Why I'm Walking More & Pushing Through Mental Blocks (75 Hard Weekly Recap!)Added:
Okay, my second workout is done.
This has been just such a good kind of refresh into my healthy habits. It is such a peaceful morning. I mean, how delicious does this look? So, if I look a little red and puffy, it's because I did have just a mini crash out.
I am so excited to go to bed.
I am having another bow.
It's fine.
It's fine. Good morning. Happy Monday.
Happy start of week four of 75 hard.
This challenge is flying by. I cannot believe I've already done 21 days straight of double workout, gallon of water, taking my progress photo, 100 g of protein. It is just crazy. And it's been good. I feel good. I feel a lot better. I was kind of getting out of control with my eating, especially pre-rearting this challenge. And this has been just such a good kind of refresh into my healthy habits. I really want to be in a good place with my habits, with my health, with what I'm nourishing my body with as I go into the later parts of my pregnancy. So, it's been good so far. I'm very excited and I'm excited to see how week four goes.
I've got my Hank mug and my hanker.
I'm off to a very peaceful start to my morning. It is 7:00 a.m. Going to do some journaling, set my intentions for the day, and then start working. It's almost 9:00 a.m. I've had such a great start to my morning. I've just been sitting out on the porch. I have done some membersonly posts this morning. I finalized all of my Q2 goals. I'm still thinking of things in quarters. Kind of like my corporate brain that just makes sense to me. So, I finalized all the goals I want to accomplish this quarter.
I feel like I have a really good plan and I'm now going to make some breakfast before I take Hank on a walk. For breakfast this morning, I'm doing some Greek yogurt with berries, sliced almonds, honey, and toast with butter.
This is one of my favorite breakfast. I love Greek yogurt. It's super high in protein, and I think it's delicious.
I realized I didn't turn my scale on, so I'm just going to put an empty one here so I can see how much yogurt I have.
All right.
It's a little after 10:15. I am out on my walk with Hank and it feels lovely out here. I think Hank is a big fan of me not working at an office anymore. I'm starting to see some flowers blooming. I love it. It is so beautiful. Hi, Lou.
Bye, Lou. You're a good dog.
It's 12:30. I've just been sitting working at my kitchen table. I'm going to do just a little bit more and then make some lunch. I don't think I'll ever get sick of either of these things. I just filled up my water and grabbed a Bearbell. I'm now going to do some work at my couch. I'm just having a little snack plate and I'm going to get my second workout in in probably 30 or so minutes. So, I just took my daily progress photo. I'm going to do workout number two. I didn't want to do a double walk, but I also don't really want to do like a guided video right now. Kind of want to just zone out, listen to some music, and do the elliptical. This is a little creaky.
I hadn't used it in a while, but I got my workout in.
I am sweaty. So, I just had a phone call with one of my girlfriends from college.
It was so nice catching up with her. I also filled up my fourth water. Greg should be home in like 20 to 30 minutes.
And I am pretty hungry. So, I asked if he would grab Chipotle.
I'm eating so much Chipotle. I've had it more since being pregnant than probably the previous decade of my life. I I've had it a lot. I'm getting it weekly. Um, but it's just so good right now. I can't help it. I am so excited to eat this. I finished my water. I'm going to go fill this up and then do my reading. Time for my final task of the day.
Good morning. The sun is out in full force right now. It is only 800 a.m.
Here's today's breakfast. I'm going to do a little bit more work before going on my walk.
It is such a peaceful morning.
I have been absolutely obsessed with arugula lately. It's so good. So, today for lunch, I'm just doing an arugula salad. I'm adding a full avocado, some tomatoes, some cucumbers, and then I've been doing a little bit of olive oil, and then some balsamic as a dressing.
It's incredible.
Cherry tomatoes.
This is what I've been using for dressing lately. Just a little bit of olive oil and some balsamic reduction. I mean, how delicious does this look with a little bit of parmesan on top? Yum. I have just been doing some work. I'm going to grab a rare bell and then do some filming in a little bit. The creamy crisp ones have become my favorite lately.
I've spent the last few hours filming multiple different videos. I did just try the new Clean Symbol Eats formula.
They removed xylitol and zantham gum from their ingredient list. So, I am now drinking a protein shake. It's 2% milk and the cake batter, which is so delicious. I love it. An extra 20 plus gram cuz I need to log the milk, too.
But really getting my protein in today.
