[00:00:07]>> We're here at this dedication for this brand new Ten Commandments monument in Rockwell, Texas. I'm Mike Barry with First Liberty Institute. Uh what a fantastic event, beautiful weather, a great turnout, and uh just a great opportunity to recognize the important role that the Ten Commandments have played in American history and tradition. Uh I was invited here to give remarks on the legality and the constitutionality of the ten commandments. Uh I reminded our guests that in 2005 the US Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of a ten commandments monument just like this one uh at the Texas State Capital in Austin.

[00:00:42]And and I also made sure that everybody knew that if this Ten Commandments monument is ever challenged in court, First Liberty will be there to help defend it because Ten Commandments monuments just like this one are absolutely constitutional.
