Rethinking Aging and Physical Decline

[00:00:00]I think the idea that we once had is not fully true. Meaning just that you're like on this rapid decline like after the age of 35. I feel like that was a thing when I but like you're seeing older and older people do stuff.

[00:00:22]>> [laughter] >> Yeah, I that's my I think that's my new obsession is finding people who are in older ages but still doing the things they love. So dancing. I watched guys another I guess cuz I'm roller skating the theme recently that like that keeps popping up on my my feed. There's like track and field. They have the division for like 40 and above, 60 and above.

[00:00:42]Like I'm looking at these guys run. I'm like, "They're running at speeds that like I can run at now." They're which is like crazy.
