[00:00:00]The giving little kids phones really is another one that that jumps out at me as far as parenting from fear because I think a lot of people are, you know, little Johnny doesn't want to be the only kid that has a phone and I don't want him to be embarrassed and like blah blah blah blah blah. So, you're making a decision based on fear because you don't want your kid to not like you or not approve of you or whatever.

[00:00:30]>> Look you looking at that and saying, I will not do that from fear. Take a minute. Don't just don't just respond to something when you're asked. Get curious about why it makes you feel a certain type of way and then respond from the place of what's important to you in raising your kids instead of the fear of them not fitting in with everyone else.
