All I'm saying is before adding or subtracting, we do the multiplication or division. So, 9 * 2 is 18. We have 18 here.
And here we have 42 - 7, that is 35.
So, 30 + 10 is 40, and 5 + 8 is 13. So, it's 53.
That is our answer, choice A.
