The video offers a provocative critique of how modern institutions redefine professional standards as "white supremacy" to sustain a narrative of systemic bias. However, its attempt to replace sociological explanations with controversial cognitive theories risks oversimplifying the complex roots of social disparity.

The demand for racism in Britain and America always outstrips supply, which is why we manufacture it
Added:Never again.
One of the things which ordinary people notice is that racial prejudice and things such as white supremacy have in reality all but vanished from the modern world.
In Britain 50 years ago gangs of white youths used to go out bashing as it was called.
Chasing young Asians and beating them up.
In the United States black churches were bombed and African Americans were denied to vote.
All this was within living memory or at any rate I can remember when it was so.
The state of affairs these days could hardly be more different.
And yet curiously enough we hear far more about racism and white supremacy than ever before.
Even though there is hardly any of it about.
Why is this?
At a time when we have managed to eradicate so much of the overt racial prejudice and ensure that black people now enjoy a quality of opportunity and indeed are encouraged as never before.
Why do we hear so much about living in a racist society and white privilege and all the rest of it?
On the face of it this is odd.
But not when you look below the surface.
For one thing racism and white supremacy no longer mean what they did in the 1950s and 1960s.
White supremacy once meant lynching the Ku Klux Klan, burning crosses on black people's lawns, dynamite tossed into black churches and segregated housing and schools, the denial of the franchise and a host of other awful things.
These have all vanished.
And in their place, we find Well, perhaps viewers would like to know just what white supremacy is defined as these days by black people and the left.
>> [snorts] >> Prepare for one or two surprises.
In the description to this video, I give you a link to the so-called Mass Action Toolkit.
Mass is an acronym for Museums as Sites for Social Action.
And this set of principles is now used by almost every museum, library, and art gallery in North America.
It is designed to dismantle white supremacy and stop it being perpetuated in museums.
I might mention that the Mass Action Toolkit is also in use in Britain.
So, what is meant by white supremacy?
How are we to dismantle it?
We are told on page 175, and I give a link in the description to this video to the Mass Action Toolkit.
So, I advise viewers to click on it and follow what I'm saying. On page 175, under the heading Understand White Supremacy, we read as follows.
Use this resource to develop an awareness of the characteristics of white supremacy.
Perfectionism, sense of urgency, and defensiveness, quantity over quality, worship of the written word, paternalism, either-or thinking, power hoarding, fear of open conflict, individualism, progress is bigger more, objectivity, and the right to comfort.
I think it's fair to say that many viewers would be surprised to hear that that's what passes for white supremacism these days.
You run through this and translate it into English for those viewers who are normal human beings.
Perfectionism means getting things right. So, for example, producing perhaps a document in which the spelling and grammar are perfectly correct.
For most of us, this is a default setting.
That is to say that we will have no spelling mistakes at all.
Expecting this of black colleagues means that one is exerting white supremacy.
Urgency is sometimes replaced with punctuality.
It means turning up to work on time and finishing jobs within a given time frame.
Routine for most of us, but again, when expected from black employees, it is an infallible sign of white supremacy at work.
Worship of the written word means respecting insulting book rather than using our feelings or emotions.
Either or thinking means what most of us call logic.
That is to say thinking sensibly and sequentially in order to judge different points of view.
Don't try and use logical and coherent thought around black people. It's almost as bad as planting a burning cross outside their house.
Fear of open conflict means trying to get along with people and avoid rows in the workplace. This seems to us a very desirable state of affairs, but does tend to repress black people.
Objectivity, that is to say relying upon fact rather than opinions and feelings is kryptonite for black people at least according to this document.
Most of us strive to be objective and not let our personal emotions cloud our judgement but this is because we are white supremacists always seeking to do down the black man and return him to a state of subservience.
Viewers might wonder why this nonsense has been dreamt up but the answer is actually very simple.
Racism and white supremacy are as I say in very short supply these days.
The demand for racism in the west always outstrips supply and for that reason it must be manufactured like this.
There may be no lynchings or segregated schools these days but white supremacists are still demanding that black people turn up for work on time and do their jobs properly striving for perfection like all other employees.
They're also expected to avoid open conflict in the workplace.
That is to say shouting and brawling with those with whom they work.
More white supremacism right there.
Here is why this is being done.
70 years ago when black people in Britain and the United States were definitely discriminated against and had fewer opportunities than white people in education employment and housing and so on it was confidently asserted it was in fact an article of faith among liberals and left wingers that if only equality of opportunity were to be achieved and black people given access to the same educational opportunities as everybody else then they would naturally rise to the same level as white people.
They would as a matter of course do as well at school and university.
The only thing holding them back was racism and white supremacy.
Well, all the barriers have now been dismantled and yet the so-called academic attainment gap remains as great now as it was 60 or 70 years ago.
Black people still score differently on intelligence test.
They still struggle to get into good universities. Once they are there they find it much harder than white people to gain first class degrees.
There are still plenty of black athletes and hardly any black brain surgeons.
If it were not for the excuse of white supremacy, one might suppose that the academic attainment gap were a natural phenomenon rather than a product of sociological inequality.
Maintaining the illusion of white supremacy and a racist society is therefore vitally necessary.
It is a fig leaf covering the reality of ethnic and racial differences in cognitive ability and enables us to avoid confronting the reality of race.
