UPDATE: WHAT HAPPENED IN COURT TODAY, 5 29 26, AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT | PEOPLE V HOLLY JOHNSON

[00:00:22]All right, guys. Thanks again for joining me. I am here to give you guys an update on what I was able to find out about Holly Johnson's court appearance today, May 29th. For me, I'm just going to start off by saying this. It is some good news.

[00:00:46]Yes, it is because she is still locked up. Okay. So, we're going to go over what happened today in court. Um, again, based on what I was able to find out, as well as what is the next expected step in this process. As I stated, she is still locked up. And I'm going to go ahead and show you guys just the the details here, but her next court date is July 23rd. That is damn near two months out. A lot of us have still been asking, is she pregnant or not? If she is, it is likely that she may end up having that baby right there. while she is waiting on what the Illinois Supreme Court will do. Now, I did search to see if there were any documents uploaded at this time and as of right now, um the last thing is that PLA, which is the petition to leave, and we know that the state filed that petition, sorry about that, to leave um with the Illinois Supreme Court. They want them to review the appellet court's decision. And what's happening now, again, it is in the Supreme Court's hand. And right now, what they will do is decide on whether to grant or deny that petition.

[00:02:27]Okay. Um, and I hope that they deny it.

[00:02:32]So, the state again went above and beyond the appellet court because they recommended that Holly be released on uh pre-trial release or bond or whatever the case may be. And the state said, "Yeah, no, we going to take this all the way up the ladder." So, while this case is currently in the Supreme Court screening phase, because that's what they're doing, they are reading that PLA very carefully. They are going to read the state's answer if that is filed.

[00:03:11]They will also read the reply if Holly's lawyer has already filed that. And then it goes to the law clerks. They're going to prepare memos. The case will then be placed on a conference list that is like a a wait list. And um I'm just again happy with the twomon out date as far as her next appearance because that's just letting me know they are all taking this serious as they should. I know Holly say what she would never do, but the reality is Roma was un alive. Period. Point blank. And I am happy to see the state fighting for Roa. And I am praying that the Supreme Court really really takes a deep look into everything that happened.

[00:04:12]You guys already know how I feel about low down lows. And I feel that he should be locked up as well. There's a lot going on online. I heard about petitions that's being filed and and all of that when it comes to low down lows. And I just hope that it's coming down the pipeline for him. I don't care about Holly. I really don't because she should not have done what she did. However, two women were the ones that experienced the most brutal. And we know that Roma really experienced the most brutal of Carlos's actions because she's no longer here. But even though I don't like Holly, she has as well. Her ass is in jail. Difference is she's alive.

[00:05:06]difference is she calls the actions as far as why she is where she is. But make no mistake about it, Krylos is, was, and will forever be the middleman, the instigator, the the one that thought he was the because he had two women basically, I don't want to say fighting over him because we know Romeica was done, but she was his first child's mother.

[00:05:38]and Holly unfortunately wanted to be the last woman standing and she is. However, she's in jail where she belongs. Um, but the two possible outcomes, guys, when it comes to the Supreme Court looking at this, uh, I'm going to go with the lesser of the two just for my sake. If they uh if the leave to appeal is granted, then the Illinois Supreme Court will file an official docket number. There is a number now. That number is 11. Let's see if I still have it up. My apologies. It don't matter. But they have filed a number, but I'm not sure if that is the official number. That's the number right now as far as Holly being on that weight list. That number is 133178.

[00:06:42]So again, that is the weightless number.

[00:06:45]But if they do grant that leave to appeal, then again, they'll file an official court doc number. The court orders will then go through full briefing. Uh the case will move toward an oral argument and then a final Supreme Court opinion will eventually be issued. Now this timeline can take two to six months after that official filing. Sometimes it can go faster if there is urgency. No urgency on my part.

[00:07:23]And I know I'm not involved, but yeah, take your time. Okay. Uh sometimes it can go longer than two to six months. Uh if the court is waiting on anything else like a related case or or something like that. Um the other possible outcome, they can deny that leave to appeal. And if they do that, then the appellet court's ruling becomes final. Holly will be released on bond. The mandate issues.

[00:07:55]Any stay automatically dissolves and the case will then return back to trial court for whatever the appellet ruling requires. So yeah, I wanted to read that one second because we do not want that at all. Um not much else right now guys.

[00:08:18]Uh again, that good news though, that good news is she is still locked up and will not go back to court unless the Supreme Court makes a ruling in these two months. She won't be back in court until July the 23rd.

[00:08:44]I want her to spend more July 23rd and more May 29th uh uh uh every year going forward. That's just me. You know, I can't help but to think about that post and I had it saved here in StreamYard, but I deleted it of, you know, Holly bragging about all the holiday outfits that her and Carlos and their child would be wearing. Let us not forget that was um Thanksgiving.

[00:09:15]We know she didn't get an opportunity to wear uh matching outfits for Christmas.

[00:09:22]She didn't get the opportunity to wear that matching outfit with low down low for New Year's. What's next? Valentine's Day. What just passed? Mother's Day. Uh second Mother's Day for her in jail. Is that not crazy? But no matching outfit, child style. And then we know Memorial Day just passed. So, um it is what it is. Again, I have zero pity.

[00:09:52]Unfortunately, there are a lot of um young impressionable minds, and Holly is over 30, so she not that young, that fall for the okey. She fell for the okey. And I don't know about her, I would be pissed if I was locked up and this negro is still out and about and I don't know what she going to do. But uh baby, according to some of the things that I've been able to read and see online, uh will Holly flip the script and try to get lo to lessen her time?

[00:10:30]Uh I don't know. I want that. Let me say that. I do want that. However, I don't want less time for her. I want him locked up. I want Holly to stay locked up for the rest of their life. Period.

[00:10:42]Point blank. But anyway, as I find out information, guys, you guys know I will come back and let you know what's going on. Um, the official court docs should be up hopefully by Monday. I still owe you guys uh combing through the files from May 18th. I got all of that. So, we'll go through them together. If they are lengthy, then yeah, I'll have to split it up. [00:11:51]You know what I mean? uh we don't want them to deny that because if they deny it then that means again that that appellet court ruling is final and I don't know how they got there anyway but I want to end this off by saying as always justice for Roma Rica the people still talking we don't care what folks are saying we want justice um for you and for you being unal alive and taken from your family and your son and uh yeah, we not stopping until there is a conviction.
