[00:00:00]We are making major progress on this one of one Talbert Macho Rancho Super Impressor DX combo. In the last episode, we finished this corner section. We've got all this tied in on the outside and the inside and we just need to complete this. In this episode, we are going to start on this inside section and try and get most of this corner sorted. [00:00:38]So today is all about this section down here. We're going to tie this into this.

[00:00:43]We're finally going to tie properly this in here as well. Now my uncle Richard in the previous one or two episodes has done that side. He's done that inside section there. I'm going to do this side. We're going to close all this off.

[00:00:55]We're going to get this bar off the uh outside. And then there's a little bit of rust that I do want to attend to up here as well. So, we should have all of this side boxed off except for this wheel well because we need to get the running gear on. See how high the wheel actually travels to be able to cut this down if we need to. So, let's crack on with this.

[00:04:34]Right, we are making some good kind of progress now. So, I've made this section. I did it in paper first, contoured that, transferred it onto the sheet steel, and then I bent this edge here. What I do need to remember is to put holes in the panel first before I bend it because now I can't fit it into the hole punch, unfortunately. So, what I'm going to do is I've actually scotched this down. I primed this. I can prime this. What I'm going to do also is either drill some holes or just put some Vshapes in here. So, that can go in there and then I can weld that to this section and make this all nice and strong and all that good stuff. Um, then what I can do is start working on this outside and cut all this rust out. Cuz what I don't want to do is start cutting all this out and make this all flimsy and it goes all caddyyus and all that sort of bad stuff. So, I'm going to weld this on first, then I can tend to this Fire More fire.

[00:12:44]So, we've got that section in. That's all done. Bada bing, bada boom. We've protected all inside there. And that actually closes all of that off and makes it all nice and structural. Now, I do still need to do the top on this back piece here, but what I'm going to do for now is I'm going to do this front section here. Um, so I'll put this ruler on here just to get a gauge of how high and low and all that good stuff that I need. I can measure this section here.

[00:13:06]It does actually have um a straight piece, a bend, and a bend. So, it's a double bend. Can get that plug welded onto this section that I've made.

[00:16:28]done. Right, that's that done. Um, I will need to trim this back further a little bit once we do this inner arch, but that can all be sorted. Um, now I'm going to move on to this top section here. So, it's made up just like that.

[00:16:39]You've got a piece that comes up and across, which is this that I made earlier in this episode, I believe. Um, so I just need to make that. And then this panel goes across and down and it laps onto that, and it makes it all nice and majestic. So, I want to fill that gap there. Get all that sorted. I do need to prime inside there. That panel that um I've just welded on. So, I can prime inside there. Bada bing, bada boom, bada bing, bada boom. Let's go.

[00:19:07]actually looks like one car when you sort of look at that situation but then you come to here and think ah there's a big hole there. Um so that's what I'm going to do now. So I'm going to bend this around. I'm going to form this into here so it'll have a lap there and it'll all look nice and majestic and one piece. I do have that inside section just to bring down as well. But don't remember don't remember. Don't forget that I need to cut this around and just see where that uh wheel does lie. But that will mean that all the front is done. All the inside is done. Don't know what I'm saying anymore. Let's go. Let's just go.

[00:23:09]Right. It is official. This side is now fully tied in on the back and it is literally solid. I can move the entire car with the jig just by pulling that.
