democratic farmer labor. So it's it's a Democrat, but it involves farmers and I don't know exactly how that's how that works out.
All right, let's see who else we have out here. Um we have frequent guest here. What? Hey, how you doing? What's on your mind?
>> Good, Boomer. Um, actually, I requested up as you already discussed it. Um, we were you were going to talk about the airports. Um, and you said it be just it's a dumb idea that's never going to go anywhere. And >> I was going to kind of echo that before you said it.
>> Um, that's >> but it would affect every single airport on the West Coast. San Diego, Los Angeles, San Jose, Meta, San Francisco, Oakland, all the way up to Seattle. Um, I don't know where they would actually send the planes to. Um, but yeah, that's just one of those things. And then I was going to talk about the whole um, uh, passing thing about now they have to go through and scrub all their attack ads against him, which I think Terico should just just come right out and >> start doing it. And I guess the last thing I would want to discuss today would have been um the DOJ scrubbing all of the J6 files where they used to indict, charge, and convict those people.
>> Well, you know, they can scrub the DOJ files, but there are >> court records >> going to still be files and and they aren't going to get the $1.7 billion. I mean, that's that may be a lot of work put in for nothing. There's no way Republicans are going to side with Donald Trump on that. They're going to try to stop it. It's absolutely ridiculous. Allowing that to happen puts them in a worse situation uh in in the midterms than they are now, and they're in desperate position at this point. I just don't see them coming up with a way to do that 1.7 billion and leave it to Donald to assume he's going to win and he's going to [ __ ] lose. that that may be that may be illegal for them to scrub the the records of the Department of Justice because there there's uh freedom of information laws that prevent there there has to be public record kept. So that for them to say that to do that may be a crime if they actually do it.
>> And well they they are doing it and I my biggest point was is I don't think they're going to get their 1.776 billion dollars. No, >> I think that's that's going to go nowhere fast. But I was more worried about the um the whitewashing of of of the records of what happened >> in my days. Yeah, but they can't they can't eliminate the court records. The court records they can't change, >> right?
>> And big boy Gavin Newsome said today that if they do get that money, he's going to put a 100% tariff on that money. So bring it on.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. this it's not going to happen. I mean, it's it's a dumb it's another dumb idea that's not going to work. That's not going to happen. I think this is what I've said to people before. Donald Trump will say something or make some claim and people will run around with their hands shaking. Oh my god, he's going to do this. He's going to do this. Understand, Donald Trump is a failure. Most everything he says doesn't happen. He can cause some messes with uh executive orders and such, but even those are temporary because as soon as the next president comes in, all they have to do is sign some things and all that [ __ ] is gone. Um, don't give Donald Trump so much credit that he can pull off uh these amazing things because he can. He's proven he's can.
>> Oh, I don't get me wrong. I agree with you wholeheartedly.
I just like I said I just for for the purposes of like my grandkids in the future because the way our our our textbooks are going there, you know, they have to be able to find the information out. And now >> unless they actually go to those courts to get the information, the information is gone from the site it's supposed to be on. And like I said, I think I think because of the the laws for the information acts and things like that that what they're doing is illegal again. But they're still doing it.
>> Well, you make a good point. There's a lot of things that are illegal that Donald Trump just went ahead and done.
And who are you going to blame for that?
There's only one group of people to blame. Republicans in Congress. They've allowed this to happen from the beginning. They could have stopped it at any time and they chose not to. So, when Donald Trump is flopping around like a carp on the floor and that's over, we need to go after the Republicans. We don't need to allow them to step back from it.
>> I saw one guy I saw one guy on TikTok, big burly guy, obviously an alpha male and obviously a Trump bumper. He's starting to feel the pressure of what's going on with Trump. And this is what he said. He says, "People think I voted for Trump because I like Trump. I just liked his policies." Well, that's an interesting statement because he has no [ __ ] policies. That's what they're going to do. Oh, I don't like what Donald did. I just liked his policies.
[ __ ] you.
>> He hasn't enacted policy.
>> Yeah. Not one has he enacted.
>> No.
No, he hasn't done [ __ ] You know, here what when you said uh when you were talking about Teler Rico and all the uh all all the negative ads that the Republicans did against Ken Paxton. I listen to some of those ads. They're [ __ ] brutal. And now they're going to have to try to figure out a way to support this clown that they tore up so many times. They even impeached him. Um, this is going to be entertaining. The only thing I'm worried about with Terico, he's great in every aspect, but he's not a big enough [ __ ] and he's not mean enough. I hope the people around him pick up the slack there and go after Paxton the way he should be going after.
He should have Jasmine in this corner >> and they they've already got the material supplied by the GOP. Um, but like I said, but I wanted to come up.
Um, but you'd already covered up the stupidity of the Air Force and things of that nature. Boomer, I appreciate you had me having me up and um, you can just go ahead and send me down and bring somebody else >> here. I do have a question for you before you drop.
>> Go ahead, Chuck.
>> Okay. So, as far as, you know, the the whitewashing, I guess you can call, of history, um, don't you think that the next president that comes in can put it right back up just as quick as Donald Trump took it down?
>> I I I I'm hoping to to God that um the next president basically gets rid of anything with the name Trump on it.
Um, but there there's going to be a lot of reversals that can go on. I think they'll be able to bring a lot of it back, but I do I don't, like I said, I I don't know exactly how they're scrubbing it. I just didn't want to leave like them saying, "Oh, well, it's still in the courts, so if you want it, you have to go find it in the courts." That's that's the problem because it's it should be really available for all 1600 people that were charged by the DOJ.
Here's their case right here. Here it is. Here's why they were. and they're getting rid of it to try to say, "Okay, they got their pardon." Um, I guess my biggest thing is is kind of like I saw that uh I can't remember his name.
Enrique, whatever it is, name of the cowboy guy. Um, thank you. Appreciate you. Um, he's at first he said, "Oh, I'm going to look at two to five million. I'm not greedy."
Now he's talking about trying to get tens of millions. Mike Lindell trying to get 400 million. It's just I know the money is not going to go anywhere, but it's just the it's just the where we've gotten to as a nation right now with this [ __ ] and you know using the DOJ as as the way it's been used somewhere it's got to stop. And yes, somebody can come put it up, but that doesn't mean the next person can't come tear it down again.
>> Well, here let me let me tell you something real quick. There there's a legislator from my state. I'm from Pennsylvania and his name is Brian Fitzgerald. Okay. when they did an interview with Brian Fitzgerald today, someone did it in in the capital somewhere and they already said that they're already analyzing where this money is coming from and there's absolutely no way that they like they basically he basically said they're investigating it and we're they're going to put a stop to it because nobody thinks that what they're doing is is legal with this money.
