[00:11:23]So what do you think is there a solution and in terms of uh circulation of money for those who are in Kenya let us know how is the circulation of money and when you compare this to the infrastructure status I'm sure there is uh some connectivity to it and also So it is related to the global scenes the what is happening globally.
