[00:00:14]California has an interest to bring you into their forums, to force you to come down and speak to their medical board, to speak to their well, potentially criminal courts if it was really bad. Um but you know, to speak to their local courts and to have to enter into that system. So um a very complex concept that we learn in law school, you know, civil procedure, local procedure.

[00:00:40]It also brings back trauma from the bar exam, but uh there is a local state interest to have disputes that originate locally resolved locally. So that's why we do that.