So, there's going to be a lot of inquiry in what's going on with this money.
>> There's three lawsuits going on and uh he's got kind of a limited time. We got like six, eight months before the midterms.
If Democrats win the House and the Senate, things are going to get a lot tougher for Donald Trump to do. That's why I don't think it's going to happen.
It's going to be caught up in courts.
They don't have a chance to win. It's going to be delayed, delayed, delayed.
It's never going to happen. It's absolutely ridiculous. But let Mike Lindell, I don't know where he thinks he can get $400 million. He didn't have his problems with the DOJ. He had problems with lawsuits from states.
>> Right. Exactly.
>> Well, >> well, it's thinks thinks that it's all one thing and he's trying to recoup all the money he blew because how much was he worth ahead of time before he saddled up to Donald Trump? He had a mildly fairly successful >> it was like 80 million or something. He had a he >> he had a lot of money.
>> But it was fair. I mean he had a fairly successful pillow company for what it was and now it's all but gone. I mean as far as I know, isn't he basically out of business and bankrupt?
>> Yeah, they sold all of his equipment.
And you know what's funny? We have an outlet store down the road from us and they had a big stack of my pillows.
Well, if he does get that money, TJ, I'm going to sue Mike Lindell because that pillow is [ __ ] It's crappy as hell and I want my money back.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Well, >> he's going to be the next governor of Minnesota, though, you know.
>> Yeah, >> you got jokes tonight. Yeah, >> he's going to whoop he's going to whoop up on Amy Clolobashar. Yeah, that's going to go that dumb [ __ ] >> Well, here, thank you very much for coming up. You're welcome anytime. Of course. I appreciate appreciate you.
Appreciate the panel and uh I'll be down in the comments. Have a good night all.
>> All right. Thank you, man.
>> Um let's see here who else we got. Um >> let's see.
We'll go with Stephanie.
Stephanie uh has been on multiple times.
Stephanie, how you doing? What's on your mind?
>> Oh, plenty of things.
uh this slush fund [ __ ] If Trump goes ahead and does it without Congress, that would be embezzlement.
So, anybody involved in that could be charged with brand theft, fraud, embezzlement. Anybody accepting the money could be charged with accepting proceeds of crime and accessory after the fact. So, you have to really think about whether you would even want to uh apply.
>> How would that be considered embezzlement?
>> Because you would uh not only have to pay all that money back, then you'd have to cover your court fees.
>> No, I mean in the in originally, how would it originally be embezzlement?
>> Because Congress approves the purse. If Donald Trump diverts money into the slush fund without Congress's approval, that's basically stealing from the treasury, which is basically embezzlement.
>> You're right about that. Any money coming out of out of government has to go through Congress. Uh, and while that might be criminal, there is probably um some other instances that Donald Trump has [ __ ] with the money. you know, paying the TSA coming out of who knows where.
>> I think I think that's one of the things we're going to find when this is all said and done and somebody does a uh an autopsy or a forensic audit of finances.
It's going to be an absolute mess and what's being done is going to be absolutely appalling. I'm not looking forward to that day because we may find ourselves in a bigger financial pickle than we even realize.
>> Yeah, true. And okay, now for this airport thing, there's only two airports in red states that can handle the volume of international flights he's talking about, and that would be Dallas, Fort Worth, and Miami >> and ATL.
>> So, I mean, Atlanta, uh, St. Louis, you could get them up to be able to do that, but it would take 10 years and tens of billions of dollars.
Right.
>> So, it's never going to happen.
>> No, it's not going to happen. I mean, Donald Donald Trump claims a lot of things that never happen. He's a pathological liar. He just spews [ __ ] out to try to get people riled up, and if you get riled up, he [ __ ] wins.
>> Yeah. And Okay, now for your upcoming midterm election.
>> Okay.
Uh, I know everybody's worried about the gerrymandering and whether or not the Democrats going to take the House and the Senate. That's the wrong fight.
This is the best opportunity the Democrats have ever had to flip state houses from red to blue in Texas, Georgia, Florida, possibly Ohio, and Wisconsin, >> Iowa.
>> Okay.
Now, if you flip those state houses unjerry mander the maps and have democratic legislatures that actually do what they say they're going to do before getting elected and have their entire focus is on making life better for the people of the state.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
Then the with how tight the house is usually in a normal election, if you flip two red states, Republicans are never holding Congress again.
So more focus has to be put on flipping your red state legislature to blue.
Yeah, in the long run it would be cheaper. It would be more longlasting.
But if you do flip the thieves, you have to get the those legislators to focus solely on benefiting the people. And if you do that, then they're going to stay blue.
So you don't have to worry about Congress in the Senate because Republicans won't have enough votes to ever hold power in either house again.
>> I think Eric has talked about this before and other people have suggested it too. whether it be on a state level or on the federal level, I think there's going to be a lot of surprises, a lot of people losing um positions that nobody would ever expect. Take Lindsey Graham for example. He's in a little bit of trouble there. I don't know if he loses, but uh he's in a bigger fight than he's ever been in before. Um there's going to be a lot of changes because there's too much pain and too much suffering, and people are going to want change.
like in like in Texas, these Republicans may not like Tal Rico and they definitely don't like Paxton. What's more than likely to happen, they just won't vote for him. They'll just sit it out. And I think we're going to see a lot of that around the country. They don't have the stomach to vote for Democrats, but they're going to not vote for Republicans and just sit one out.
And I'm cool with that. But you mention putting someone >> putting someone in the seat is fine, but it has to be the person that's going to do the things he said he was going to do before you put them there.
>> That's hard enough with any public. Now, now see, Stephanie, you're getting ahead of yourself here. And and when you're looking when you're looking at this is what a mistake people make. When you're looking at who the candidates are, you say, "Okay, I don't like the Republican, but the Democrat isn't quite the right one, so what do I do? I just don't vote." That's what a lot of people did with Kla Harris. Here's the thing.
You got to win your battles one at a time.
If you sit it out and the Republican wins, you can never fix your situation.
But if you vote for the Democrat and it's not everything you want, at least you have an opportunity in the next election to try to fix it. You got to get the Republicans out. You got to do whatever it takes to get the Republicans out so you can get on the path where you can ultimately get to where you want to be. And that's the mistake people make.
I don't like Kla. She's not exactly right. So, I'm not going to vote for her.