It's so good. I do need to get my second workout in. Okay, I filled my fourth water. Took my progress photo. I'm doing a double walk today.
Today flew by.
I feel like it's getting very close to the time where I need to invest in some new workout tops. At least this tank top I'm wearing just keeps riding up over my belly.
Okay, my second workout is done. I did two miles. I just finished my water and now Greg and I are going to go grab dinner. I added a beef burger to my salad because I needed a little more protein.
Very excited to eat. Look at this.
Look at this.
finished my reading, which was my last task of the day. Good morning. Happy Wednesday. It is 6:30. I'm up. I'm feeling so good. I did get a pretty good night's rest, which was wonderful. And now I'm going to start my day watching the sunrise out on the porch.
Starting my morning off with a little bit of journaling and planning so I can figure out what my top priorities are for the day and then I'm going to get to work.
Hank sees some animal. He's been running out up and down the side chasing it.
So I've spent the first hour and 45 minutes of my day just doing some cleaning. I'm doing a huge spring decluttering right now and it is trash day. I didn't realize like the spring trash day where you get to throw away as much trash as you want. So was rumaging around my house trying to just find as much trash as I could.
I should have planned better for that, but that's okay. I got four extra bags of stuff thrown away. A good little jump start to my cleaning expedition. Going to be donating a lot. I'm going to be throwing away a lot and I just need to declutter and simplify what I own. I did want to be on my walk at this point, but I am starving. So, going to make breakfast, then go on my walk in like 20 minutes.
I love Dave's Killer Bread. My store has been having it on sale of like buy one get one a lot recently. So, I have a lot of this in the freezer and I keep my bread in the fridge. I've seen people ask questions about that just because we don't always use it in time for like the expiration date. So, just to keep it fresher and since I'm always toasting it, it doesn't really matter. So, we keep it in the fridge.
It's a little after 10:00. I'm just now starting my outdoor walk. I'm glad I ate first. I was truly starving. It has been a very busy morning.
It's been good, though. I'm excited to do my full decluttering and deep cleaning and just get the house prepared for the baby.
It's a lot I need to do, but I'll get it done.
It was a very toasty walk. I'm glad I didn't wait any longer to do it. I'm about to get back to work. And look at how cute Hank is under Greg's piano.
You're the cutest. You're so small. It is almost 1:30. I'm going to take a little break from work and make some lunch.
Doing sourdough toast with cottage cheese and avocado and my arugula salad.
This is the most gorgeous lunch. I mean, this avocado was perfect. It's like the greenest just most ready avocado. Feel like you have a short window for which avocados are good.
so loud.
>> It's 5:00. I do want to make chili later, but I'm just having a little snack plate for now to hold me over.
I've decided I'm having a Bearbell as well. I don't know what is going on with me. I'm so tired.
I don't want to do my second workout.
It's 6:15 already. That is terrible.
I feel like I didn't get enough done today.
Horrible. So, I finally dragged my butt out of bed. I took my daily progress photo. This is where I take it every single day. And the idea of doing a workout in this weight weight workout room just sounds terrible. So, instead, I'm going to go for a double walk, but do it outdoors. So, I'm doing a double outdoor walk. I'm taking Hank. It'll be nice. It's a little toasty, but I'll just do a shorter one for the part that's with him and then I'll finish my 45 minutes by myself cuz, you know, it's got a lot of fur, so he's going to be even hotter than I am. But I think I just need some fresh air. I need to be outside. I need some sunlight. I'm hoping that kind of like wakes me up and like energizes me a little bit more cuz I just have been feeling so low today on energy and there's no way I'm cooking tonight. So, I need to either figure out what I'm getting out or just do like yogurt or something. Greg is not here. He left today. He's just on a very short work trip. So, he'll be back Friday. He's gone for like less than 48 hours. But, the idea of like cooking or anything just sounds truly terrible.
I am feeling a lot more energized.
It was toasty, but I'm so glad I decided to do a second outdoor walk. I just finished my water. It is 8:40 already. I have not eaten. I need 15 g more protein.
Hank is being a sweet boy.
