This country was founded on freedom of religion, freedom from religion, and the freedom to practice your own spiritual journey with the God of your choosing. The United States of America has not now nor ever been a Christian nation. It's been a country that was founded on not having to specifically worship at the Anglican Church. It was founded to be a place of choice when it came to your spiritual journey. So I posit that you cannot rededicate something to that which it was never dedicated to in the first place.