>> So, what do you get? You get [ __ ] Donald Trump. You got to take it step by step.
>> Yeah, I I agree with you. put the Democrat in the seat.
>> But at least with Democrats, >> if the people keep after them to do the right thing, they will do the right thing.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Absolutely.
>> Republicans will just say, "Screw you."
>> I've said that before. Once we eradicate all the Republicans, assuming we do that, people are going to say, "Well, what are you going to do now?" Well, I'm going to cover the court cases and I'm going to go after those Democrats that aren't much better than Republicans.
This isn't about Democrat and Republican. I think Telerico is saying this. It's not right versus left. It's up versus down. And some of those Democrats are with the people with all the money. And we need to address those.
Once we once we put out the dumpster fire, we got to put out the little fires that are left over. And those little fires are some Democrats.
>> Yeah, that's true. But and another thing I was thinking like everybody's were up at arms about how much money Trump is wasting on vanity things. But just think how many tens of billions of dollars is it going to cost the next administration to take down and get rid of everything Trump's put up? Like even the Oval Office is probably going to take $20 million to put back to some sense of normality, >> you know.
>> Well, that's true. And you know, I think a lot of people are worried about that.
It's going to cost us this. It's going to cost us that. Too late to worry about that. You voted the way you voted. We got what we got. We just now have to get it out and see what we have left over.
We can agonize about all the money that we're going to have to spend to uh to fix this stuff. But it's too late. We can't worry about something we can't control. You got Donald Trump in. You let him run rough shot. He's gone rogue.
He's done whatever it is. It's like It's like leaving your puppy in your house and he rips up everything and he pisses all over the floor. All you can do is get him out of the [ __ ] house and then start cleaning whatever it takes.
Um I'm not worried about how much it's going to cost yet because the puppy's still running around pissing at this point. We got to get them out first and then we can figure out what we need to do.
>> Yeah. The only the only sad part about taking Trump and erasing everything he's done is he's not going to be alive to see it.
I mean, if he was still alive to see every thing he put his name on, every piece of fake gold he put up, see it taken out, thrown in a landfill somewhere would be the best, but he's not going to be around to see it. So, >> well, I think if he I I I don't think Well, I don't think he's actually going to build the ballroom. I don't think he's going to build the arch. But if they do somehow get built, what I think we should do um is when if they are up, we should rename them like the Eene Carroll Arch or the uh uh Barack Obama Ballroom and let that be his [ __ ] legacy.
>> Yeah. Well, since the arch is apparently wants to put it in Arlington, >> I mean, yeah, it should be named something to in honor of the troops, >> right? I agree. I agree.
>> But, uh, >> I agree.
>> Yeah. But not just all the things he put up, but all his policies.
>> Yes.
um dismantled, thrown out. But you know, you know, even if he's still alive, he's not going to be cognizant enough to realize what's happened.
>> I don't think he is now.
>> Yeah, I was just gonna say that.
>> I don't I I I don't think he is now.
Stephanie, thank you for coming on.
You're welcome back anytime.
>> Thank you for your input. All right.
Thank you.
>> Enjoy your evening.
>> Thank you.
>> Oh, go ahead.
uh a little bit ago about them not voting for Tel Rico or not Tel Rico um voting for Paxton just not showing up. I want to throw some numbers out real quick >> in the first Texas primary that led to the runoff just on the Republican side.
They were sitting at just about 2 million voters showing up.
>> Right.
>> John Cornin got 97,000 of those 2 million. did not get to 50%.
>> In the runoff they just had just about 1.4 million voters total and Ken Paxton only got 885,000.
He did not beat John Cornin's total from the first election.
>> Yeah.
>> And this 1.4 4 is still less than the combined turnout for the Democrats when it was between Tel Rico and Jasmine Crockett.
>> No, agreed. And I I think I think that's where the Republicans are fooling themselves. They think, "Oh, Donald Trump's powerful. He got his endorsey in." And uh the Republicans aren't coming out. I think we're seeing a lot of people in Texas just disgusted with what's going on with the Republican party and just sitting staying at home.
The Republicans are probably going to experience exactly what the Democrats experienced in the 2024 election with Kamla. People just won't do it. They're not happy.
Yeah. And I'm I mean I looked at the numbers.
If that trend holds, uh Taro wins. If all of the people who voted on the Democratic side, even in even back whatever day that was in the first primary, if all of the Democrats that supported Jasmine Crockett and everybody else in the race all vote for Tel Rico, and nobody else shows up to vote but the people that voted in that primary, there were more votes for the Democrat than Republicans even then. And now fewer people are showing up. it potent calico has a good chance to flip that Senate race and you're going to see this across the country. I think you're going to see turnouts down >> on their side of the aisle. We just had our primary in Pennsylvania last Tuesday and I just I didn't look at the entire state, but I did look at my county and in the primary the Democratic turnout was two times the Republican turnout.
So what's that tell you?
>> It tells you that >> the turnout here was low too for the primaries and it was still two to one.
Well, it one of the things they talk about when they talk about elections, they talk about the parties with the enthusiasm.
And the Democrats definitely have some enthusiasm. And the Republicans are looking over their shoulder because they know, you know, even the Republicans in Congress, they know they're [ __ ] They're not stupid.
Donald Trump may not understand that, but they know they're [ __ ] The economy sucks, oil prices, the war he can't get out of. uh they know they're [ __ ] and they're just going to say what they say to try to gaslight people and hopefully convince some dumb [ __ ] And fortunately, they have about 30% dumb [ __ ] in their party, so they'll at least be able to fool them.
>> Yeah. All right.
>> And that's what we're seeing. We're seeing the lower turnout. It's still a hardcore MAGA base, but they're not going to be getting a lot of the rest of the voters. every single state, every single race we pick up. It is going to be uh just that much better for the Democrats going into 28.
>> Yeah. All right. I'm going to call up somebody here. See if he pops up.
Not seeing him. Okay.
Well, uh there's a young lady I know will show up. Steph Vasquez. Hey, Steph. How you doing? What's up?
>> Hey. Hi, Mr. Boomer. Hi, everybody.
Hey, Steph.
>> Hey, guys. Hey. Um, I just wanted to touch really quickly on the charter schools.
>> Um, my daughters grew up in a valley that was mostly um, it was on a reservation. We lived outside of the reservation because we weren't one of the seven um tribes that belong to that reservation, but we do belong to a tribe in another state. And they did have a charter school and I will say we didn't need vouchers.
The kids did go school there and it was a great school. They learned a lot.
