[00:02:27]It's kind of here, but it's not.

I realized that when you do the thing you love to do the universe will take care of you. It's very simple and it's very true and it works for everyone, including you. That even rhymes. Deep divers, your grind is about to pay off. Don't stop now. The truth is, deep divers, the miracle happens at the same moment you want to call it a day.

[00:06:08]That's my ego. I should be doing this because I love to do it." Ever since that moment, I've realized that it's a privilege to be here. It's a privilege just to Woah! Breathe in that good ass prana, baby. Everything else is a bonus.

[00:10:08]Most people don't want to sacrifice their weekend to make a video, to create content because it takes time, it cuts into your day. You could be out with friends, you could be in the park, on the beach. Now you got to edit a video, but I realize one thing.

[00:10:27]Because I'm going to do something today my future self is going to thank me for.

[00:10:55]The truth is, deep divers, sometimes you're going to want to throw in the towel. The truth is, sometimes you're going to doubt yourself. You're going to cuss yourself out. Don't do that.

[00:11:07]When your eyes are on the prize, when you are immersed in what you truly know you came here to do, a way will be made for you. The seas will part ways and you will be victorious. Deep divers, sometimes you can be in a period where nothing is happening.

[00:12:30]I'm going to I'm going to need this fuel, because we're we're about to climb Mount Everest right now.

[00:12:36]But if you want to go to the top, you need the right tools.

[00:12:44]And that means healthy eating. That means the right mindset, because the truth is deep divers, it's all mental.

That it stops before the finish line and it dozes. It falls asleep. The tortoise is going so slowly, but it crosses the finish line because that's the secret of perseverance, determination, resilience.