So, I think I'm just going to grab like a yogurt and maybe some toast. I'm doing an arugula salad with strawberry, walnut, and balsamic dressing. And then just plain Greek yogurt for dinner. This will put me past my 100 g of protein. I am so excited to go to bed. I'm exhausted. Today was just tiring. And I don't even feel like I accomplished that much. It just wasn't stuff I wanted to originally accomplish. Just a bunch of random like house stuff. I mean, I did do multiple loads of laundry. We have a guest coming this weekend to stay with us, one of Greg's friends, so I was getting like his the guest room ready. I also did like a big trash pickup around the house and got a ton of trash out which was good. I did all the dishes. I have that running. So overall, I mean it was a great day. I talked to my mom, talked to my sister.
I just didn't get a lot of work done.
Baby shower invites did those. Tomorrow I am going to go to Starbucks and just lock in. It's just after 1000 p.m. I am in bed. I have my book. I'm going to do my reading and go to sleep. I just finished my reading. And can I just say I am loving this book. I feel like I can relate to the author a lot. She's talking about just trying to get better with her consumption habits, but she also talks about how she went sober and she gave up alcohol. And I don't know, I just like resonate with a lot of her story and it's been really interesting so far. It's also a fairly quick read.
Like, it's pretty easy to get through.
So, I am just getting through it pretty quick, which it's making me kind of sad cuz I like it.
Good morning.
Good morning, Hank. You want to cuddle on the couch?
Hi, baby.
Hallelujah.
I feel like it's been getting so much greener so quickly. I love it. Do you love it, Hank? It's so nice. Since I'm going to go work in Starbucks, I just want to bring Bearbell with me. I will have a bigger breakfast once I get back.
>> I had a pretty productive morning working at Starbucks. I am now going to go to the grocery store. Just need to pick up a few items. It's not like a huge restock. And then once I get home, I do want to start my outdoor walk.
I did end up getting a lot of stuff that was not on my grocery list. So, I spent over $100. But I'm very excited about this little haul. I got more arugula, more sourdough. I did finally get edamame. I know people have been recommending I try edame. I think I'll have this one today. That just sounds so good. I did have to get a few odds and ends for the house. More yogurt, some more cheese, more honey. And then I went insane with fruit. Apple, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, bananas, mangoes, avocado.
I got a watermelon. It just looked so good. I'm I'm excited. I'm probably going to cut this up today, too. And then I got more iced coffee, too. So, I got this one instead of the Starbucks one cuz it was like half the price. So, got to save money where you can.
The sun is very out right now. It is 10:45. I'm starting my outdoor walk a little bit later than I wanted to. The sun is fully out. It is like blazing right now. So, I'm going to try to keep my jacket on so I don't get too much sun. Probably should have put on some sunscreen as well.
I ended up taking my jacket off towards the end. I am dripping sweat. Glad it's done. I'm so excited for my breakfast. I just cut up the mango to have with my toast and yogurt and berries. And I did have a little bit already. It is so good.
I really like mangoes. They're just kind of a hassle to cut, but like I'm just having a ton of fruit lately.
Add my strawberries, blueberries.
I forgot to get more granola, which is devastating.
I should have got more mangoes. I cut up the watermelon. This is insane. This is so much. I'm going to have a bowl right now. The knives that we have make cutting a watermelon so easy. I used to really struggle with it, but now it is just so simple because they're super sharp. And I love in the summer to just have a bunch of fresh fruit. I love watermelon. I love pineapple. It just feels like a treat.
Okay, I'm an idiot. I didn't realize these were unshelled. So, I'm going to use the sauce from this, the unshelled ones, and then rice. And that'll be the lunch I have. This smells so good. The garlic ginger sauce just smells amazing.
M.
This would be so good with the spicy cucumber salad I've made and then also just like some green onions on top. So, maybe I'll go back and get those ingredients to make this like a bigger dish, like a full balanced meal. I was planning to have two servings of this, but it was so good. So, I just poured myself the rest, which means this meal is almost 50 g of protein. That's a lot of protein. Hi, Hank.
Thanks for keeping me company. It's 6:10. I am still editing. I want to get this video out for members only today and I have a little bit more to go. So, I really just need to stay focused. I'm not doing my second workout until I get this video posted, which may mean I'm going to be working out at like 8 8:30, but that's okay.
It's not even 700 p.m. and I just finished my water. I am going to go grab a fun beverage as a treat.
I think I'm going to do a hydrate and electrolyte drink.
I tried the sour cherry the other day.
It was so good.
Let's do a little taste test.
It's very pineappley. I would say so far the freeze pop is probably my favorite.
Then sour cherry than this one. It just tastes like pineapple juice. But I just love the freeze pop and the sour cherry.