Unfortunately, on the reservation where the private or the um public school was, it was not very good at all. The scores were horrible. They were the worst in the state. Um and they did very well in the charter schools. So, I have to say at least in the late '9s and up until about 2010, um, and as long as we lived there, the charter schools were excellent and they and it was mostly made up of Native American um, pupils.
>> Well, that's that's why I said 90% of them are bad.
>> Yes.
>> And I appreciate that. And and the thing is that ever like in the '9s charter schools were they existed but they weren't like a thing, right? Like there were there was some of them but now this is like this is a scheme because what they figured out is they could these people these corrupt people I should say have figured out that they can steal public tax dollars and spend them however they want with very little accountability. So that's why they're doing this. are opening all these charter schools like stealing most of the money paying the educators like basically nothing and pocketing that money >> right >> so because it's become because it's become corrupted now that's why I said 90% are bad because it's true >> and I appreciate that because I agree um we live in a well I live in a different community now now I live in a coastal area where we mostly have retirement age people. That's the majority of the population of where I live. Um, and I have noticed that charter schools in this area, you need a voucher. And and but the thing is is it's hard to get that voucher, but if you want to go to that charter school, it's thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars a year, which >> I'm very disappointed in. But I am happy that in some areas like like areas where there are reservations where there's private schools that are not funded very well um and a lot of reservations I don't know if you guys know this are very rural. The closest city that had more than 100,000 people to that reservation was over 4 hours away.
Otherwise, we were in a very I mean, during 911, we were paying $5 a gallon for gas at that time in 2001 on that reservation because we were so rural, like I said.
>> I mean, just to get to a town that had even 10,000 people was over 2 hours away.
>> So, um it's unfortunate. Thankfully, we had a lot of people that really cared about the children on the reservation and children, even those who weren't on the reservation to get grants to be able to do that charter school so that children didn't need vouchers or anything else. But that was back in the old days. I don't know how it is now. My kids are in their 30s now, so I couldn't say.
>> Yeah.
>> I think they're knocking on your door.
>> No, not my door.
Yeah, there's some begging better not be because >> well um yeah, we can't say all charter schools are bad, but uh >> um like I said, the people that uh um >> the people that teach in charter schools get paid decidedly less >> than the teachers in public schools.
You want the teacher, Do you want the teachers that are willing to take the lesser money as opposed to not being able to get into the public schools to get the bigger money? That just strikes me as you're getting a less quality teacher. Now, I may be wrong by that, but but uh there's a big need for teachers in public schools right now.
You can't find a substitute teacher. You can make more as a substitute teacher in a public school, and there are plenty of jobs than you can get teaching full-time in in in a charter school. So, >> and that is really unfortunate.
>> It really is.
>> And um well, when one of the um the teachers of of the charter school, he was for the the fifth, sixth, and seventh graders or no, sixth, seventh, and eighth graders because after 8th grade, you went to high school. Um he had graduated from Harvard. He had retired from uh I can't remember where he worked, but he had retired and he was he was very into Native American history and he he went out of his way. He came from New York to our side of the United States and was very passionate about Native American studies. We were one of two reservations in our state and he chose our reservation to help because um we had the lowest SAT scores of the entire state which is you know >> and so he donated his time. We boosted up our SAT scores after that. Um but we were such a small minority. Um, my daughters are part Native American.
They're also of Mexican descent and tiny bit Irish. And so it was very beneficial to them. They're both doing very well.
They're both still working for the tribes. And they make more money than I do, unfortunately.
>> Well, no, that's good. That's good. I I want my kids to make >> it. It's great. But but hopefully they'll take care of me and not put me in a home.
But, you know, it's just I'm very appreciative of that. I know unfortunately I'm by listening to you guys, it's unfortunate that charter schools are going in that direction and it really disappoints me.
Um, but it was beneficial for my children and a lot of children that grew up on the reservation where we grew, where my kids grew up.
>> Yeah, absolutely. Well, Steph, thank you very much. I'm gonna get a bunch. We got about 20 minutes left here, so I'm going to get a bunch of people up. But thank you very much, Steph. It's all >> You guys have a good one today.
>> Pleasure.
>> You bet. Bye. Bye, honey.
>> Bye, guys.
>> Have a good question for you.
>> Yeah.
>> And I I'll make it quick. Um last year, everybody said I was crazy because I caught a whole I caught wind of a uh something that was going to happen at the White House. Well, they're setting the stage up now. What's your I don't have to even say it. What's your take on that nonsense?
>> Well, I told you earlier I told you earlier, trucker, that Idiocracy was supposed to be just a comedy movie.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. But you know, >> we're talking about UFC and and the event in front of the White House. And uh what do you expect from a tackless, tacky piece of [ __ ] He ruined the neighborhood. I want to tell you a story though. My brother, I'm in a text thing with my brother and a guy by the name of Monty Moyer. Monty Moyer was one of the founders of the group The Time, you know, came out of Prince and all that stuff.
>> Yes.
>> They put they put out a list of people who are going to be performing at the White House for that UFC event.
>> And on that group, well, no, no. On that group, it said Morris Day and the Time.
>> No way.
>> My friend, >> hold on. Hold on. Listen, listen. Um, my friend Monty is no longer in the group.
He retired from touring and that kind of stuff. So, he's not in the group and he's going, "What the [ __ ] is that?"
Well, why would Morris Day do that? And we're thinking, "Well, Morris Day is just grabbing whatever money he can get." And we were kind of upset about that. Morris Day comes out on X or whatever he does and he says, "Look, man, I was just told uh that I had to do some state affair state fair event with the Commodores."
And I said, "Sure." They didn't even tell him it was for the UFC event. And when he found out it was for >> when they found out that it was for the White House, of course, Moran, the time backed out. So, they have to trick people to come and perform at this [ __ ] thing.
>> That's exactly >> I'm so glad I asked you that. I'm so glad I asked you that question. What a load of croc that that is to do that.
>> That's hilarious.
>> Did you a couple of the other groups on the list?
>> Yeah, I saw them all. I can't remember them all.
>> Nicki Minaj.
No, that haven't been uh >> well, two that haven't been um relevant since what the late 80s, early 90s.
>> Vanilla Ice >> and Billy Vanilli.
>> Milly Vanilla. Are you [ __ ] They got the fake artist supporting the fake president. Is that what you're telling me?
>> One of Millie >> when one of one of Millie Vanilli isn't even alive anymore. I remember I saw them on on that poster that they they they were listed as part of the group.
>> They they were they were on the group. I I want to point something else out too.
