[00:00:04]Donald Trump, his foundation, the governor of Florida, and others have all been sued by residents of Miami claiming that Donald Trump's land grab, which effectively stole a $300 million 2.63 acre parcel to use for his his Trump Hotel and Convention Center and Library, is nothing more than a violation of the domestic emoluments clause under the Constitution.