I made dinner and moved back to the kitchen table. I have an arugula salad and cottage cheese avocado toast. I will be at almost 120 gram of protein once I finish this. Well, it's 8:15 and I'm done with my video. I'm going to go take my progress photo and do my second workout, which is going to be a double walk.
It is what it is. It's just another double walk day. I know it's like my third in a row, which is not ideal, but that's okay. I will do a weight workout tomorrow. I just took a progress photo and it's it's horrifying. But this is why I'm keeping most of these to myself.
I saw it and I was like, it's fine. I took it. I have really set myself up for failure today. This and my reading. My only two tasks left. So, it's fine.
It's fine.
did over 4,000 steps, nearly 50 minutes.
Most importantly, I got my second workout done.
This is the cutest boy.
Yeah.
He's like, "Mom, you're working too much.
Time to hang out." A It is 11:10. I am up way too late. I am usually asleep by this point. Need to let Hank out and then do my reading and then I can go to bed. Hi Hanker.
Hi.
You ready for bed? I wish he would sleep up here with me.
Maybe tonight's the night. It's 11:30.
I'm just now starting my final task. It is 11:42. I have just finished all of my 75 hard tasks. I am so excited to go to sleep.
Oh, hello there.
Good morning, Hank.
Good morning. You want to cuddle? Let's go on the couch.
You want to cuddle?
Look at that. Good boy.
Good boy.
The idea of making hot coffee right now just feels like a lot of effort.
So, it is an iced coffee morning.
Good morning. Happy Friday. I cannot believe it is already Friday. This week has just flown by. I do want to have a very peaceful, slow start to my morning.
Feel like I've been missing that a little bit the past few days. like I've just been kind of rushing into things.
So, I'm going to take the time to enjoy some coffee out on my porch with Hank.
I'm going to set up today's to-dos and just relax for a minute. And I'm really looking forward to that. I do want to get a lot done today. Greg gets home this evening. So, before then, there's a lot of cleaning I need to do because I've let the house get a little chaotic.
I have some laundry, dishes, the kitchen needs picked up. just some like random odds and ends. And then also, I'm going to get a weight workout in. I'm doing it. I'm putting it out there. It's going to happen. I just I have done so many double walks this week. But that's okay.
I feel like at the middle of the 75 hard challenge is always the toughest. It's like there's the initial excitement about doing the program and then towards the end when you can see the finish line, there's another kind of burst of excitement and energy cuz you're like, I'm almost there. But in the middle when you're like, oh, I'm not even halfway and I've been doing this for 25 days already. That that's where it gets tough. So, I feel like I'm just kind of losing a little bit of steam, but I'm hoping it'll pick back up here soon.
Something I've noticed is really important when it comes to implementing healthy habits is just keeping things simple. I think a lot of the times when you over complicate things, that's when it can get discouraging and you'll be more likely to give up on certain habits. So for me with breakfast that means having pretty much the same thing or variations of just like two or three things almost every day. Greek yogurt is a staple. I love Greek yogurt because it is so simple. I literally just pluck it out of the fridge, chop up some berries, or just wash blueberries if I don't even feel like getting the cutting board out and it's done and it's nutritious and it's delicious. I don't like eggs. I don't really want to spend a ton of time making like a super lavish breakfast in the mornings. So, it is just something that works for me and I look forward to it. Whether that's with cooking or with workouts or whatever it is, like any way you can simplify it, I think will help you in the long run. That's when it becomes more sustainable. I mean, for me, doing Greek yogurt as a morning breakfast is sustainable. It is easy.
It's delicious. Until I get bored of it, I'm not going to make a change. I mean, is it the most exciting and flashing thing ever? No. But it doesn't need to be because it helps me with my protein goals. It is a good source of nutrition.
And I do love it.
Hank lasted for the first 30 minutes of the walk, which was so great. It's very sunny, but it is still a little bit cooler. Supposed to be like in the 80s today, which is crazy. Feel like summer has just like come before spring.
Okay, I made some sausage. Try to guess what I'm having.
It's the avocado cottage cheese toast, Naruga salad, and some sausage. I'm fangirling so hard right now. Bearbells sent me a few things of bars. I love the cookies and cream. Greg and I have never tried the mint chocolate crisp or the brownie batter. I think he's going to love these. I'm about to try these ones.
I'm very excited. I just had a brownie batter.