There are people in the uh comments saying that their shit's freezing up and everybody's got a theory as to why they're freezing up. I think I can tell you why things are freezing up for some people because earlier on in this live I got a restriction for bullying. I don't know who I bullied here because I didn't.
>> You bullied me. Uh, so they well I don't think Tik Tok would would fault me in that. But um but but I'm sure they're restricting people getting in and they're [ __ ] with it because of this restrictions. It's it's just a it's ridiculous and it's a joke. And if it's glitching now, I will tell you this, later tonight into tomorrow morning, you can hear the whole thing on YouTube or Spotify or Substack and you won't get the glitching. So that's my guess. It's Tik Tok [ __ ] around because they gave me the stupid ass restrictions and I still have them.
I >> I blame British John, but that's his >> Oh, British. We haven't even brought him up yet. He's out there. He's He's out there. Um I'm going to pull up uh All right, let's see if this person comes up. They do not come up. Um, >> British John is down there playing to the crowd, by the way.
>> Yeah, I know. I know. I'm trying to get as little time for the end for him because he scares me. [ __ ] scares me.
And, uh, Jay's out there, too. And I I don't know. I don't know.
Oh, Jesus Christ. People I want to pull up that are new to this, they aren't coming up.
>> Where's optimistic?
>> Uh, I don't know. She was in the She was in there for a while. All right, I'm going to I'm going to pull in uh Jay temporarily and then I'm going to get rid of him before before British John comes in. So Jay, you got limited time. I'm not going to put you in the same room with British John. So >> yeah. All right. I'm kind of here. I'm I'm gonna I'm dialing it back on the jokes today. I know. Thank you know we all thank the Lord but >> I I don't know how you could dial it back more but go ahead.
>> Yeah. No I I I am actually here mostly to um call out someone that I saw in the comments of your podcast Eric cuz I was on one of your lives that got recorded for Tik Tok podcast. And somebody named Cone Joffford in the comments. Yeah I'm calling you out now. Cone Joffford, if you're watching this, said, "It's bad enough having to listen to that borish [ __ ] Jay on Boomer's podcast without having to hear him here." What do you want me to do there, Cron Joffford? Read [ __ ] Bible verses for you.
You want me to sing Kumbaya while making you some [ __ ] fairy cakes?
>> I don't think he does. No.
>> Wow.
So yeah, I just thought I'd come out here to just call that guy out cuz hopefully he or she watches this as well. So here's just for me to you. Cone Joffford, [ __ ] you. You don't have to watch this.
>> All righty then.
>> God damn. Okay, >> I'm going to drop I'm going to drop out before Tik Tok drops me, but I've said my bit. Thank you everybody.
>> All right. Thank you.
>> Okay.
>> I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm just glad. British John says, "Wow, someone was was pissed about the co-ay on their meds." You shut the [ __ ] up.
>> Come on, Jay. That's pretty funny, actually.
>> That is That is pretty funny, actually.
Cuz cuz I've been having insurance issues with my with my ADHD meds with Amazon.
>> That's about the best one that British John has told since I've been >> I agree with Trucker. That's one of his better jokes yet.
>> Yep.
>> I'm just, you know, Jay, I'm just glad we could be here for your personal feuds. Thank you for involving us.
>> Yeah. Peace.
>> Talk to you later.
See, I I like Jay a lot.
But Jesus Christ, I love how he said he's going to dial back the jokes. I I don't know he's ever told a joke, has he?
>> No. Well, >> you ever hear the expression, Mike coming in hot, right?
>> Coming in hot. No question about that.
>> He has jokes. You're just not good.
>> Yeah. American Spirit, how you doing?
What's on your mind?
>> Oh, can you hear me? Yeah, >> I can hear you.
>> Okay. Oh, nothing. Just Just hanging around, living the dream, just listening. You know >> what's pissing you off today?
>> Oh my gosh.
What What isn't pissing me off would probably be easier. Well, and you know, and I don't mean about your husband or your kids or anything. I mean generally speaking.
>> Oh, no. I mean like >> the gas the gas prices are fantastic.
Um, let's see. Got my tax bill the beginning of the week. Um, >> Ted Cruz got gas. Ted Cruz got gas for $3.99 a gallon and he's bragging about it.
>> Oh, wow.
>> For God's sakes. Well, and then this whole the whole um tacky thing that's going on at the White House, I just >> Are you going?
>> Hell no. Hell no.
>> They told you it was just a state fair.
>> Huh?
>> Well, we were talking about it before how some of these acts that are supposed to be entertaining there aren't told that it's for the White House or for Donald Trump or for the UFC. It's just some state fair event and then and and then they have to back out of it.
>> That's what I'm saying. I I they they have to lie so much. Like there's just it's it's like everybody's Oh, we're winning. We're winning. What are we winning? We're not winning [ __ ] Like nobody's winning anything. I >> No, >> it it's it's the biggest crack of [ __ ] I've like I mean and I'm not I'm not like super old or anything like that, but I mean this is like so unheard of everything and just I I feel like I'm living in this like different alternative world every day. There's so much [ __ ] that that goes on and I I really hope >> that they're they're they're thinking I really hope I mean I do know that there were a few people that I knew that like voted for Trump and stuff and they're just like he's an embarrassment. He's this. He's that. And it's like I just you you could ask them what what made you think that way now? Like what is it that that just totally broke why you think that way? and they really can't give you an answer. And that pisses me off.
>> They're just >> It just pisses me off.
>> You got to be relieved though, American Spirits. You got to be be relieved that they're finally going to do a criminal investigation into Eugene Carol. Jeez, it's about time.
>> Oh my god. Oh yeah. Well, no. And that and that's and that and that's sad. I mean, it's just like all this stuff that just it it's just none of it makes any sense. I mean, and and if people can't see that and see that this guy is just on a tour of vengeance and hatefulness and just to keep going and going and going, I I don't know, man. I I >> don't forget the grifting.
>> Oh [ __ ] Well, good lord. That that he he's done that his whole [ __ ] life. I mean that he hasn't I mean any of these shows you watch of that guy the one especially where he didn't want it to show it. I can't remember what it was now but I mean God makes so much sense. You just watch it and you're just like it that's him like he's >> Yeah.
>> And and how he has gotten away with it.
Like how he has actually he's one man.
One man.
like get rid of him.
>> Well, he see the thing is he's one man, but he's got uh 500 people in Congress on their knees abiding by anything he says. And I include the Democrats in that too, to a certain extent, not all of them.
