Thus, these birds became the best swimmers of all winged creatures. Penguins live in a world of cold, and equatorial waters are deadly for them. The water temperature there is too high. There is almost no suitable food, and penguins' bodies are simply not adapted to such conditions. Furthermore, penguins have no large land predators in the wild.