I have not had one of these before. It was so good. And it's the extra fuel I needed because I've been putting off my second workout. So, I am going downstairs and I'm doing a weight workout. So, if I look a little red and puffy, it's because I did have just a mini crash out.
I'm going to just blame all my pregnancy hormones. I just have a lot I want to get done. Feel like I have a really long list of things to get done. I feel like not having a space where I can set up and like work all day. I've just been working like today I worked from the kitchen all day and my crap is just everywhere and everything is so messy and it just I'm like overwhelmed by the office redecoration and I'm overwhelmed by just how things look at my house at the moment and then I was getting a call and and the call set mech cuz I'm like I can't talk. I cannot talk.
So anyway, um I'm fine.
I am about to get a workout in. I feel like this is what I need just to kind of like get out of my own head and stop thinking about like here's what's next, here's what's next, here's what's next.
Like my never ending to-do list at the moment. I just need to like get out of my own head and get some movement in.
And I think that'll be very helpful.
good option if you have it in your water and let's get started.
>> Great work. 9 8 Okay, I do actually feel better after having done that workout.
I feel more calm. I also got in a very very good one. I was using 20s for like almost every move. It is a video I had done before pre-reg. I remembered some of the moves and the flow overall and it was good. I feel good. I am having a glass of milk before dinner. Hank is also hoping he will get some milk. Wait, wait, Hank. Wait, wait.
Okay, go ahead.
It is 7:45. I am 8 g away from my 100 g of protein goal. And I made a goal for April to try tofu. I'm a little bit nervous to prepare it myself because I've been getting a lot of comments about how it can be tough to prepare.
So, I decided to let the experts handle it. And I'm going to do a tofu fo. I'm not sure how to pronounce it, but like a soup sounds really good. And I figured that would be a very easy way to try tofu. So, Greg is picking that up now.
And then I'm gonna measure it out on my scale. I think it'll all come deconstructed since we did takeout so that I could easily measure the tofu and like see how much I'm having.
I don't know. I'm excited. I'm a little nervous, but maybe it'll be like cottage cheese where I become obsessed with it.
Okay. Everything came separate. So, I was able to measure out the tofu, the broth, the rice noodles, and the toppings. I will be over 100 g of protein once I finish all of this. I am going to do a little tofu taste test. I don't know why I'm nervous. It just has like an odd look to me.
I feel like it doesn't have a lot of taste. It just tastes like the soup.
It's just a little spongy.
It's fine. I'll eat it.
It's just the texture is just weird to me.
All right. Well, I'm going to go eat this and watch TV with Greg.
I finished my water. I'm going to fill this up and then go do my reading.
Hank and I are starting our morning out on the porch. It's Hank's birthday today. So, we are going to do some fun stuff, huh?
We're going to go get him some new toys and treats. We're going to the store together. We're bringing Hank, so I think he's going to love it. We're also taking him on a walk at 9:00. This is such a peaceful start to my weekend.
I'm switching up my breakfast this morning. I'm going to do mango, banana, and grapes as the fruit with some yogurt and sausage. This just sounded so good this morning.
Here's the final look at today's breakfast.
Very fruit heavy, but I'm excited to eat it.
Hank made it 39 minutes, which is very good for him. It's super cool out, so the perfect weather.
My outdoor walk is complete. I am back from my walk. I am a little hungry again, so I'm going to have a brownie batter Bearbell.
>> What are we doing, Hank?
>> Jump down.
>> Oh, wow.
He's like, "Absolutely not."
>> You saying hi to the puppies. Hi.
Oh.
Checking them all out. Do you get a birthday bone?
Can you show us? Wait. No. Here's mine.
>> Thanks for eating it on the carpet.
Here's the toy Hank picked out.
>> Oh, good spot. Here is my lunch today.
I'm doing my avocado cottage cheese toast and a little side salad.
It is another double walk day.
Over 4,000 steps in nearly 50 minutes.
So, Greg's friend is here. He's actually spending the night at our house. We are going to go out to dinner. Probably will not be doing any filming while we're out, but I will be sure to come back and debrief.
I had a salad and a sandwich at dinner.
So, I have hit my protein goal. And then I did grab a little bowl of watermelon as well. I'm very tired. It's only 9:45.
I'm going to do my reading and then I'm going to bed.