>> Uh these people have allowed him to continue to do some of the stupidest [ __ ] in the history of this country, and they need to be held accountable when this is all >> Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. And I mean I I think about I think about that Marjorie Taylor Green and them and they, you know, retired or got their pensions and all that [ __ ] And it's like they were all complicit. They were all back in his ass. You know, not one of them wanted to kick him out the first time.
So it's like, you know, you can't sit there now and be like, "Oh, well, you know, we messed up." Not No, no. You knew this [ __ ] back then and you didn't do anything. You just sat there and watched that [ __ ] happen. Hey Spirit, can I tell you something that's really going to piss you off?
>> Oh, so >> so today I was reading um TJ. Yes, I was reading um >> that's a lie. That's a lie.
>> But your mouth But your mouth was moving. Right.
>> Exactly. Go ahead.
>> Um they said that the people that took that um uh god damn it, the the the payout to to resign, I'm sorry, to retire.
>> Oh, yeah. and they say, "Hey, if you retire, you know, early, we'll give you x amount of dollars for so many years, blah, blah, blah. You'll keep your benefits and your pension." Well, they just and they just snuck something in the law or one of their bills, excuse me, that strips that.
>> Wow.
>> The people who >> That's a surprise.
>> Yeah, exactly. They called it the old bait and switch. So the people who decided to take that early leave of absence were set for 5 years plus the retirement and all the other BS. Well, they snuck in a bill that says, "Yeah, we can't afford that now.
They're pissed.
>> So you're saying >> so you're saying >> like they're not going to get their stuff or >> Marjorie Taylor get her pension. What he's saying is the people in in in government, not the politicians, but the people that, you know, when they were going to fire people, they said, "Well, you know, you can leave and we'll pay out this and do this." Uh, but can you imagine somebody cut a deal financially with Donald Trump and he regged on it?
They [ __ ] thought.
>> And they they had the audacity to sneak it into a bill. They didn't just somebody saw it in the building and they was like, "Wait a minute. What the hell am I looking at?" That's hilarious.
>> Wow. Yeah. I >> I don't know. I I you know, my my big thing is I I I heard them saying, you know, like if if and when we can change and it'll be in a, you know, maybe Democrats, you know, are in office and hold the House and all that, you know. I mean, I would I would think that major I mean, granted, yes, everything that he's doing is just absolutely unfathomable as far as I'm concerned. I mean, just what he's doing at the the in Washington DC alone and and painting the the pool and doing unbelievable. I've been there. I was there. I've seen all that stuff. It was it it was beautiful.
I I don't know what he wants everything to look like other than just straight up tacky. But um I think that our biggest thing needs to be like we need to worry about us as a country and our people and not worry about all the gold crap and all that stuff. And yes, take his name down, who gives a crap, whatever. But >> don't sit there and put millions and millions and millions of dollars into the stuff to try to change it right off the bat. I mean, until they can figure out where all that money came from and how he used it to do all that, that's when they need to start saying, "Okay, well, this person's going to pay this [ __ ] back. This person's going to pay this [ __ ] back. We're going to get these people and they're going to pay this crap back and and they're going to fix everything that they've broken, but it's going to take forever." I mean, what he's done in two years is my kids' kids will and kids will probably never It's unbelievable. It is unbelievable.
>> You know, when we went over and watched our one-year-old grandchild, he's going to be one on Sunday. Um, we'll watch him. We'll be in the living room in a dining room that's all cordoned off and he's got his toys and mom will put all the toys away. within 15 minutes it's a mess. There's there's toys everywhere and it takes another half hour to clean that up. That ain't nothing compared to what you're going to find with Donald Trump in the White House in Congress with the financial things. It is going to be uh unprecedented profound mess that's you're right uh it's going to take forever to clear it up. And instead of trying to rush around and try to fix things really quickly, we need to be pretty uh mechanical about how we do it to make sure we do it right and make sure it never happens again. Uh it's going to be a lot of work and I think people are going to get impatient, but we don't have any choice. We let it go this long. I mean, if you let your grass go for three months, it's going to take longer to mow that [ __ ] than if you do it a week. So, we've got to be ready for a lot of work and a lot of time.
Right. Right. I mean, I I I I agree. I just hope that it's not like a they start wanting to do this and do that and, you know, it's just like let it go for now until we can get all the crazy nonsense and things kind of back to normal somewhat. Figure out what he got rid of with the Doge and all those things. I just >> the only the only >> the only phrase I don't want to hear is well it's time to move on and let the country heal. [ __ ] that. We need some accountability. That's the way the country is going to heal.
>> Absolutely. Yeah. I'm not buying that at all.
>> For sure. Right.
>> Oh, American Spirit, thank you very much. We're going to wrap things up here shortly and I've got a uh I've got British John ready to come make it weird. Uh >> oh. All right, I'll drop down.
>> All right, thank you.
>> Thanks.
>> American spirit. All right, let's see who else is out there. There's Okay, >> that ties to something I said before.
>> Yeah, >> when Democrats get power again, we need to do what Doge should have been and get forensic accountants who are going to take a while in here to go over all the books and figure out where the hell the money went and how the [ __ ] they did all this.
Absolutely. Absolutely. British John, you're here. Uh and I'll give you the same thing I gave uh Jay. First of all, I made sure Jay wasn't here when you were here. Uh take it easy on us. I I more than a decade ago, Pam Bondi took $25,000 to drop a fraud case against Trump. Then she [ __ ] him. Jay's mom will do it for less. And to be fair, she does deliver.
Well, British Sean, since you bring up Pam Bondi, I I've got something to ask you. Pam Bondi is scheduled to testify in front of the oversight committee on the 29th. If you're listening tonight, two days away. If you're listening during the podcast, it's tomorrow. She's scheduled to come. She's no longer the AG. And the wild card in this thing, she's got thyroid cancer. How do you think that's all going to shake out?
>> I don't think we're going to be able to hear her testimony.
Yeah.
>> I'm like the like the only other way of getting her to be quiet, you can't put on C-SPAN.
>> Yeah.
>> Oh my god. British John, >> she's still going to be more uh understandable even with the thyroid cancer than RFK Jr.
>> Look, I'm I'm I'm I'm going to I'm going to talk about Miss Miss Bondi in a minute. First of all, Mike, thank you for having me. Boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, I am back. I am at full strength, which is dangerous, which is why I'm glad I'm probably last. Um, >> you are last.
>> The the the surgery um the surgery is complete. I I saw my surgeon today. Um I can start uh I can talk. Uh obviously my wife is incredibly disappointed. Um she's disappointed on many levels. I turned >> No, I know. I I turned 50 yesterday and all she wanted was to be a young widow.
Um, so just just just just saying. Uh, but no, I I I I I finally for the I've been a bit bit subdued of late and I finally feel uh I I can be me if if I might, Mike. So, um, look, let's let's let's get to it. Today, Trump had his third annual physical. His third annual.
I know you guys aren't good at English, but let me help you understand how that was. He turns 80 in 3 weeks. The man is running a shooting war with Iran, missiles, dead soldiers, a war he started while they were still at the negotiating table. And the headline is whether his cognitive test scores are a perfect 30. It does. It always is. The doctor works for him. Did you see the preparations, Mike, for the UFC fight on the White House Lord? It is going to be a festival. And if it's going to be a festival, then they need to put a guillotine in the ring. It would be the most historically accurate thing this administration has ever done. Melania, have some [ __ ] cake. Have some cake.
Just saying.
>> Sounds like their horse back.
>> Jeez.
>> And then here we are. We've got Ken Paxton who has just won his Senate primary impeached by his own party. His wife left him, Mike, on biblical grounds. My wife would leave me if we ran out of coffee grounds. Trump endorsed him. So we, ladies and gentlemen, you need to start giving your money to Taler Rico, a Hispanic name on a guy so white his middle name might as well be Chipotle. I am glad. I am glad that Pam Bondi has cancer. Let me be clear. If you're recording this, I am glad. And when she's dead, she won't be able to hurt any more innocent people.
I'm sorry. Those were the president's words, boys and girls, about Robert Müller. Bronze Star, Purple Heart.
Rescued his men under fire. No burns bone spurs. Trump posted good. I'm glad he said that is the bar, the actual bar for the most powerful office in the human history and a man who doesn't go to bars because he doesn't drink. That is only one of the things that's wrong with him. And look, Mike, I have not said anything bad and I am not going to say anything bad about Charlie Clerk.
Let me be clear. I saw the other day somebody had Charlie's face tattooed on his body. I want to say that is a complete lack of commitment. A complete lack of commitment. I got the full memorial scar. Anyho, um I am I am 50 years young, which means boys and girls, I have been alive for the worst 50 of America's 50 250 history. Okay? And I I mean and I am including as a British person the start of this little escapade. Let's be clear. Let's be clear. The reason you have a history is because we wrote it down for you. We know you're not good with words. Okay?
So, ladies and gentlemen, remember you threw the har the tea in the harbor over taxes and you ended up with the most expensive healthcare in the world. Well [ __ ] done. And a veteran who cheers at dead veterans. Happy 251st.
>> Yeah. No [ __ ] So, do you think Pam Bandandy shows up on the 29th?
>> Oh, god. Yeah. I I I first of all, we know she's likely to be disparred in in Florida. Um, and I I it is it is the um it is I say it's the lack of cognitive dissidence, but that's kind of the Republican brand at this point. And it's not even the Republicans. Here's the thing. I am so looking forward politically to the next couple of months because everybody that Trump had primaried is still in office for another couple of months and they they have demonstrated >> months they've got >> Mhm. and and and they have demonstrated that there be no loyalty at this point.
Like they have I believe the phrase is help me out on this one TJ no more [ __ ] to give. Um that it's and and it's accurate.
>> It is. It's it's just a beautiful thing to watch. It it really is. Um I mean there's going to be no ballroom and no room for his balls. Um, there's going to be they're pretty small, so I think >> I think Mike Johnson is copying >> Not at his age.
>> I'm not being funny.
>> I think Mike Johnson I think Mike Johnson is copying them copying them to keep them safe.
>> I know. He's more like a bridesmaid in that case cuz I know as an old man they tend to drag behind you.
>> Yeah.
>> Um, my left one is actually in a different zip code right now. But um no, it is a um uh Tucker, you're just showing up cuz your dick's in a different your dick's in a different zip code. All right. No, stop flexing like that.
>> Wow.
>> Uh now, now now the African-American goes quiet.
Yeah. Um so, >> hey, you told me to stop flexing, you know.
>> No, be funny. Say I'm seeing all the DMs coming to me right now, boys and girls.
Yes, I am feeling much better. How did you know?
Um, yeah, it's these are these are he's not even eng he's he's unlikely at this point to even get a reconciliation bill through.
>> That's how badly he's [ __ ] up is like and you only get to do that it it is like sex. You only get to do that once a year.
>> Oh, is that that's right? Yeah, it's just one time, right? Well, well, well, Melania is certainly not giving any on the anniversary. She's still, you know, she once she got the green card, she was done, >> but um her contract, her problems. No, it it this is um >> yeah, these are >> this is going to steadily get worse.
This is steadily going to get worse.
He's going to fail more. Like I've said, he's spiraling the toilet. He's he's swirling the toilet and the crash is coming. I just wish it would hurry up.
I mean, you don't want to rush this. You don't want to rush the side effects of tertiary syphilis. You want to enjoy them. Okay, that is there. Is is there anything is there anything? I mean, I know people are having a hard time. All right. And and and I and I I get it. Um and to all the people who are defending the gas prices as the price price we pay for freedom in Iran not having uh nuclear weapons, I would remind you Iran has been two weeks away from having nuclear weapons for 30 years.
>> Just saying.
>> I got a um I got I got a question for you, John. Um uh Donald Trump says we saved he saved us from nuclear weapons in Iran.
>> Yes. Do doesn't Iran still have the uranium?
>> How do we save her?
>> Well, um and and only do they not also have because they did actually send one of their spiky missiles >> um towards uh Garcia uh in the Indian Ocean, uh which is a little island that the Brits still own, which we lease to the Americans. It's where they base the um the B2s uh when they're needed. And um you know, we didn't know they had that. So, you know, way to go with intelligence. Um, and I am allowed to mock the American intelligence system because I used to be part of it. So, um, I'm saying you're dumber because I had to. Ironically, I can't be part of it now that I'm an American. There you go.
That's what logic looks like, boys and girls. That's what logic looks like. Um, John's no longer got John lost his security clearance to work with America when he became an American.
>> Wow.
>> Yeah. Well, I we knew it was going to happen, but um what I'm really what I mean, and by the way, I am donating uh I'll be clear about this. I'm I'm intending to donate quite a lot of money to California uh in the near future. Uh let me explain how that works. Um we have a $1.776 billion slush fund being created as I understand it for those people that were subjected to the American government large investigation.