Good morning. Happy Sunday. I am up. It is not even 7:30 and I'm heading to Starbucks so I can grab a coffee and just like post up and do a few hours of editing. I do have a lot of work I want to get done today. Greg's friend is still here. Him and Greg are already out this morning and I don't know, maybe I'll try to meet them if they're like doing lunch or something. But for now, I have a Bearbell and my water and I really just need to focus in.
I just got home from Starbucks. I'm about to make lunch and something I was thinking about is how during 75 hard I think a lot more about the little decisions I'm making dayto-day and how much those add up when you're on a health journey. For instance, at Starbucks I have been getting just an ice shake and espresso with no syrup.
So, it's truly just 2% milk and espresso. I used to get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, which was over 100 calories more for my previous order, plus not as good because I do get a little bit of protein with the 2% milk.
I also was doing an everything bagel with butter on the side. Instead, I have been bringing my own Bearbells since doing this challenge. But it's not just with Starbucks. It's like all of these little decisions that I'm making every single day. Last night for dinner, for instance, I got a sandwich with a side salad. I would have done fries had I not been on the 75 hard challenge. I love the fries at the restaurant we were at.
There was also an appetizer that was ordered for the table. It was a garlic cheesy bread that looked so good, but I didn't have any. So, it's all of these little decisions that add up over time and make such a big difference that I think I'm not always aware of. Like, in the moment, making this little swap that's 100 calories less doesn't seem like it would make a big deal. But, if you're doing multiple of those decisions every day, that adds up to over a dozen a week, which really can make or break a health journey. So, it's something that I really like about the challenge is it just makes me be more thoughtful about the decisions I'm making every single day and really thinking about, okay, how can I make this healthier? How can I make this one 75 heart approved, but then long term, how will these changes add up? And they really do add up.
For breakfast, I am doing my yogurt with berries, toast with butter, and some sausage.
I have been having such a great day and just cranking away at work. I'm now on my outdoor walk. It is a little bit later. I didn't start until 2:30, but that's okay because I didn't want to like break up my focus.
My outdoor walk is complete. I need to wait until at least 6:15 to start my second workout. I'm back from my walk.
I'm having peanut butter toast, an apple, some watermelon, and milk. And I'm just getting back to work.
I am having another bear bow.
I've decided to do an electrolyte drink.
I'm doing the strawberry watermelon. I have not tried this flavor before, so I'm excited.
It smells very watermelon, which I like.
I moved outside to do some more editing just for a little change of pace. Going to taste test this flavor.
It's pretty good.
I think my ranking right now is freeze pop number one, sour cherry number two, the watermelon strawberry number three, the Hawaiian sunrise number four.
It is good though.
Time to take my daily progress photo. I have been taking some photos, like extra photos to the side as well to see my bump progress. And I'm glad I'm doing that. It's a good thing about this challenge cuz I'm like already posted up for my photo. Anyway, I am doing a double walk again. This has been a big week for double walks.
Even though I don't love that I was doing another double walk, I did over an hour. I also had a faster pace than usual. Usually I'm at like two miles per hour on the walking pad. So, it's these little things that add up and it's how I'm pushing myself a little bit harder today. I finished my water. It is 900 p.m. We are just now about to eat dinner. Greg made chorizo chili. This smells incredible. Here's tonight's dinner. We have some broccolini on the side as well. It's almost 11:00. It is a little late, but I am going to start my last task of the day. I finished my reading, which means I'm officially done with week four. 28 days into the 75 hard challenge, and I'm not going to lie, the motivation is starting to dwindle. We're at the point where it feels like I've been doing this forever, yet there's still such a long way to go. That said, I'm so grateful for the accountability this challenge provides. It's exactly what I need to keep making better choices with my nutrition and movement.
This week was all about the power of walking. Over the past seven days, I logged eight outdoor walks, four indoor walks, an elliptical session, and one weight workout. Could I have pushed harder? Maybe. But the most important thing is that I showed up and got it done. On the nutrition side, I stuck to my staples like cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, but I also tried to branch out with things like edetamame and tofu.
Tofu wasn't my favorite, but I'm going to keep pushing myself to try new things during this challenge. I'm also proud of the fact that I didn't rely on takeout nearly as much this week. Outside of the daily tasks, I've been finding peace in the small things, like staying organized with my planner and making it a priority to catch the sunrise whenever I can. I'm looking forward to seeing what week five will bring. I can't believe the halfway mark is around the corner. So, make sure to hit the subscribe button so you don't miss the progress. See you in the next one. Bye. A.