Well, that would include me getting my citizenship and being subjected to all of that. So, I will be fined my claim >> and and the best part of that is Gavin Newsome has said that it will be taxed at 100%. So, I'm like, cool, tax me and I will get the I'll get the right down as well. I mean, I don't need the money, but I will take the right off. I'm nice like that. Um, it is um uh um Pete Bmpton. That was a brave attempt at a sentence. First of all, I I like that. I mean, you got words, you got consonant, you got vowels, not necessarily in an order that makes sense to anybody with an IQ above room temperature.
>> A Please don't block them before I finish the insult.
>> No, I'm trying this dumbass comment. I can't even understand it. You're pissed off. You're pre procedence of how you think we feel. God save America. [ __ ] America being sub.
I mean, it's it's it's a brave attempt at a sentence that uh for for any 9-year-old that's using his mom's Tik Tok.
>> And and and he apparently has an aversion to punctuation because I don't know if that's a sentence or or or just one of Donald Trump's cognitive tests.
>> I thought I was pissed off in it.
I can't understand it.
Yeah, exactly. TJ, you say I can't read.
You know, this is why I can't read. Look at that garbage.
>> Yeah. Um I I it is it is interesting. I I'm I'm speaking at uh I'm speaking at the Black Hat security conference in August and they they they rang me the other day and asked me if I want to do a second session talking about the um about the spectrum relationship between America and what's called the Fire intelligence service. And I said, "Well, if you've got 30 seconds, I can crowbar it in cuz it's not anything these days."
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. Absolutely. uh to just to just to hear all these Trumpians that I appreciate, boys and girls, if any of you in the comments, all right, out there listening that that your that your personal identity is invested heavily in this person, all right, because this guy was going to do right by you. He was for the first time in your American life, he was going to be the person that stood up for you. And I understand, I truly do.
I'm not mocking you at this point. That comes in a minute. I understand why you felt that way because so many people were left behind and and and and allowed to fall behind.
But this man is only in office because he didn't want to go to prison. He is not there for you. He is there for him and his family and the legacy of an old man who is scared of death. I I I'm sorry that you feel that you have to defend this guy because when he's gone, he is gone. There is no Maka does not live on without him. JD Vance is not going to be the next Marco Rubio is probably not even going to get a job at Chipotle. Okay, he is >> um he wouldn't even get a board seat at Rathon at this point. Okay, thank God he he'd probably retire as governor of Cuba the way things are going. But it's it's it's these things this >> history is not going to forget this and and and anybody we we are going to need while you guys are talking about prosecutions and audits and we should do what Doge was going to do and and and don't get me wrong on a level they should but what we really do need we need to look at the at what South Africa did with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. It did far more. It happened so long ago now that people don't really remember it. But I was there for it. I lived in South Africa for for what eight months. I I started computer associate security practices down there in Joberg and in Sand Santon and and Randberg.
That was a country that was truly racially broken. I mean literally aparttheide that's what it means. and and Nelson Mandela, Desmond Tutu, the ANC came to the point they said, "Yes, we are overwhelmingly in power. We have a super super super majority, but we are not going to inflict it on people. We accept that we were down. We accept that we are up, but we will rule together." If you haven't watched the film, cuz I appreciate none of, you know, Americans don't do, but go and watch the film with um uh Goodwill Hunting and um uh uh uh Oh my god. Tucker, what does the guy who looks better than you and sounds better than you sound like? Name? Um >> that's quite a list.
>> I don't think he's up here.
>> You talking about Morgan Freeman?
>> Thank you very much. Morgan Freeman. Go watch the Morgan Freeman film. It would sound racy if I had talked to anybody else. Yeah, Matt Damon, thank you. I was I'm 50. I don't do names anymore. I do sign language. Um yeah, go and watch that film about how they brought Africa back together through rugby, a shared thing. And it's actually more real. Um and and I think we should do that. We should play rugby north versus south. No helmets.
>> Yeah, I like it. I like it. Uh, well, we got the UFC event, so that's going to be a bring a great time to bring America together.
>> I am I am I am I am I am wondering if I should angle for a ticket on that. I do have the connections with with um I have two very famous friends who will be going to that. I I I have considered asking for a a a pass on that one. Um, >> well, you know what we could do, British Sean? We could do uh you either you could do a live or I could do a live and bring you in and uh >> Yeah, you're not clearance on that [ __ ] >> I I I don't think you remember who my friends are on that one, TJ. Um, you know, one of my friends is probably one of the commentators, let's be clear.
>> Mhm. Yeah.
>> Well, they as long as they don't check your social media.
Um, that could be a problem. That could be a problem. Um, >> that's what I'm saying.
>> Service clearance.
>> Yeah. Well, no. The thing is I I have that that's an issue. They're going to they'll flag my number and they'll be like, "Oh, that guy had that clearance."
Whether they dig after that green card in your pocket when you go, John, >> I don't have one anymore. I had to surrender it. I have no I have no green card. I'm a proper American now. It's, you know, >> it may be the last time we hear a British job.
>> As as I said, this as I said, this this this accent got me a green card and now it's an insurance policy.
>> Yeah. No [ __ ] >> [ __ ] >> But no, these are um you know that phrase, may you live in interesting times. No, I want to live in boring times. I wonder >> it's been too interesting for too long.
>> Um just just just on another level. and and you know, all the people telling me how bad things are back in the UK.
Honestly, I don't care. I've got my own demons to deal with right now. Um, >> I'm I'm ready to apologize to the king and see if I can get a spot cuz this is getting ridiculous.
>> Here's the thing. I I I have no doubt.
I I I have been thinking about this because um I I I started up my own or three new businesses in the past couple of months.
Um, and and my reasons for doing it are solely, and I'm honest about this, is to create a um $5 million um fund for my daughter. That's it. That's the only reason I'm doing it. I don't need the money, but I'm worried about I I don't want her to have to make bad choice or her to have only bad choices at some point in the future because my job will be replaced by AI. I know that.
I have no idea what this, you know, the generation of 10-year-olds, you know, are going to be doing in the future.
>> Yeah.
>> And I and I I say this because now my that is my only reason to be here. And and the reason I say that is we do need I'm afraid to say we do need a recession. We do need to make housing affordable again. We do need this next the next generations do need an opportunity to buy into the stock market. Like the only reason we have the wealth we have is because some of us had the ability to buy into the market when it declined in 2008, >> right?
>> Um, you know, these things have to be sickable. And my worry is that the government is going to do it absolute damnedest to prop up um this generation of I'm sorry to say this, Mike, but old decrepit people. Um, what was that?
>> What was that banging in the background by the way, boys? And you Someone was getting a banging at your house. Um, you bastard.
